Tiny Toez @ Westfield is an OUTSTANDING nursery as rated by OFSTED June 2023. The Westfield site is one of three Tiny Toez nurseries in Stoke-on-Trent, where the provider is well-respected for the quality of childcare and learning made available to children, while offering trusted and qualified professionals who respect both children and parents who use the service.

Everyone from the staff are lovely - always ready to give help and support with anything.
Facilities are at the highest standards and level.
Management is absolutely great - approachable and always providing encouragement and emotional help.
We are happy that our child have adapted and socialised
that quickly and so much more thanks to the people working in there giving their best every day.

I would highly recommend applying for your child to attend here. My little one has been attending for over a year, and the sheer amount of progress he has achieved since starting here is tremendous. The staff are amazing and are always going above and beyond to meet the children’s needs.

Amazing nursery! They provide lovely updates during the day and do lots of fun and educational activities for the kids. My little one is so happy there and loves all the staff. Can't recommend enough.

My daughter started her nursery experience from the age of 3. She absolutely loves it. She loves all the adults who work with her. She always comes out happy and smiling. The staff are great. They have shown a lot of care and attention towards my daughter. The hours are also great, 7.30am till 6pm.
This suits my work brilliantly. Overall a fantastic experience for my daughter and for myself.

I hated the idea of my child not taking a packed lunch due to covid. Covid is still an ongoing thing in this nursery. Whereas my child mostly doesn’t eat and I also get told by them. I was paying for my son's dinner but he isn’t eating so I constantly worry all the time when at work because I am wondering
if he has eaten or not, I also ring to find out too. I did ask them a few times if I can bring a packed lunch as he doesn’t eat and it’s not good for him to have breakfast at 8 am or 9 am and not eat till 2.30 but I was told I can’t. And he also never had a snack as well.

I feel that the nursery has been brilliant since my son started. The staff are caring and very supportive, meeting individual needs. My son loves going in. Attended the Eid workshop that was held for Eid-Al-Fitr. An excellent idea and a great way to embrace culture and religion. Nice for the children to have recognition in the nursery setting. Lots of engagement and positive activity choices.

A fantastic nursery that focuses on my child individual development - both learning and personal.
They cater for everything, she has been here for two years from six months.
They also help me as a parent, I feel very comfortable asking for advice and working towards the same goal in the same way.

I am very happy with Tiny Toez nursery and all the team workers. It's the best - all the staff work hard with the children. My child is very happy with all the staff. She loves it so much and all she talks about is her teacher, so the best nursery.

My son absolutely loves coming to nursery. We have such a strong bond and leaving him for the day isn't easily done, but the staff make me feel completely at ease. I know he is given so much care and attention, it makes it so much easier.

Amazing team. My son loves attending and loves exploring the nursery with his friends and the staff. I am very happy to see how my daughters have evolved since they started attending nursery in July last year. The entire staff is very helpful and it is clear that my daughters like to attend the nursery, they like the activities and it's good to see them start to make some friends.

Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.
I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.


I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.
I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.


I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.
