Staff are always helpful and ready to listen. They are honest and up to date with all things happening. Staff truly care about the children and their families. Always happy and ready to start the day. My son loves going to nursery and asks at a weekend if he can go. He knows the staff by name and is happy to ask for help.

Footsteps fazeley is an amazing nursery. Our little girl started at the nursery when she was just 9 months old and has loved going ever since. The lovely bonds she has made with staff is clear to see and all staff are always so friendly and polite when seeing them round the nursery. I have complete trust in all the girls that look after our daughter and knowing she's really being looked after to the highest standard makes it so much easier for us to take her there. We are always seeing and being shown constant progress in her development and staff have a clear passion for what they do as they hand over her day to us with excitement. Our daughter gets to experience so many things throughout the year as well as an amazing outdoor space for her to safely explore. We can't thank all the girls at footsteps fazeley and the management team enough for everything they do and provide for our little girl.

My son is very happy at Footsteps Fazeley and gets on very well with the staff. He often comes home talking about his day and the things he has learned and he really loves the organised activities like cooking club and science. He is well looked after and eats the healthy food provided. The nursery staff also take interest in my son's passions and encourage confidence and creativity.

Footsteps Fazeley is a truly wonderful nursery. The staff are clearly passionate about what they do and genuinely care about the children in their care. I returned to work in September after maternity leave and honestly feel like I've landed on my feet choosing this nursery for my baby. From day one, the team took the time to make him feel comfortable and settled - and it's made all the difference. He's now thriving, loves the staff, and clearly enjoys his time there. I'm so grateful to everyone at Footsteps Fazeley for creating such a warm, nurturing environment. The set-up is excellent, with dedicated outdoor areas for each age group. The meals are healthy and well-balanced, and the staff always keep me informed with thoughtful updates about my baby's day. Thank you, Footsteps Fazeley - we couldn't be happier!

Nursery is fantastic, both my children love going, the team are fabulous. The setting in each room is great and really changes as the kids grow to suit their age, I love forest school and the fact that the kids get to play outside most days, no matter the weather. We really are happy to have chosen footsteps. The only thing I would change is the communication, I feel like there could be more support when parents ask for help, whether its with schedules, invoices, portal issues etc.

I can't recommend this nursery enough, it's a beautiful, clean place with staff that really care about the children. Even staff that are in different rooms always know my childs name and say hello which creates such a welcoming and family atmosphere. My child's development has really improved since joining the nursery, and has learned so many social and communication skills. He sings nursery rhymes and knows his animals and colours which are largely thanks to the nursery! He's also learned a lot of practical skills such as eating , drinking and independence. He's So happy here and it's a joy to see him flourish. He spends a lot of time in forest school and outside which I love, and is always doing a range of exciting activities! If we've ever had a problem the staff have always been so happy to work with us to make sure it's solved and we are happy and comfortable. 100% recommend, we have been very happy here and so glad we chose this nursery! 5 star nursery with 5 star staff!

Our twin boys (3 years old) absolutely love it here! The staff are amazing - so friendly, caring, and full of energy. They really take the time to get to know each child, and it shows in how happy and confident our boys have become since starting. Every day is packed with fun activities, and they're always coming home chatting about what they've done. We've noticed such great progress in their speech and social skills. The food is another big plus - really healthy and tasty meals that the boys actually enjoy. It's clear the team put a lot of effort into making sure the kids eat well and feel good. Communication is brilliant too - we always know how their day has gone. The whole place has such a warm, positive vibe. We honestly couldn't be happier with Footsteps Fazeley. It's a lovely, caring nursery that gives children the best start - highly recommend!

Since my daughter started back in April 2025, she has been looked after and cared for by everyone in the Toddler room. I love knowing she is engaging and enjoying activities we haven't yet done at home. What I am most impressed with is knowing that she has developed solid relationships with many of the staff. A special note to her key worker, who makes me feel completely at ease dropping off my daughter - even when she gets upset. Handover information is always through and (I don't know how they do it with so many children in their care) my child's items, be it clothes, dummies or shoes, are always in the bag ready for collection. I look forward to my child growing and experiencing what the nursery continues to offer. Thank you for caring for my angel.

