Tiny Toez @ Westfield is an OUTSTANDING nursery as rated by OFSTED June 2023. The Westfield site is one of three Tiny Toez nurseries in Stoke-on-Trent, where the provider is well-respected for the quality of childcare and learning made available to children, while offering trusted and qualified professionals who respect both children and parents who use the service.

Exceptional service, made more unique in the ability to stay consistent year in year out.
I must commend the manager(s) who have been able to stay the very best in West Midlands.
Commendations well deserved considering the limited funding received which has an overall effect on output but which still
surpasses expected delivery.
I consider Tiny Toez a pioneer in nursery care. I can only imagine and wonder on new innovations and improvements the management has to deliver/offer, if the needed resources are available to them.

My daughter has an excellent bond with not only her key worker but all staff in the setting. She continually asks for them when not in their presence and never wants to leave!! As long as she’s happy I’m happy. Couldn’t have chosen a better setting for my child!

Children always return here happy from the nursery. During their time at Tiny Toez @ Westfield, they have shown obvious signs of development. They have never not wanted to attend Tiny Toez @ Westfield which I think speaks volumes.

Every time we come for a review, I am always impressed with my daughter's progress. She is constantly improving thanks to the staff. They never fail to help my daughter advance and always take the time to talk to us and keep us informed.

Absolutely fantastic experience, most accommodating to both child and parents needs. Brilliant liaison and progress tools. My son has come on fab here. He had a rocky start but his keyworker made him settle quickly. His speech and confidence has grown wonderfully and we're going to miss this establishment

Job Title: Childcare Manager Joined: 2009

Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.
I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.


I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.
I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.


I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.
