Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter's confidence has grown so much since attending here. I know she is well looked after and I receive posts and updates on how she is doing. My daughter loves going and always has so much to say about what she has done in the day. To all the staff. Thank you for everything. Definitely recommend.

Child 1st Nursery has been amazing for my son as well as myself. They are lovely, wonderful people who look after the children amazing. My son has come on so much since going and gets excited to go. I couldn't be more grateful and thankful to them for everything they do, truly is the best nursery.

A wonderful place! Where my daughter was received with much warmth and love. If I could put more than five stars I one hundred per cent would. The team at Child 1st are friendly, caring and all have really good connections with the children.

I have my 2-year-old child and 5 months since September enrolled in this nursery school, I am very satisfied every day with the staff, very kind, I love all children and I am very happy that my daughter is a satisfaction. I recommend it with confidence.

The nursery just has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and I cannot recommend this nursery enough and have done already! Just a a massive thank you to each and every staff member!

If I could put more than five stars I one hundred percent would. The team at Child 1st are friendly, caring and all have really good connections with the children they work with. I feel comfortable and at ease knowing when I’m at work, or just having a day to myself, my little girl is being well looked after, fed well and, most of all, enjoying her time whilst she’s there. She’s come on so much since being there and I can’t fault them in anyway. Meals are suitable and always different! Activities are age related and educational. Even including parent and carers for stay and play days etc. From working and doing voluntary work in nurseries myself, you kind of know what to look out for when you go to one and they tick every box.

I would love to say thank you so much for all the hard work of all staff. My son was very happy and quickly satiated after a few days at the nursery. All staff are so enthusiastic and smiling. Feeling so welcome whenever my son come. I would highly recommend, the best place for children is Child 1st.

Amazing nursery! My daughter is very shy around people and this nursery has truly helped bring her out of her shell, she loves going and I couldn’t be any happier with everyone who cares for my child.

Such a great variety of activities. My child loved every minute. Lovely staff. Great outdoor and indoor area. His development has been monumental since joining. Really great place. My child talks non-stop about what he's been getting up to. Never had any major issues.

This nursery and the staff have done so much for my daughter, they put me at ease when I registered her to join back in lockdown, she started in 'Tots' and could only say one word and now she's all ready for big school. Any issues I've ever had or enquiries about stuff they have been straight on it and helped me the best they could. Any support I've needed with helping my daughter thrive they've done there very best. I couldn't recommend them more, just hate that my daughter had to leave.

This nursery is fantastic and my child has developed so much since attending. I love all of the updates I get and how the staff go over and above to ensure that parents feel a part of their day. Also the work they put into special occasions like Father’s Day and Mother’s Day with small gifts from your child just really helps with the working parent guilt! The first day pack I got really made me feel so much better and the staff are always at the other end of the phone (I work away some days and don’t get to see my child so being able to check he is ok is a help and also if I tell the staff I’m working away they will help comfort my child). I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Also the fact my child gets proper homemade meals all day including tea just makes my world so much easier if I have to work late because I know my child has had nutritious food.

My daughter has been at Childs 1st since she was 10 months old, she's now 2 and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. She was welcomed with open arms since day 1. The activities are great, facilities nice and clean and the regular updates on the app put me at ease knowing she's having the best time with her friends! Hats off to all the staff for their hard work and dedication each and every day!

A big thank you to every single person at Child 1st Stoke (manager and deputy managers, room leads and key workers along with any cooks and cleaners) for keeping our son safe, well looked after and for helping to further his development and socialisation in preparation for starting at the big boy school in September 2023. I moved my daughter here in 2021 when her previous nursery unexpectedly closed, leaving me without a place for my daughter. I called Child 1st (Stoke) Day Nursery after being recommended it by my mother-in-law after she did a stint working with them. I called and the manager was so understanding and accommodating. That day, she made time to show me around, introduce me to the staff and explained the curriculum. I instantly felt happy with the setting and my daughter was enrolled straight away. She's been there ever since and is due to leave for school in September. My daughter is one of the eldest in the group now, as I decided to keep her here for another year as she was so settled and has lots of friends. It'll be sad when we have to move on in September!

Since my granddaughter has started with the nursery she has come a long way, she loves going, she learns a variety of things and it is different every time she goes there, they give a variety of food and healthy, they look after the children very well and got time for all the children, the place is spotless, the staff very polite and welcoming

The food choices are good and the activities all look fabulous! My daughter has come on so much since starting with Child 1st Day Nursery!

My son loves coming here three days a week, it took him a few weeks to settle into the baby room but the staff gave him lots of cuddles and now he's developed important bonds with them. As someone who is not particularly crafty/creative, I appreciate the activities they do with the children. I also like how nature plays a part in their outdoor play. They provide all nappies, wipes, suncream etc. so you don't have to worry about packing it all. Overall, very happy with the nursery!

This nursery has been an absolute godsend. Highly, highly recommend. My kid is neuro-spicy and can be quite difficult but here he is really flourishing. The staff have been so patient and kind. They've put plans into action to help with his behaviours. They monitor his SEN targets and try to pinpoint any of his triggers. They're happy to give any advice on things to try, toy recommendations, to even what food he's been enjoying. I cannot praise them enough. The change in my boy has been incredible. The app they use is amazing and they upload photos of what the kids are up to. Everything is on there and it's really easy to use. There are multiple ways of using your hours, so you can find what works best for you and your kiddo. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are lovely and have everything a child could want. There are gardens, forestry school and outside play. They even have chickens! So the kids are involved with animal care. Again, cannot praise enough.
