Amazing nursery really cannot fault them. Brilliant with my 3 year old she adores going there and has come on so much since going there. So flexible and understanding, honestly best nursery I could send her to.

I can't imagine a better nursery for my daughters. They love spending time there, they have so much fun, they learn so much, do messy plays. They are never bored.
I have peace of mind, I don't worry about them when I'm at work. I know my kids have the best care ever. Staff are amazing, they are fun,
loving and caring.
I would never change it for another nursery.

All the staff have been so welcoming and friendly since my little boy started and really helped settle him in. He comes home full of beans and tells us about everything he has been doing.
We love that there are extra activities like football and musical storytime. The soft play room is fab and he
loves the outside area too.

My 7-year-old boy went to Kirsty’s Little Treasures from the age of 9 months until leaving for school. They are amazing, all staff and all the different age groups they enter are perfect for what your child needs. The right amount of love, playing and teaching.
I now have my 14-month-old daughter
at the nursery and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else, she loves it. Staff are brilliant with her and she loves her time at nursery.
It’s truly a nursery you can drop your child off and know they are being loved and well taken care of… plus having lots of fun in the process. All staff are friendly and always so helpful! Highly recommend.

Cannot praise the nursery enough, very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Your staff are a credit to you. Highly recommend. As a family, we are extremely pleased with the way the children have settled, which is because each child develops a bond with members of the team.

Excellent nursery would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to place their child into a nursery. My 2 children love going here, they love all the activities they do and connected with the staff really well. My 2 have grown so much being at this nursery and I couldn’t thank Kirsty's Little
Treasures enough for all the support and everything they do for my children.

Staff are friendly and genuine, our little boy enjoys going to nursery and always comes home talking about the staff in his room. Very helpful during settle-in sessions, even during COVID, and now very accommodating to our son's food intolerances. Management are helpful and flexible when changing his
hours. Highly recommend!

My little one has been attending since he was 1 year old and has transitioned through the setting with ease. The team are great and management are always on the end of a phone for you to speak to. Covid has thrown a lot of curveballs at these types of settings but I feel that the team have handled these
really well and as a parent, I have felt informed of any changes. Would highly recommend and have already done so to friends. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been sending my children to this nursery. My eldest is now nearly 7, the staff are absolutely amazing. They are caring and kind to the children as to be expected but always caring and making sure you are ok too! If you need to speak to them they are very easily approachable, I’ve also found that
the activities for the children within the setting are so good and very interesting! I cannot fault this nursery and the staff at all!

My daughter was born just before lockdown, she hadn’t been anywhere or seen anyone for months when she started at Kirsty's Little Treasures. The staff were so flexible, allowing us to have more settling-in sessions to ensure she was settled before we left her for real! The staff can’t do enough to help
and the nursery itself is lovely, full of fabulous toys and lots of activities and outdoor space. A few months on my daughter is so settled, excited to see the staff every week. Not only have her social skills developed but so has her speech, she particularly loves to sing at nursery. She has started to eat lots of varied meals and always cleans the plate! We are always well informed by the nursery when we pick her up and I couldn’t recommend Kirsty's Little Treasures highly enough. Thank you especially to my daughter's key worker, you are fantastic, she loves you and you do a wonderful job. We looked at a couple of other nurseries before deciding on Kirsty's Little Treasures but its family-friendly feel made it the one for us!

The team at Kirsty's are truly amazing, we couldn't rate the nursery any higher. Our little boy loves going to nursery and is always developing new skills, making new friends, and being involved in lots of fun activities. There is a real mix of play and learning, both indoors and outdoors with a fab
forest school and soft play adventure cove. The team are forever investing in the facilities and hosting themed days for further learning and fun. We are kept up to date through regular progress reports as well as daily chats with the team who are always keen to work with parents at any stage to help each child to grow and develop at their own pace. As parents, we are kept up to date with opportunities and changes in the nursery and invited to have our say. Menus are healthy and it is also great to know sleep and reading/relaxing time are also prioritised. Thank you to everyone at Kirsty's Little Treasures, it's so wonderful knowing each day that our little boy is having so much fun and growing in confidence!

As a first time parent, I decided to choose my daughter's nursery based almost completely on recommendations. Two friends had sent their daughters to Kirsty's, and rated it highly, and upon visiting for a tour and meeting the staff I was quickly convinced that this was the right nursery to look after
my child. I am always very happy with the level of care given to my child, with staff being very friendly and lovely with her, as well as having lots of time for me at handovers. She eats well, clearly engages with a wide range of activities which I love to see on their Facebook group and most importantly my child comes home happy (and suitably tired!) after her days at Kirsty's Little Treasure's. The owner and the team are really flexible with getting her in for extra days here and there, which is so helpful. And throughout the pandemic, I've felt that everything has been put in place to keep the children safe and I have been really pleased with their levels of communication. I would highly recommend Kirsty's Little Treasure's.

I had a gut feeling when I went to view Kirsty's Little Treasures and so glad I followed it, I was so nervous leaving my daughter and returning to work but the team put me at complete ease. The staff are amazing and friendly and my daughter loves them all too and calls them her friends which they are.
A year and a half down the line and I can see how much my daughter has come on, she loves it and all the activities she does. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities are brilliant.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.917) out of 10 for Kirsty's Little Treasures - Shenstone is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 21 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 21 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.917 for Kirsty's Little Treasures - Shenstone is calculated as follows: ( (237 Excellents x 5) + (10 Goods x 4) + (4 Satisfactorys x 3) + (1 Poors x 2) ) ÷ 252 Ratings = 4.917
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Kirsty's Little Treasures - Shenstone is based on 21 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 56 number of registered child places is 11.2, which has been reached with 21 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

My favourite colour is pink, I have 5 horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats! I have an incredible daughter called Winnie, who is 2 and a half, and she has ginger hair just like me.
