My child loves the fresh homemade food and snacks he is given.

Simply the best place for your kids. The staff are polite and caring with lots of facilities. Kids learn a lot when there are a lot of facilities. There are a lot of resources and equipment for the kids. Management is very helpful. The place is clean and tidy.

He would always come home and tell me about his day. Seeing your child happy in the nursery setup says a lot about the nursery.

Never had a bad experience with this nursery, my son has been going since April 2023 and he's always been in the best hands, they've always been really good with communication and my son always has good things to say about the staff!

My twins have been really happy in the nursery. They loved one staff member in particular. The deputy childcare manager has been super friendly and helpful. Kids and parents are welcomed with a big smile by staff. Very happy with everything. Kids come back home with nice manners and staff are very positive. My twins were in between potty training when they first started nursery and staff helped me with them. The staff member mentioned earlier is a superstar. My twins love her. My twins will be going to school now and will really miss their friends and one staff member in particular.

My sons absolutely love nursery, they really like their teachers. The staff are all so polite and helpful, any concerns I've had they've always listened, they've always been there for me and my children, be it from potty training to sleep routine.

After 12 years of nursery for my 3 children, I can honestly say I'm so upset to be saying goodbye to the staff at Tiny Toez at Westfield. They have been a huge part of my family and children's upbringing for such a long time and I'm grateful for every minute of it. Thank you for taking the most wonderful care of all my children, saying that will never seem enough.

We couldn't be happier for our decision to choose Tiny Toez At Westfield. All staff are lovely and they really tend to the children. Our kid was transformed into much more than our best-case scenario!

The nursery has always gone above and beyond for both my children. They genuinely care, it is the only place I have felt at ease leaving my children. I am always well-updated and informed and have the peace of mind my children's best interests are priority at all time. Cannot thank or recommend them enough, my children's development has blossomed since attending.

The nursery have been exceptional since our child started this nursery. The attention to detail has been incredible, they have noticed even the smallest of habits, likes and dislikes. They have made sure to answer every question and query, they have never complained when I have messaged or called to check on my child. Nothing is too much for this nursery. Could not recommend this nursery enough.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old. As all first-time mums, I was anxious about leaving my son whilst I went to work but all the staff made the transition so much better with all the regular updates. Now almost 3 years old, my son still loves being at nursery and talks about all the staff with so much affection. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always show how much they care. I am very happy that I chose this nursery and always recommend to everyone I know.

The staff go above and beyond providing excellent care and attention at every opportunity. We know our son is being well cared for every time he walks through the door. Our son is given the opportunity to play and explore as an individual but is encouraged to participate with his peers to form bonds with others and to help friendships blossom. We've experienced nurseries previously with our other children that didn't meet our high expectations - the staff here provide love and support for the children and also their parents. We are confident that our son is being cared for, nurtured and nourished. There's lots of love, fun, laughter and activity and he is absolutely thriving because of the dedication of the whole staff team. He's formed bonds that we've only seen within our family previously and it makes us incredibly happy to know he has those relationships even when not with us.

Since starting my daughter has come on in leaps and bounds. The staff are friendly and helpful encouraging her to go in if she is reluctant. The staff have helped me numerous times with paperwork and emails when I have not understood something. I know I can count on the staff to be there 100% for me and my daughter, all in all an excellent nursery.

My daughter has been at Tiny Toez @ Westfield just before she turned 1 year old. She loved the baby room and loves the toddler room even more. She’s developed so well in all areas while being there, especially her speech. She gets so excited when she goes to nursery and cheers in the car when she can see nursery from her window. She only does 2 days a week and for us, this speaks volumes on how much she enjoys attending nursery.

Very impressed with the service that Tiny Toez @ Westfield provide. Their staff are incredibly kind and helpful and really do care about everything they do in their job. Their SEN knowledge is also incredible and they’ve helped my son improve in leaps and bounds. I will forever be grateful for their time and effort. It’s very clear that this is more than just a job to the staff that work there.

Fantastic nursery far the best in Stoke-on-Trent. Have heard many many good reviews about this nursery so moved my child to this nursery without delay. Professional approachable staff. Clean tidy facilities. The staff are genuinely interested in the children and their progress. I would most definitely recommend TinyToez to all my friends and family and I wish I had sent my child here from the very beginning. I will be sad when the time comes to leave.

My son as we learnt through the nursery needed further help with his development. The team at Westfields Tiny Toez were so helpful and reassuring with putting a plan together and following all relevant routes to get the best care for him. I am so grateful and he has come on massively in the last 3 months already. They were quick to help when we thought he might have some food allergies due to rashes occurring on his face and they explain everything in detail to help me understand.

Am really happy with my child's progress at the nursery. He has settled quite quickly and the staff are fantastic. My child always looks happy to go to nursery.
