Footsteps Fazeley Nursery & Pre-School

I genuinely can't thank the Footsteps Fazeley team more if I tried. My little girl started in March this year after going to a childminder which didn't work out how we planned to. I was really worried about how she would cope in a busier setting and a faster-paced environment. From viewing the nursery to today all of the ladies have been nothing short of amazing, the love and attention they give all of the children in their care is immeasurable. I know that when I leave my daughter in their care she has the best day possible, they provide reassurance, education and so much fun and that's all a parent could wish for. Going back to work, especially after your first child is hard but just knowing my little girl is having an amazing time in the care of these wonderful ladies fills me with so much reassurance. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending Footsteps and I'd encourage anyone to book in for an open day!

Since day one, I have been more than happy with the standard of care the nursery have provided my son. You can see how much the staff love the children and how invested they are in their overall wellbeing and development. My son has been at Footsteps since June 2021 and his development in that time is amazing and all of that is due to the nursery. I have nothing but praise for all the staff. my son loves going to nursery and he loves the staff who look after him. So much so, he talks about them at home. it will be a sad day when the time comes to say goodbye.

Footsteps Fazeley is a fantastic nursery. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The care they offer the children is exemplary. The staff provide excellent care, support and learning to all children. The activities are brilliant and the food superb. Both my children love going to this nursery and I would highly recommend it. All members of the team including management, support staff, the chef and lunchtime supervisors all provide the best possible service.

My niece absolutely loves coming to the nursery at Footsteps Fazeley! The staff have such an amazing bond with her, I always see pictures on the online system so I can see what she gets up to and how much fun she is having. At the weekends she is always talking about nursery and she is always excited to go in.

My great-niece attends footsteps Fazeley and when she comes to visit me, she's always talking about how much fun she has had and all the exciting activities she gets involved with. I can always see in her face how happy she is there and this brings me great pleasure knowing she is well looked after while her moms at work. I would highly recommend it.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The activities always look engaging and exciting and my daughter often talks about her day at nursery, she especially loves the cookery club she does. The outdoor environment is a lovely setting with lots to do. My daughter loves the food that the cook makes and will often eat more than one plate of food at lunchtime, there is a very good variety day to day.

We would like to advise how wonderful the team are at Footsteps Fazeley. Our daughter has attended the baby room and is currently in the toddler room. We love hearing what she has been doing each day and seeing her observations on the learning app. Our daughter loves the leam, especially her key worker.

My daughter has been here since she was 9 months old and to say the team have gone above and beyond is a massive understatement! The Manager and her team are extremely skilled and handle each child with care, consideration, and professionalism. Our daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since joining Footsteps Fazeley and the team supports us through every step of her journey too. From daily verbal feedback to physical reports detailing everything from food, nappies, and even behaviour, the team at Footsteps Fazeley have been incredible. Keep it up guys, your doing great, and can’t wait to watch our daughter grow further with your support!

My daughter has been at the nursery for nearly a year now she is currently in rising 3s. When she started nursery last September she cried to go now she up ready and excited to go. She has come on so much with her speech and confidence she now can count to 10, knows all her colours. All my friends and family comment on how clever she is. I just want to thank all the girls that look after her for all the hard effort they have put into an amazing job.

My daughter is in the baby room and she loves her two days a week she’s in nursery. She is most excited when I pull into the nursery and hand her over to the amazingly helpful staff. She does lots of fun and different activities which she really enjoys. She loves all of the baby room staff and holds her arms out to them every morning which is very reassuring for me. Would highly recommend this nursery!

The staff are always so bubbly and enthusiastic with the children and I always receive a detailed review of my baby's day when I pick her up. The staff seems genuinely thrilled when she does something new for the first time.

Our twins have attended the nursery since June 2020 after their last nursery closed. We have been so impressed with Footsteps Nursery & Pre School (Fazeley). The staff are incredible, so kind and caring. Both of the children have thrived since being there and I really feel passionate that is because of the team. They have helped them grow into wonderful little people who love interacting with both adults and children. The nursery does different themed days and activities, so each day they come out having done something different which is just lovely! I am kept up to date with anything the kids have done throughout the day and the team are happy for me to call with any questions. Thanks guys!

I have noticed good progress in my child's development since being at Footsteps Nursery & Pre School (Fazeley), which I do think is as a result of mixing with other children and the education provided by the setting. I would say the employee turnover is somewhat concerning mainly for the reasons of consistency for the children, trust from parents and job satisfaction for nursery practitioners. I do not actually currently know who my child's key worker is or each practitioner's name that comes in to contact with my child and their educational level. I would say this is because I've not been introduced formally to new staff. In relation to feedback, the learning book could be somewhat more personalised to the child rather than extracts from the Early Learning Foundation Stage, although I do see the benefits of referring back to this. I think this problem is more to do with staffing levels than a fault of the practitioners as they are very competent. I would recommend this nursery, I just feel that there is always room for improvement.

My Grandson comes to this nursery 5 days a week, it's such a joy to see him walk in and be happy. The Setting is outstanding, the standards of care and cleanliness are impeccable. My Grandson loves his key worker, and the relationship between them is lovely. I recommend Footsteps Nursery Fazeley and I'm really happy with the service. Thank you!

The staff are fantastic, so kind and caring. They go out of their way to ensure they get to know you as parents as well as your child. The food is fantastic and even with our child having an allergy never goes without. They host sessions in which you can join your child at nursery to complete activities which is a really lovely touch. We highly recommend Footsteps to all our friends and family.

My son started nursery in September and I couldn't be happier with the baby room staff. Always welcoming and very helpful to a first time mother in need of advice. My son has developed so much since starting and has made some lovely relationships. The daily activities are always fun and engaging for the children and the online profiles are brilliant so I get to see what he has been up to while I'm working which is always warming to see. Definitely worth every penny!

From the moment you enter Footsteps, you are welcomed into a family of supporting staff who see each child as a priority. Every member of the team greets you and your child with a welcoming smile. Our child has always been happy here and I would recommend them highly to others.

I feel so comfortable taking my baby to Footsteps. She is our only child and we were understandably extremely nervous about taking her to nursery so young but everyone at Footsteps Fazeley has made us feel completely at ease. Especially all of the girls in the nursery room. They have made both me and my husband feel at complete ease leaving her with them. We know she’ll be cared for, cuddled, entertained and challenged every day we take her. She jumps out our arms to go to the girls now and this makes us feel so happy that she enjoys her time there.

Thank you to everyone at Footsteps Fazeley. Especially two staff members in particular. We couldn’t wish for a better nursery for our little girl.

I can't rate the nursery highly enough. They have looked after my son since he was two years old and he has thrived under their care. He has had a great relationship with all his key workers and has loved all the staff who have cared for him. He was always participating in exciting activities such as Cooking Club, Little Kickers and Forest School and the activities that the girls had set-up in the rooms were always new and exciting. The food that they cooked for the children was always healthy and tasty and he would regularly eat more than one plateful! I was very sad to see him leave when he left for school. Can't thank them enough for helping him turn into a happy confident little boy.
