Tinkerbells Nursery

My son has been at this nursery since he was 5 months old. We had a good routine with him and the nursery, one staff member, especially, in the baby room was amazing with this always catering to our needs and our son loves her, he has gone up a room now but always gives her a smile and a wave every time he leaves. Since he has been in the toddler room he has come on leaps and bounds. This was also the only nursery in that would take my son as I work shift patterns, so he is not in on set days and I am thankful for how flexible they are and always take my son last minute if my shifts do change unexpectedly, and as I say no other nurseries were willing to accommodate this. I cannot fault Tinkerbells Nursery and I wouldn't want my son to go anywhere else.

My son is constantly stimulated with different things each session. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting in September and dives into his teacher's arms! Couldn't ask for a better nursery experience for my child.

My daughter is attending here and is thriving so much, the team at Tinkerbells are amazing. My daughter loves going and has a special connection with each member of staff. I would highly recommend this nursery. I'm so glad I found them. Nothing is ever too much for the team. So welcoming and friendly. So thank you Tinkerbells for everything you do!

Since the new manager has taken over Tinkerbells, there has been a huge change, absolutely brilliant changes. The nursery is bright, warm and welcoming. The staff are always so kind and caring and compassionate. Everyone works so well as a team and does truly care for the children as their own. The manager is always happy to help and get involved with the children. The nursery is always clean, and the staff are always presentable. They do amazing activities, from outside play to inside play, getting creative and messy. My son is always coming home happy and has lots to tell me about his day. They are like one big family, I really can't fault the nursery at all.

My daughter had never been to nursery in her first two years, due to being a lockdown toddler but she started Tinkerbells earlier in the year and had the most incredible time! She has a fantastic key worker who is the most amazing lady who she just loves to be around! She comes home telling me about the conversations they've had and the playing they've done. I always get a full handover of what she has been up to while I'm away. After my third child, I've had many nursery nurses and her key worker is one who may have only been with us a short while, but will stick with me forever. You helped us break our lockdown clinginess and made her outlook for school really positive.

We have been very happy with Tinkerbells. Our daughter has taken a while to settle there but she loves it and doesn't stop talking about her day there! The staff are amazing, they let us know what's gone on through the day and how she has been. Lovely spacious environment. Cannot fault the staff at all.

My son is 21 months old with Downs Syndrome. He has been attending Tinkerbells nursery for nearly 4 months. The staff are so welcoming and my son has taken to them all so well! If he’s missed lunch or a nap they will cater to what he specifically needs that day. Sometimes he doesn’t want to come home, he has so much fun! I personally love to know that my son is cuddled and consoled when upset/tired/unwell. The staff are very attentive. I never thought I would trust strangers with him but you can just feel when a child is comfortable. This nursery was recommended to me by work colleagues and I would definitely recommend it.

We have been extremely happy with Tinkerbells Nursery over the last 3.5 years. Our daughter's development and care here has been second to none and she has flourished during her time here. We would highly recommend this nursery as the staff really make this place what it is!

Tinkerbells Nursery is such a lovely nursery. All the girls are so lovely. Go above and beyond for the children and parents.

All staff are approachable and polite and activities are offered to my daughter. I would recommend this nursery, I am happy leaving my daughter in their care.

My son has attended Tinkerbells over the past year, starting in the baby room when he was 10-months-old and now in the toddler room. He has always loved going to nursery, and the staff have always made me feel happy to leave him from the start. He gets excited every week when it’s a nursery day, and he is always playing with something different or doing a different activity when I drop him off and pick him up. He loves every member of staff, and knows who they all are, they all make the effort to talk to him within the nursery even if they are not based in his room. Tinkerbells is a great nursery, and I will be most definitely sending my baby there too when she’s a bit older.

My daughter has attended the holiday club at Tinkerbells since being a shy, anxious five-year-old. She is now almost 9 and has so much fun, close relationships with staff who do lots of activities around things she really enjoys, and her interests have grown so much in confidence. I love seeing her so happy there over the school holidays and the things she gets up to each day.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. They have done absolute wonders for my son since he’s been there. Before he joined, he wasn’t very social with other children of his age and was very salted with his speech, he also has a very rare medical condition. While he has been there, he has become such a polite little boy and his speech has massively improved, and they have handled his medical condition absolutely amazing. My son really does love it here; the staff are so amazing and are so good with the children. My little boy gets so excited when he knows it’s time for nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery; they have always gone above and beyond for my little boy, and that gives me the greatest comfort.

Our little girl has been going to Tinkerbells Nursery for nearly 3 years. She absolutely loves her days at nursery. The staff are friendly and helpful and reassuring if I have any concerns. The nursery is run very well and the staff all seem very happy. There are plenty of toys and activities and our little girl brings home cards etc for special occasions like Easter and Christmas. Some days, she doesn't want to come home!

Professional giving all information needed to do with Covid-19 and the coming back period. Settled back into nursery straight away no fear. Care workers so friendly, caring and love their work. Always happy to help, bringing an amazing atmosphere.

I have had three children attend Tinkerbells over the past 9 years. They have been happy and well looked after by the caring staff. The manager is well experienced and has the best interests of the children at heart. I would defiantly recommend their nursery to others.

Since my children have been going to Tinkerbells they have all developed in so many different ways. They are so much more confident and love going to nursery each day. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the minute my children started attending Tinkerbells. My little boy has been going to Tinkerbells since he was 9 months old. Working his way through the room, he is currently in toddlers and moving to tweenies after Christmas. My little boy is hard of hearing and they have done everything possible to make his time at nursery as normal as possible. Facilitating a visit from other organisations and listening to their advice where possible. The staff are just such lovely, caring and kind people. They care for my little boy like he is their own. And they are super approachable and understanding of my concerns when I talk about my little boy's development. They were really flexible as my husband worked shifts and this was a big help to my family. They do their very best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

I feel confident when I leave my son that he is safe and well looked after, and I would recommend Tinkerbells Nursery to anybody.
