Kids Planet Hanford, formerly Hanford Day Nursery, is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

A beautiful nursery with a beautiful ethos linking to the child-based theories, helping children reach their potential. Lovely friendly staff, always wanting the best for your children. A clean neutral feel to the rooms and display boards with lots of resources and information. Lots of information via
their app and social media about events, to involve parents, and information about your child. Love the outdoor areas for the children and the uderskol approach to outdoor learning. There's a chef on-site cooking fresh meals for my children and they always come out happy.

Fantastic nursery. Staff are knowledgeable, caring and supportive. My son has been going here for 6 months and he absolutely loves it. He has come on leaps and bounds and you can see the time and investment put into his early years. I’d highly recommend the nursery to anybody.

Our daughter started at Kids Planet Hanford in July 2023. A huge effort was made to integrate her into toddlers. Hayley especially really helped us feel at ease. Important conversations were repeated back to us that were little sentences that held special meaning to our family which let us know that
they listen/take the time to talk and get to know/understand our child as an individual.
All of the staff in toddlers are very friendly and approachable. One particular staff member especially has a love and passion for her job. She enthusiastically explains things to us and includes Thea in the conversations.
The children get plenty of fresh air. They have little trips out and are currently taking part in little athletes each week.
Sometimes the app takes some time to come through however staff update at pick up and regularly talk about the day/little moments. They are caring understanding and happy people. It’s an extremely inclusive and welcoming nursery to all family members. We are excited about the preschool transition.

We've been really happy with the smooth transition and the care our daughter has received in the baby room. It's a big thing, putting your trust in others to care for your little one, and we've been pleased with everything so far. It's nice to know she is well cared for whilst we work. she always seems
happy to go and happy when I collect her. Communication via the app is good, it's good to have updates during the day and puts our mind at ease. Great classes from external providers too, as well as offering family events, sibling has loved seeing the nursery and what her little sister gets up to!

My son has settled into the baby room much quicker than I had ever anticipated. The staff have been so welcoming, supportive and caring! I'm so grateful for all that they have done to make the transition so smooth for both myself and my little boy!

Kids Planet have been so supportive during my journey of going back to work and having my daughter join the nursery.
Staff have been looking after her and in turn my emotions too.
They acre for my daughter and keep me updated. They work with me, keep me included in choices to be made and have been
so flexible.

He has just started the nursery and has settled in extremely well.

Fantastic child care setting. Staff are very caring and helpful. My child has developed so much since starting in September 2021. Daily updates on the app of what your child has eaten and activities they have done etc, which is great. Amazing 3-week menu of healthy, freshly cooked meals with all dietry
requirements catered for. Overall, a great place for any child to attend, will be sad to see my son leave and start school in September.

Hanford nursery has been amazing with my daughter from the moment she started. The help and support they have given my daughter and me are incredible. The staff are so warm and caring, and that's hard to come across these days. I've seen a massive improvement in development with my daughter since starting.

The nursery and staff are absolutely brilliant; they have made us as a family feel at home. They listen to what we expect for our daughter and meet her needs. They are always friendly and polite. Always ask if there is anything we need to know, and take the time to talk to us. The rooms are so calm
and relaxing; the whole place is just perfect. Can't ask for anything better. Since our daughter started, we have noticed a lot of improvement with her in her development.

My daughter loves coming here! The manager has taken on board parents' comments and really works together with parents and the team.
There is always a warm welcome at the door and staff are aware of her next steps and keep us up to date.
We can't wait for her to come for more days.

Overall experience since Kids Planet had taken over from the previous day nursery is good. My son attends the baby room and is very happy. I receive regular updates on the app, and the staff in the room are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. My son is well cared for and always has a great time whilst
at nursery. I think the nursery is well run. I've always had great communication from management, and I love the Montessori ethos for the nursery. Overall a good experience.

The pre-school staff are amazing! My son has come on in leaps and bounds since being in this class. He is so much more confident. The staff members are polite and so welcoming. They are always creating new activities and I am able to put them to use at home. The class is bright and eye-catching, it
smells amazing every morning when entering the doors! It is always decorated according to the season and my son loves it! He is always fed so well and it gives him chance to try new things. They give so much support not only to my son but to me too. A massive thank you to staff members for all you do! As an added extra they give breakfast to parents in a rush! I mean wow! What an amazing team they make! One particular member of staff makes my son feel at ease in class and is so patient with him!

Kids Planet Hanford is great! My little boy loves going and always talks about the staff and says how much he loves them! His confidence has soared since being at nursery and he is continually learning new things whilst there. I'm so glad I chose this nursery!
