Kids Planet Hanford, formerly Hanford Day Nursery, is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Our child has been in this nursery since they were 10 months old, we've seen it change hands and turn into the now Kids Planet Hanford. The only disappointment was they no longer do shift cover schedules which we had before. However, any concerns, questions or anything you want to know the manager has
quickly resolved, answered and dealt with. The staff are friendly, food is lush and wolfed down (Well Done to the chef). It's nice to see pictures of the day and we love when activities come home! The nursery gives little craft packs for families to do at home and offer good support for the next steps such as potty training getting rid of the dummies etc. Thank you for providing a safe space!

The communication is great and the manager is really good at getting things sorted if you have an issue. My child's key worker is incredible and clearly loves her role as a key person in my child's life.

My little boy has been at the nursery for nearly 2yrs now and he absolutely loves it, the staff are really friendly and helpful and I know he is well looked after. I love the daily updates via the app so I know exactly what he has been up to and what he has eaten during the day - the meals and snacks
are all provided and they always sound lovely! Thank you so much for looking after him so well, you are all fab!

Amazing! My child really enjoys nursery. Always told each night what my child has done that day, we also love all of the parent zone updates throughout the day! The staff are welcoming and friendly! We feel our son has come on loads since starting nursery. We would recommend Kids Planet Hanford to new
starters. When we tell our son its a nursery day our child gets very excited saying his key worker's name!

Really pleased with our experience so far at Kids Planet Hanford. Staff are always so attentive, helpful and polite and we feel that our child is in really good hands when we drop her off each day. She gets so excited when we approach the nursery door which is so reassuring as a parent. We love seeing
updates about our child's day on the app and we love to see the activities she is taking part in and the progress she is making. We really appreciate all of your hard work and care, thank you.

My son has had a great experience at Kids Planet and I was really impressed by how quickly he settled there. He really enjoyed going and was quick to form relationships with the staff. This nursery was taken over several months ago and they appear to still be 'in transition'. For some time, there were staffing issues and it was evident that people were leaving and those who remained were very stretched and stressed as a result, as they wanted to provide the care but couldn't due to
circumstances. Can't fault anyone as they tried. The nursery does aspire to achieve more, but the food menu is still quite bland, thankfully the staff offer snack options if the main menu isn't preferred by the children. There is still some room for improvement, but the staff are generally caring.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing the team in Tots are. My daughter is so happy and settled and it's all down to the superb care she receives there.

We are very pleased with the nursery as a whole, the investment that Kids Planet is making is starting to show and can only benefit the care and development of the children. Our daughter has a wonderful experience here and a great bond with all the wonderful staff.
There have been a lot of changes
since the takeover but it's great that it hasn't impacted on our daughter's care and it's great that the staff have remained there too.
