Such an amazing group of people who work at KLT's. We have no problems sending our child here as we know she'll be in safe capable hands.
Our daughter has made some amazing friendships with the staff and other children, which shows the loving nature of the environment she's in.

Fabulous nursery! We are so happy sending our daughter here and she loves it too. She has developed brilliantly after attending for the last 2 years. The staff are all amazing and treat the children as if they were their own. The management team are so hands on as well and know each and every child.
We couldn't be happier to use Kitstys Little Treasures and recommend it to all our friends

My son has attended KLT for 5 months and he absolutely loves it! The staff are brilliant and the amount of activities and things they get involved in, is amazing in comparison to other nurseries I viewed before hand. The daily app updates are also great, so I can see what he's got up to throughout the
day.

Our little boy has been attending Kirsty's Little Treasures for the past two years and he loves it here! He is excited to go when it is a nursery day and he tells us all about it when he gets back home. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are passionate about providing excellent care
for children. The staff are friendly, approachable and caring. There is a great range of activities on offer to the children and our little boy particularly enjoys Rubgy Tots. I can't recommend Kirsty's Little Treasures highly enough!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since April 2025, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I was so nervous about her starting nursery, but from day one the staff were absolutely amazing and instantly put my mind at ease. They are so kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and it's clear how much
they love what they do.
Now, my daughter can't wait to go inside each day, which says everything. She's so happy, settled, and excited to be there, and it's been wonderful to see how much she's grown in confidence. The environment is warm, welcoming, and fun, with so many engaging activities that help the children learn and develop while feeling safe and supported.
Every single member of staff is incredible, and I feel so lucky to have found such a brilliant nursery. I would recommend it without hesitation to any parent.

I have taken children in my care to many nurseries in the 10 years of fostering and I can honestly say this nursery stands head and shoulders above others. I have never seen a child reluctant to go in or unhappy coming out. Staff are always cheerful and helpful. Queries are answered very quickly and
any special needs were addressed for my child. My child has been cherished at little treasures and has blossomed under their care. They completed his EHCP paperwork in 24hours! This has ensured he has the right help to start school in September. I have loved the parent breakfast they made me feel very appreciated. Thank you for your innovative ideas and leadership and all the wonderful staff for their enthusiasm and love of the children

Choosing a nursery can be such a difficult decision but when I stepped through the door to have a look I knew it was going to be the nursery for us. They are fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble, on handovers they are informative and helpful and I know my little boy has the best time. They have
a soft play which he loves and do so many more activities with them. The staff are caring and supportive, and I'm looking forward to seeing my little one grow and develop at KLT's.

My daughter started in August 2024 at the redbrick building and I was so anxious with her being our rainbow baby but all I can do is praise the staff and everything they do , up until recently my daughter had a cows milk allergy and they made her feel included whilst making sure she was not at risk
of cross contamination. My daughter now has lots of nursery aunties who go above and beyond for my daughter . I wouldn't send my child anywhere else

Kristy's Little Treasures is an absolutely fantastic nursery. My boy goes there 2 days a week and he is in preschool. He always has a great day at nursery, he loves the staff and his friends, and the activities are wide ranging. He eats all the food that KLT provide from their catering and we have seen
a good continuous progression while attending here. They have a small soft play at the nursery and they do forest school, tag rugby, go on trips out and all sorts of activities. They recently gave the chance to parents and carers to play with their child whilst in the nursery class which was great to see him with all his friends and I took his 2 older brothers with me. Everyone had a fantastic time for the half an hour we were there (the time slot was maximum an hour so plenty of time). Honestly, my wife and I couldn't speak highly enough of this nursery and massive thanks to their professional, dedicated and caring staff. They are more than fair on their pricing system too.

Kirsty's Little Treasures is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has attended since November 2024 and we'll soon be increasing the amount of day's she's attending. We trust the staff, in particular their key worker, to look after our daughter and help her with her initial development.

I cannot recommend Kirsty Treasures highly enough. They have been incredibly helpful and supportive, particularly regarding my son's heart condition and eating issues. From day one, the staff have been exceptionally forthcoming, compassionate, and eager to accommodate every challenge we've faced. Their
commitment to understanding his needs, adapting to his circumstances, and offering practical solutions has made a tremendous difference. I genuinely couldn't ask for a more accepting nursery or a team more dedicated to helping us at every turn. Thank you for going above and beyond; your kindness and support have truly meant the world to us.

Staff are caring, genuinely interested in the child and professional. I never have any worries leaving my son in their care. He only ever cried on his first day and misses going when they are closed. Everything is centred around the children's happiness and wellbeing. Couldn't recommend enough

As a family we absolutely love this nursery, I would recommend this to everyone in the Bromsgrove area. We originally had our eldest daughter in another nursery but we quickly learnt this was not great and we then found Kirsty's and we never looked back! My youngest daughter now attends and loves it
so much that she eagerly runs into the nursery each day.
This nursery is amazing for prioritising both your children's learning and happiness. The staff are always friendly and always remembers each child's name. At the end of the day, parents receive a personal update from a staff member on their child's activities and meals, along with a detailed summary through the app. The nursery also holds parent evenings to discuss the child's progress and areas for improvement. Additionally, they regularly send forms for parents to share insights on their child's preferences and goals.
In my opinion it's the best nursery in Bromsgrove!

My son has been at Kirsty's Little Treasures, Redbrick for nearly 12 months and has just transitioned over to their older children setting at Shenstone. All the staff have been beyond amazing and their timing and process of moving him on to the older setting has been perfectly timed. Whilst we'll miss
the staff at Redbrick we're excited for his next adventure at Shenstone.

I cannot recommend Kirsty's Little Treasures enough. My little girl was originally at another nursery which for many reasons I wasn't happy with. I had been following Kirsty's Little Treasures on social media for a while and decided to call them to see if they had any availability. I was invited to
come and have a look around. Straight away I felt at ease with the owner and the staff there. They welcomed me and my daughter and instantly I knew this was where I wanted her to go. Since she's been there she is thriving, you can see how much the staff care about the children. I can now go to work knowing she is being cared for. Kirsty's Little Treasures are more than just a nursery they are like family. They go above and beyond for the children and I love getting updates from my daughter's day with photos etc... Thank you to the owner and all of the wonderful staff for all that you do, you are all amazing.

Fantastic nursery!! We brought our son here from another nursery back in April. He has thrived since the move!
Staff are so loving and friendly.
The nursery offers so many opportunities for the children, from multiple outdoor play areas, a dedicated messy play room, soft play facilities and forest
school.
Children have access to the nursery pets and even have visits from alpacas!
Truly wonderful, family-run childcare setting that put the children at the heart of their business.
Highly recommended.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.917)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.917) out of 10 for Kirsty's Little Treasures - Shenstone is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 21 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 21 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.917 for Kirsty's Little Treasures - Shenstone is calculated as follows: ( (237 Excellents x 5) + (10 Goods x 4) + (4 Satisfactorys x 3) + (1 Poors x 2) ) ÷ 252 Ratings = 4.917
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Kirsty's Little Treasures - Shenstone is based on 21 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 56 number of registered child places is 11.2, which has been reached with 21 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