A Wonderful Nursery Experience! Our son has been attending footsteps fazeley since March 2025, and we couldn't be happier with the care, attention, and love he receives every day. From the moment we walk in, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming - it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are absolutely fantastic - kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's happiness and development. They take the time to get to know each child's personality, and it's clear how much they care. Our son has grown in confidence, made lovely friendships, and is learning something new every day through fun, creative activities. Communication is excellent too - we're always kept updated on his progres and daily routine.

I've had two children attend this nursery and have been really pleased with the care they've both received. My eldest had special educational needs, which were identified and supported brilliantly during their time here, and my youngest - who's there now - is thriving, especially with the emphasis on forest school play. The nursery provides a great routine for the children, and the staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. The management team are also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I couldn't be happier with the nurturing environment they've created.

The relationships between both my kids and the ladies who work at the nursery are better than I could have wished for or imagined they would be. It's very evident that the nursery staff really care for the children in the nursery, they build relationships with the children and share lots of information with the parents about how their day has been; including photos and videos!

We 100% recommend Fazeley Footsteps Nursery! Every single member of staff is not only super friendly but highly experienced and very professional. My daughter started at this nursery at just 10 months in the baby room and has progressed all the way to preschool. We've been delighted at the commitment of the staff to the development and wellbeing of the kids always encouraging and supporting them in every step of the way. Their communication is superb in keeping us up to date of our daughter's progress, developments and of course, achievements. We've had the chance to get to know pretty much everyone that works at Footsteps, what a brilliant team. The staff has seen my daughter learn, grow and thrive since her first day. The nursery syllabus has helped our daughter develop brilliantly as well as preparing her for school - she has really come out of her shell and is now full of confidence.

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. My son is just leaving to head to school and they have absolutely helped shape him into the funny, confident, clever little boy he is today. Every staff member is so caring and takes the time to talk to you and know you and your child. The management team is exceptional and honestly I am so sad his time has ended here. He has thrived here under their care, and I couldn't be more grateful to all the team at this fantastic facility. The building and grounds are lovely, and it's such a great space for growing and learning. Highly recommend you send your child to this nursery if you want them to be well cared for everyday.

Our little boy has been attending Footsteps Fazeley for just over a year now and we can't praise the nursery & staff enough. All of the staff are extremely friendly and instantly made us feel at ease. In the initial weeks of him attending we were the classic anxious parents who would call to check on him throughout the day and this was never a problem for them. Despite being busy they always took the time to update/reassure us which meant so much. Our little boys development has come on leaps and bounds since being at nursery, the activities that they do with the children make learning fun. His confidence has grown so much since being there and it is so lovely to see. We have a verbal handover each time we collect our little boy followed by a daily diary with pictures which we love because it gives us a snapshot of his day. We are so pleased that we chose Footsteps Fazeley for our little boy because, put simply, they are outstanding.

Our little boy has been extremely happy at Footsteps Fazeley for the past 4 years. He started just as he was turning 1 and is now finishing preschool and has had a fantastic experience in all four rooms. Staff are friendly, welcoming and have built lovely relationships with him, indulging in his interests and ensuring he feels safe. The nursery has lovely indoor and outdoor spaces which are regularly refreshed and updated to keep them interesting and exciting for the children. Staff have provided stimulating activities at each stage of his development and he loves the extra-curricular offer, particularly Forest School!

My son attends the nursery and is always happy to go, and enjoys his days there. The staff are friendly and professional, and I have the peace of mind knowing he is safe and learning new things whilst there. They continue to monitor his development, and any questions regarding his development or general wellbeing are answered timely and dealt with professionally. The nursery itself is always clean and well presented, and I would not hesitate in recommending it to friends or colleagues.

We've had a lovely experience of the viewing and onboarding process at Footsteps Fazeley. Having to be quite a rushed process on our side the staff at the nursery have been nothing but accommodating, responsive and supportive. We are under no illusion that this has helped our child settle in so well who seems to really enjoy his days. He's already mastered some new skills in just a few short weeks and we are really glad we chose Footsteps Fazeley.
