My son was born premature and had a few health complications following this so we were so anxious about him going to nursery, however, Child 1st Nursery really helped to calm those nerves and have done everything possible to help my son to progress! They've built up such an amazing relationship with him and he thoroughly loves going to nursery, cannot recommend them enough! He's worked with key workers very closely and they are just brilliant with him, he smiles at them every morning!

Excellent nursery. Very good and caring staff. Couldn’t ask for more for my little one. A bunch of wonderful teams who helped my kid learn and grow. Thank you for everything and anything that’s been provided and looked after.

My son has grown so much since he started attending the nursery. He was very shy and didn't have many social skills but now thanks to the nursery he is a very active and cheerful little one. Best decision to send him to this nursery. I'm glad I did that.

Always feel happy dropping my child at nursery. It’s a Lovely nursery, fantastic staff, great management that always tries to accommodate and sort any problems. I would definitely 100% recommend this nursery. Best by a mile in the area.

Lovely nursery, I was very anxious about taking my 9-month son after maternity leave but the staff put my mind at ease through their regular updates using the app. I am able to see what my son has eaten, how much milk he's had and nap times, nappy changes etc. Would highly recommend!

Such a lovely place. The managers and all of the staff are wonderful. My daughter absolutely loves going in twice a week and always has a fantastic day. They regularly update me throughout the day using the app so I can see what she has eaten as well as when she’s been changed and slept. They also update with photos and developmental observations. It’s easy to contact all of the team with queries and they’re all very welcoming

From her first settling in sessions in the baby room, I felt really reassured that the girls really had my daughter's best interests at heart. I love the updates that we receive on the app and I am happy with the care my daughter receives.

Very good nursery, my little princess is very happy and has made a lot of friends there. Staff are very friendly and keep me constantly updated regarding her development. Very happy overall with their support.

I was very nervous about putting my daughter into a nursery but I had nothing to worry about. She absolutely loves going and the girls made me feel very calm and welcomed. My little girl has come on loads since attending. I absolutely love that they give updates so I know what she’s been doing, that means the car ride home we can chat about her day too. Thank you to all the girls.

My daughter started this nursery when she was about 4 months old. Nobody had held her or come close to her in the little time she had spent with us. All staff at the nursery took such care with this in mind and made my daughter feel safe, happy and loved. My daughter has not had the opportunity to bond with anyone else apart from her nursery and I am completely in love with the bond that they have. She is so happy when I drop her off and collect her and I can tell as her mum that she is settled and content which as you can imagine means the world to me! Please keep doing what you are doing. It is so reassuring when I am at work that my daughter is happy and so very well looked after. I can't thank you enough!

You are kept up to date throughout the day regarding your child eg nappy changes, dinners, sleep times etc to help put your mind at ease

All of our family, including our girl, absolutely love this nursery and its staff. Amazing people, couldn’t thank them enough for everything they do with the children on a daily basis! A variety of different activities keep little ones entertained. My daughter has only been going since September 2020 but already has picked up so much and learnt loads of new things. Staff are very helpful in everything, always there for you if you need anything. Everyone at the nursery definitely goes the extra mile for parents and children. Definitely recommend for anyone.

I would like to thank everyone at this nursery, my daughter recently started here at the beginning of January and she has come on leaps and bounds, I cannot thank everyone enough, they are very caring towards everyone.

Can I just say a really big thank you to all the staff for making my child feel so welcome from day one, they are amazing all the time. If I’m asking about my child, they explain to me clearly and help us with the things that we have any queries about. My child is very happy to go in and comes out with a big smile on his face every time, and I can already see big changes since my child started nursery only just over a month ago. They have so many activities, regular updates and photos of everyday activities, I really recommend this nursery, thank you!
