Nurtured @ Chell

My little boy started Nurtured in Chell in March. The staff are lovely and welcoming and helped with 15-hour funding application. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently and my little boy was booked in for taster sessions, he settled in very quickly with no upset (he didn’t want to leave) and was able to start the fully funded sessions the following week. The app they use is brilliant and keeps you fully updated with your child’s progress and other news that’s happening within the setting. I feel confident when leaving my little boy that he is well taken care of and happy and would recommend using the nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

I enrolled my son in September 2023, some of my older children came to this nursery so I was already familiar with the friendly staff. They knew that I had never enrolled any of my children as young as I did my youngest and knew how anxious I was. They were so reassuring and supportive, not just for my child but myself also. My child soon settled in their nursery, his knowledge and development is absolutely fantastic, thanks to the team. They will always go above and beyond where they can for their children and the parents. If I could give more stars to rate I would! Well done!

A great place for my son, where I know he will be looked after. As a mum with panic disorder is hard to trust people with my son, but from the first day visiting the nursery they have made it easy for me and given me the assurance I needed. My little boy is happy having new friends to play with and I'm happy for the support the nursery provides to us, the security and happy with the daily updates to.

My boys are starting the nursery next month and so far I’m very happy with everything that has been done for us. The staff are lovely they are always happy to help you with anything. I can’t wait for the boys to start.

The staff and management team are amazing.

I would highly recommend this nursery - I think it's amazing. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and always very approachable. Always easy to reach via phone or by messages on the app. I get regular updates on my child's progress and activities. After every day I get told what they've eaten and what they've been up to. My boy loves going, and I never worry how he's going to be during the day. He used to hate his old nursery, so to see him go here and come home with the biggest smile on his face. The staff are brilliant with him always regular, always smiling, always happy. The meals they have are brilliant, like a home away from home - my boys always have seconds. The settings are just like home, and they have lots of activities and things set up - they play with everything from dinosaurs to dolls to dress up. The extracurricular activities are also brilliant, like a cooking class, gardening, forest school and woodwork, and soon they are putting on language class. Definitely recommend it to others.

All in all, this is a great nursery. Thank you for making me feel better about being at work and not at home with my little girl, as I know she is in great hands!

An amazing nursery. My little boy has been attending since toddler and is now in pre-school. The staff keep me updated each day on how he has been and what he has done. The Senco has also been amazing in helping me get the support my child needs.

Enrolling my son into a nursery was a daunting task as he was such a mummy’s boy! The nursery gave him plenty of settling-in sessions to make the transition easier! The staff are super friendly and have your child’s best interests. Since starting at the nursery, I have noticed my son is developing so quickly! The offer for the extra curriculum is fab, and the yearly diary is really helpful! Thank you, baby room!

Brilliant nursery, with a lovely staff team. My little lady had detachment issues, but she loves going to nursery now with no tears and all smiles. My eldest daughter used to come here too, this is why I have bought my baby now, as it was so good 10 years ago - 5 stars from me.

After being so attached to your very loving two-year-old it's a big transition for not only the child but the parent too. I can't thank the staff enough for the patience they have, my son struggled to settle at first within a month he has come on leaps and bounds within his confidence, I can't believe how much he has come on I couldn't have done it without the support from the staff. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching my little flower blossom each day, he has learnt so much already, best decision I made sending him, lovely calm atmosphere.

My son has been coming for over a year now and the staff are so friendly it's a lovely environment. My son loves going, I couldn't recommend enough for anyone to come here. My daughter also came here a few years ago. It's a good nursery.

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I am always updated on the app what my child has eaten, how they've slept etc. Great communication. My child loves going and I have no worries when dropping off.

Absolutely amazing nursery. The staff go above and beyond for the little ones in their care - from the moment my son had his first settler sessions, they’ve made sure that he’s comfortable and settled in to the nursery. The app is regularly updated, so you can check how they’re doing when you have a spare minute at work, which works really well for us. I’m so happy with how settled my little boy is - he always comes home happy when he’s been to nursery.

Brilliant nursery, my daughter loves it here, brilliant communication from them regarding daily activities, meals, naps and toileting. I couldn't ask for more. The staff often talk to me about her personality traits, it's so reassuring that they are really paying attention to the children's individual needs and actively arrange activities to suit them. Brilliant!

All round amazing nursery, staff are lovely and welcoming, go the extra mile to ensure all parents and children are welcomed, ensure that the child's day is fun-filled and exciting. The holiday club provide good outing and day trips that are suitable for all different ages.

Nurtured Chell are a lovely welcoming nursery. We felt very relaxed leaving our daughter with them. They did amazingly when she first started here, and there is no bad experience so far. They make you feel at ease each time we drop off and pick up and always keep us up to date throughout the day with notifications of nappy changes etc, which we find very useful for when we collect. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since being here and she is on target in all development areas.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and she adores the staff who work with her. Since day one they have been very approachable and have met my daughter's specific needs. They listened to what the hospital had advised and made sure the guidance was followed. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My son has been going to this nursery since March and he has come on some much! He loves it here. When he started his talking he wasn't as strong, but now the change is amazing! The staff are so friendly and lovely!

I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else.
