Busy Bees Birlingham offers a fantastic environment to nurture your child’s creativity and independence. My son has thrived at Busy Bees in Birlingham. His development has been supported throughout. The staff are all really good with him, and its nice to know he's happy and safe. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

My daughter has been at busy bees birlingham since she was a year old. She has always loved her time there and will miss it as she starts school soon. The staff are fantastic at supporting her to become more confident and improve her skills & development. Each key worker she has had has build a lovely
bond with. They are always available to discuss any problems and can give advice if needed. We always enjoy our hand over at the end of each session and here what a lovely day shes had.

Incredible learning environment, super support and care and dedication. This team are the best!
Writing through tears of appreciation as I cannot rate the team at Birlingham Busy Bees highly enough. There aren't words that describe how incredible this team have been for our son and for us as a
family. The dedication, support and fierce commitment that the team have shown means the world.
Our son attended Busy Bees at 12 weeks old and has graduated today. He has had many team members take care of him and all have been incredible.
I must shout out to a few who are and always will be very special to us - the centre director and five members of staff, in particular..
Our only sadness is that they all can't go on to school and be part of our 'family' for years to come.

I cannot fault Busy Bees Birlingham. We sent both our sons there and in the combined 6 years they've been attending they've always been fantastic. Both our boys always loved going and their development was amazing.

The team have done a fantastic job of supporting, nurturing and engaging my child since he started attending 3 years ago. They have always made us feel welcome and have encouraged us to be involved. Their communication has been brilliant whether that be daily feedback on the doorstep or photos through
the app. My son made strong connections with staff members and often talked about them without encouragement. They actively built his favourite things, such as superhero characters, into play ensuring he was really engaged, and they were able to tell me what he enjoys and what he's good at. They've always encouraged him mentally as well as physically and he has loved spending time in the outdoor classroom and having free flow access to the garden whatever the weather. More recently in preparation for school they have reinforced valuable skills such as letter and number recognition, writing and building emotional resillience. We can't thank them enough.

Amazing staff. Always give us a good update when we pick our daughter up. The staff are really good with our daughter and so friendly. Our daughter is so happy at the nursery and all the staff there. She has made loads of friends. The children are always given opportunities to learn through play. The
staff always give thorough updates throughout the day on the online portal on what the child has been eating and any nappy changes they have had. The online portal also gives the opportunity to see photos of what your child has been getting up to with photos and comments from the staff.

My son always comes home with a big smile on his face. He is kept busy with different activities all day and always seems to be doing something interesting.
The nursery staff are always friendly and my son enjoys spending time with his key worker.

Our boys are both very happy at Busy Bees Birlingham. The staff are all incredibly friendly, warm and caring. They arrange exciting activities to help develop and entertain the children in the centre. The facilities at the centre are good, with lots of access to outdoor space and opportunities to encourage
independence.
Our only disappointment is that the centre doesn't do trips outside of the centre like forest school or theatre trips.

My daughter started nursery in February 2023 and since then her development has gone from strength to strength. Although the baby room was closed for a short period of time they did their best to fit in sessions for us when space was available which was much appreciated.
My daughter loves attending
although today was a little upset at drop off due to teething and being clingy the nursery updated me that she was happy and settled once inside. One of the ladies even approached me at pick-up to reassure me she was okay, which was lovely she went out of her way to tell me as she was on her break. Thank you to all the staff at Busy Bees.

My child started going to Busy Bees Birlingham when she was 8 months old. It has now been more than a year since, and we have absolutely no regrets that she is in the best place possible. She thoroughly enjoys being at the nursery: goes in and comes out each day with a big smile! The staff are fantastic
- proactive and friendly. I am extremely proud of the milestones and all-round development my child has achieved with their support and encouragement.
Injuries and illness are handled efficiently. We love Busy Bees - it is almost like our child's second home!
We are not British; we are citizens of a different country - but there has never been a day when we've felt lost or singled out. Busy Bees has always been warm and welcoming!

My daughter started just three months ago in the baby room and in that time the room has been closed on and off each week due to staffing, communication is awful and no development notes each week. The only development report I got was at the end because I asked for one after three months of absolutely
nothing. We withdrew our daughter from here because they closed the room “indefinitely” from July 10th. Save your money and enrol your child at a quality provider!

My 19-month-old little boy has settled in really well at Busy Bees. He seems happy to attend in the morning and I always get a big smile when I collect him. The team have done well to settle him in and seem to be very organised when it comes to any safeguarding issues such as injuries he has sustained
during a nursery day or at home. One improvement could be for more photos/comments to be uploaded onto the app, as we have received minimal in the last three months.

This is a very nurturing environment. My child previously struggled to settle at a different nursery. Thanks to some wonderful caring staff she settled really well despite this being during lockdown when I could not accompany her for settle sessions. The staff gave her plenty of cuddles and ensured
her favourite books were available. She loves going to nursery now and her social development is brilliant. The food is healthy and well balanced, the staff are nurturing. The nursery is well managed and organised and (most importantly) our child is happy.

We have been very happy with Busy Bees Nursery at Birlingham. Our son (16 months) loves going there and happily goes in in the morning. His development has really come on in the past 6 months since he’s started nursery. The staff are all very friendly and professional; our son has a real bond with his
key worker. I know they will get in touch if they have any concerns at all and they have really robust covid controls given that they can’t socially distance from the children. It seems like a really happy place and I never worry about my son being there. We love the information we get about what he’s been doing and the craft projects he brings home.

We can not rate Busy Bees at Birlingham high enough. Our daughter has been going for two and a half years now from the baby room right through to preschool and loves every day she's there.
The staff are caring, personable and have great fun with the children. We know she's safe and happy so cannot
ask for more.

Both of my children attend the nursery, and they are happy and well cared for.
The nursery is always clean, well organised and the kids have fun doing the various activities.
What I would say is exceptional about the nursery; is the staff.
One of my children has been to several nurseries, due
to house moves, and I would say that I think the staff at Busy Bees at Birlingham give a particularly personal and warm level of care.
Every single person there knows both of my children and has a story to tell about them or something to say to them.
My children clearly adore the grown-ups at nursery and talk about them at the weekends!

My little girl loves going to Busy Bees and is always exhausted when I collect her at the end of the day because she's had so much fun. The staff are always friendly and you can really tell they love spending their time with the children. The decision to leave a child with a third party is a really
tough one, but in the time my daughter's been going here I've never doubted that I made the right choice with Busy Bees. The nursery is always clean and they are always thinking of new activities to try with the little ones. I would definitely recommend.
