Overall Experience

Staff have been very friendly and supportive of our son and us as parents and have helped his development significantly. The facilities are good and our son very much enjoys his time at the nursery.

My child started in September 2018 and I am very impressed with the level of attention they devoted to the child. They are very informative and polite. The setting itself is friendly, clean and I am happy in every aspect regarding the setting and the staff.

Exceptional service, made more unique in the ability to stay consistent year in year out.
I must commend the manager(s) who have been able to stay the very best in West Midlands.
Commendations well deserved considering the limited funding received which has an overall effect on output but which still surpasses expected delivery.

I consider Tiny Toez a pioneer in nursery care. I can only imagine and wonder on new innovations and improvements the management has to deliver/offer, if the needed resources are available to them.

Overall Experience

My daughter has an excellent bond with not only her key worker but all staff in the setting. She continually asks for them when not in their presence and never wants to leave!! As long as she’s happy I’m happy. Couldn’t have chosen a better setting for my child!

Overall Experience

Absolutely fantastic experience, most accommodating to both child and parents needs. Brilliant liaison and progress tools. My son has come on fab here. He had a rocky start but his keyworker made him settle quickly. His speech and confidence has grown wonderfully and we're going to miss this establishment very much.

Crystal Cuthbertson
Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.

I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.

I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.

I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.

I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.

I have been at Tiny Toez at Westfield for 10+ years. I am the setting deputy manager, and I am also the pre-school room leader. I started my career as an apprentice and have progressed my career throughout my time at the setting.
