I would recommend this nursery to other parents.

Sending my child to a nursery was something i was so worried about. I have worked in nurseries and early years and have seen how it can go wrong. When we went for a walk around my daughter did not want to leave the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter absoultely loves nursery she asks to go on days shes at home and she has told us all the lovely activities she does. I have noticed my daughters speach has come on amazing since she joined and she is thriving after falling behind. I highly reccomend the nursery.

I honestly felt, nurtured chell team is doing an outstanding job and continuously working towards top most. Staffs are very friendly, always give updates on my child.. any time parents can go if there is a concern.. With my child being one year sending him to nursery was so much worrying to me but all vanished now. Child showed significant improvement after sending to this nursery. All am saying this out of some of the traumatic experience I had with some other stoke on Trent nurseries when my elder son went. I never felt as a external / International person here. Going to this nursery feels like going to one of the close families. It's a very supportive place.

Throughout my child's time at nursery the staff and managers have gone above and beyond to give extra time and support during a difficult family matter. My son has always felt more than comfortable here and has a really positive relationship with all staff. Nurtured at Chell is a wonderful nursery and I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Lovely and supportive staff, I feel so safe and happy to send my son nursery. I highly recommend this nursery they have brilliant facilities and are really well trained. They always welcome you in with a smile and make sure my son has the best day. When taking him into nursery he can get quite upset but the staff are real good at settling him quickly.

Nurtured @ chell has been great for my little boy. The staff are friendly and helpful, not matter the question, they are always willing to help. They respond well to any messages you have and keep you updated on anything that you need to know, and how your child's day is. I was anxious about sending my little boy to a nursery at first but the staff here have managed to put all my nerves a rest. Special mention to Sandra and Claire and majority of the other staff members can't thank them enough for what they do for my little boy. I highly recommend this nursery and when speaking to other people I only hear positive things about this nursery

Brilliant nursery and the staff are amazing, my little girl has just started here and she absolutely loves it. They've also been really helpful and supportive with the enrolment process and gave me a much better understanding of how it all works :)

Nurtured Chell has been amazing for our daughter. The staff are so friendly yet professional and always keep us updated, whether through the app, phone or at pick-up. I love receiving photos and updates which reassure me she's happy and settled. Since starting, her confidence, speech and motor skills have come on so much, and the variety of meals has encouraged her to try new foods. The nursery itself is lovely, with safeguarding clearly a top priority, and activities like rhythm time and the recent zoo trip make her days extra special. We're excited to watch her progress through the rooms, knowing she'll always be welcomed by the amazing team. I would definitely recommend Nurtured Chell to anyone looking for a caring, organised and professional nursery.

I was really nervous about leaving our baby girl at nursery, however the staff have been nothing short of fantastic, supporting baby and us through transition into the setting. Every question is answered, the app is brilliant and informative. I highly recommend Nurtured @Chell and thank them for their support.

I was so nervous to start my youngest daughter at nursery, but the staff at nurtured have been absolutely amazing. Ensuring she is settled and comfortable, having fun, alongside keeping me updated with how she is throughout the day. A lovely nursery with even lovelier staff, thank you! X

My son started here at the start of September and I couldn't praise the staff more! due to his restricted diet the staff have been amazing with his meals and accommodating for him to make his meals as similar as possible to the other children to make him feel included whilst making sure he is getting the right foods along with his supplements. The staff are brilliant at settling him as he did get a little upset when he first started but the more he's going the more is he getting use to been in the nursery environment and is thriving thanks to the nursery staff

Every staff member are warm, caring and have such a lovely way with the children. I love that we're kept updated throughout the day with the various activities and what he is getting up to. Thanks so much to everyone for making what such a hard big step much easier.

Both my girls attended/are attending Nurtured @ Chell. The staff are amazing & friendly. My eldest come on a lot with her speech when she attended and she absolutely loved going and making new friends and trying new things. My youngest has only just started but she has settled in well and enjoys going and exploring! She has also learnt a few words since going and it's only been 10 days! The care the staff give the children is like all the children are their own!! Highly recommend xx

Lovely staff, my daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and loves all the activities they do with the children, lovely meals and snacks. Reassurance on the app and keep updates on children while at nursery.

My son has been attending this nursery since September 2024, he has come on so well since being here, he has started to say more words, he is no longer shy around others and will engage with other adults and children. He now enjoys going to nursery and has created a close bond to his keyworker that is amazing with him.

Haven't got a specific date or reason for review but I know my daughter loves going to this nursery and working with her key worker. She's enjoys it and is learning so much when being there, she's developed so much and I'm grateful for what the girls do for my daughter

Fantastic setting and staff. My daughter started in January and within a week she had settled in. Staff keep you well informed. My daughter now goes in and has her confidence back. Lots of activities for her to do there and special days for parents to come in and join activities.

My child loves to go and always comes home happy.

Nurtured have the child's best interest but also involve you in the decision making! My little boy loves it here. He goes in with a smile and always comes out with a smile. They keep me up to date on his progress and tips on what to work on
