Kids Planet Hanford, formerly Hanford Day Nursery, is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Kids Planet hanford have been fab with my little boy- he's been there from baby room to preschool, staff have always kept him safe and loved which is all you really want. They have also always adjusted for his issues around food and go out of their way to give detailed feedback to parents. Plus their
family days are great.

Our twins started in the Baby and Tots room a few weeks ago and we have been really happy with the care given. We have updated through the app and if needed, the staff will call us throughout the day to check things.

I'm very happy with how Kids Planet has looked after and developed my two boys.
The staff are great and I would like to recognise a particular staff member. She is loved and respected by my boys and I trust her to do the best for my boys.
The only criticism I'd have would be the outside space for
the toddlers. Too small in my opinion however the staff definitely made the most of the space.

We have 2 boys that attend Kids planet - Handford and they both absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly. The boys experience so many new and great adventures/ activities, they are always coming home and telling us about their day.
I couldn't recommend kids plant enough.

My son recently started and he has disabilities so I was nervous about sending him to nursery at first but all the Staff have been brilliant with him! They have all learned about his needs, keep me up to date whilst he is in nursery and they are all amazing with him! I couldn't recommend this nursery

Kids Planet Hanford have been simply insane! After a bad experience from a nursery previously, the policies and procedures that are practiced by all staff just simply but my mind at rest immediately. All staff are friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable wanting to show love and compassion to
all of the children. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds, especially with her talking and counting, and is starting to mature more in daily life from having a structured routine now she has moved to Preschool! Thank you to you all for looking after my little girl! x

Cannot speak highly enough,
Daughter settled well feel that staff know her personalty well, they are friendly caring and my daughter talks very fondly of the staff and days in nursery

Amazing!! I recommend whoever I can staff are so caring and build an individual relationship with each child. The variety of food is brilliant my little boy loves trying all the new foods and trying foods from other cultures. I can't say enough good things about this nursery 110% recommend

My little boy adores it here. I'm so close to my little boy and was worried about leaving him with strangers but wow I was wrong. The staff have become family to my little boy, he loves it here and know my baby girl will love it here too when she goes and even though she has epilepsy I know she will
be in good safe hands as most are first aided trained. I can not fault this nursery. Only thing I could say is I hope they do some more play sessions. My little boy aunties keep saying how they want go in to play with him there. But that's just an extra. As I say no faults. Kids planet is the best nursery with fresh, homemade foods, lots of educational toys and activities and to boost They follow gentle parenting so I have no worries of them shouting at my son so at times struggles with his emotions. Thanks for everything you all do!

All the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful with the support and growth of our child, since going here his development has gone through the roof in all areas. It's always great seeing and hearing what he gets upto and knowing how well he is eating too. I can't give enough praise to everyone here
for everything they do and would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Both of my children attend the nursery and both are very different in their needs. My 1st child is a real mummies boy and we still have the normal bribes on the drop off to not go to nursery- over time and another child later I've learnt that this is quite normal so let this be reassuring to any mums
with screaming babies at the drop off. But I can honestly say it's been invaluable. The bonds, friendships and development he has achieved would not have been possible without the staff and activities at KP. My second child is delayed in her gross motor skills and the team have been so supportive. I have daily updates about both children and see how they've eaten and what they've been up to each day. The handover with staff makes me know that they know my children on a personal level and that's all I could ask for.

Very happy with the nursery. We receive regular updates on how our child is doing. Our child seem to be developing very well since attending the nursery. Good verity of food choices at meal times and for snacks.

My little boy has attended here since July 2024 and he has come on leaps and bounds since joining here. He has made many friendships and relationships with the children and staff in his room. He particularly has great bonds with his key workers. The menu has a great variety of different types of foods.
The activities and snapshots what get put onto the app are also brilliant and I love seeing what he gets up to throughout the day.

Excellent nursery I've never had a problem. Two staff members in particular at preschool are fantastic with my little boy. They are both so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable leaving my little boy there even with the mum's guilt of going to work. Fantastic nursery thank you so much!

Hanford Kids Planet has been a wonderful school for my son. He has progressed so much since starting and he loves his time there. He tries new foods, plays new games and learns new songs. The staff are all wonderful, caring and encouraging to the children. We thank them all.

My son has been at Hanford for over 2 years. Since Kids Planet have took over it has been fantastic. There are so many learning opportunities for the children. My son is excited every day to go to nursery and the staff always go above and beyond. Highly recommend. I will be sad when his time at Kids
