Any issues that arise, they deal with in a sensitive manner. I really couldn't recommend these highly enough.

I honesty can't praise and thank the staff enough for the effort they make and the pride they take within the setting and most importantly the children and each other.

I couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery-it's a place full of love, care, and dedication. Highly recommended.

Our little girl started Nurtured Chell at 10 months old (April 2024). She does 4 morning sessions per week and she adores going to nursery. The ladies are amazing and we are thoroughly at ease/confident in the care that our girl receives. Cannot reccomend this nursery enough!

Couldn't ask for a better nursery for my little boy to attend, they have helped him come on so much over the months and couldn't thank them enough for what they do. They always want the best for the children and all staff cooperate well throughout the setting.

Lovely nursery and fantastic staff. My daughter has made lots of progress at the setting. Lots of great activities on offer. We have lots of communication and opportunity to get involved in the nursery. Would highly recommend.

My son has been coming here for just over 12 months after having a bad experience at a previous nursing and honestly, I can't believe the difference in him, he has developed and learnt so much. He always feels comforted by the staff at Nurtured, especially his key worker, they're like his 2nd family! I'm so glad my son got to experience Nurtured at Chell and I believe this has set him up perfectly for his transition to big school!

As our little one is leaving nursery this year to go to big school, we can't thank the whole team at Nurtured enough for taking care of our daughter. She started attending the nursery at just a few months old and I had full trust in them from the get-go. Some of the team have had a close bond with her and she talks about them at home. So I know we made the right choice in choosing Nurtured.

I love this nursery, my granddaughter has been attending since the beginning of March 2024. I have been on visits with her mum to settle her in and from the start I just knew this was the right choice. I pick her up every Friday and the staff are amazing (baby room), they go out of their way to tell me about my granddaughter's day and what she has eaten. I feel nothing is too much trouble for the staff to answer any questions I have. My granddaughter has also come on leaps and bounds while attending this amazing nursery, for example, she was a real fussy eater and found it hard to sit still when she did eat, but since being here she is trying all new foods and actually sits and eats with the other children which is a great milestone. Thank you all for doing a great job, keep up the good work from a very very satisfied nanny.

My youngest has come on amazingly since being at this nursery, the staff go above and beyond for all the children and it really shows! My eldest also attends a holiday club and absolutely loves it, the best nursery around!

I have used Nurtured childcare for both my young children back in 2020 and again just over 12 months. Staff are amazing and make sure your're updated on everything that's going on and how the days have been. Never have had a fault within the nursery setting. They've helped my little girl come a long way from hardly speaking to helping her speech become so much more clear.

I have been using this nursery since 2019. Overall I am happy with the service provision. Both of my children were always happy to go here - which is great, knowing that they’re comfortable and happy. Both developed friendships and great relationships with children and staff. I feel that the staff genuinely care for the children and their development and put a lot of effort into enhancing their skills, and individualise this too. There have been a couple of issues on occasions throughout the years that I’ve raised - however, the nursery is very sincere and quick at dealing with the issues and rectifying them - which is all you can ask really. There are lovely extracurricular activities that further develop the children’s skills too. What’s important to me, is that my daughter is thriving and coming along amazingly and a lot of that is thanks to attending the nursery. She is happy. She is cared for. She is safe.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 11 months old. Since there, he’s moved from the babies to the toddlers room and I plan to keep him there for the preschool too. I find all the staff caring and nurturing and my son is happy and content when there. They’ve supported with identifying some possible speech delays in which they’ve acted accordingly by referring to specialist support whilst providing extra support within their setting.

Highly recommend this nursery! The staff are always easily approachable and update me regularly via the app, they also take special care to explain to each parent at pick up how their child has been throughout the day. The staff always listen to your concerns and will help in any way they can. The variety of food for meals and snacks is great and also the activities throughout each day. My son has developed so many skills since attending.

All of the ladies are welcoming and always on hand to help with anything, my daughter does need additional support and everyone has been really supportive in explaining everything step by step making it less stressful. Definitely recommend this nursery.

Transitioning to a new nursery has been hard for my little boy, learning new faces and a new setting. But the staff have made it so easy. Plenty of settling-in sessions to ease him in, the staff have been lovely, and he formed a good bond with his new key worker so quickly!

Fantastic nursery with amazing staff. My child has come on leaps and bounds and looks forward to going every day. Lots of stimulation for the children as well as extra activities. This is by far the best nursery in the area.

Since my little boy started in January, he has come on so much. He was very unsettled to start with as he had only ever been with family members, his key worker worked really well with him, and he now has such a good bond with her. I would highly recommend this nursery.
