Tiny Toez @ Westfield is an OUTSTANDING nursery as rated by OFSTED June 2023. Lovely place and staff! ? My daughter really enjoys going (I was scared at first of how she would settle in, but everything was very smooth thanks to the supportive staff).
I really like the attitude and energy of the staff, they are very nice and communicative, ready to help with any enquiry. I hope
they'll continue like this as it is very important to know your child is with someone friendly and the children are feeling safe there.
The nursery is neat, offers pleasant and educational activities, and keeps you updated through Eylog about important events and your child's development.

After having to move my daughter from her previous nursery due to my needs not being listened to, it was lovely to be listened to at Tiny Toez. The staff are always friendly and chatty. Due to the pandemic, I can’t go in and see what she has done, but they provide me with observations. They are helping
her to develop and grow into a great person.

Really happy with the staff and activities for my son at this nursery. My son really enjoys going, and there is great communication between everyone. Feels like a family; there is always somebody available to speak through concerns or to offer support where needed.

There can be no greater positive review than the fact I now have my third child in this nursery. Need I say more1


All of my children have loved going into the nursery, no dragging them out of bed or to get dressed etc. My middle child took a little while to settle into school as he missed everyone

at Tiny Toez so much! Love the staff and the progress my children make is amazing. My little one was delayed with his speech and has made a huge improvement since attending. Fabulous nursery!

I have seen a huge difference in my child's confidence and learning. The nursery is extremely friendly and informative updates and really support a child's learning. I have taken the decision to also send my younger child as the nursery gives me the confidence to send a baby due to their kind and caring
nature. My daughter settled very quickly; the staff are also very professional.

Tiny Toez has been excellent with my daughter. She has been going for 2.5 years. She settled straight away and always goes in with big smiles and loves all the staff. She quite often tells me she wants to stay at nursery when I pick her up!
Her progress has been astounding, and I am not looking forward
to her time at nursery coming to an end.

The nursery has been amazing for my son. He settled fabulously with his keyworker following the lockdown and has grown and developed massively with the help of the staff who care for him. The whole team are amazing and will go the extra mile to support parents and children. Would always recommend.

It is an excellent nursery where my two sons spent their early education years. They were happy and enjoyed themselves with their friends and teachers throughout the years. I highly recommend this nursery to parents who are looking for a nursery place for their children.

I will recommend this nursery to all my family and friends. Have viewed a few nurseries in this area but wasn't satisfied. Tiny Toez has the best care and support for my child and also have worked closely with me and referrals for extra support too. Key person has been brilliant. Thank you.

I have always received great care from Tiny Toez @ Westfield. My first child attended and it was great to see so many familiar faces on return with my younger child in 2017. She enjoys learning with the team and has always loved her key workers.

Job Title: Childcare Manager Joined: 2009

Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.
I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.


I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.
I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.


I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.
