Busy Bees Dudley

I am very pleased with my daughter's progress at Busy Bees. After having a small speech delay her key worker has worked with her, found her interests and really brought her out of her shell. The nursery staff are lovely and very welcoming and my daughter settled in, the nursery is very interactive and always going above and beyond for my child. My daughter loves the garden time and the range of activities they provide

My child has now spent over twelve months at Busy Bees and during that time she has flourished. From the begining until now I have seen her confidence grow. Her interests and hobbies are always supported within the environment and she regularly comes out chit chatting about the latest book on our drives home. The range of activities and play help stimulate her and develop her knowledge of the world around her. I took a long time deciding on a nursery for our daughter and a year on I am still so happy with our choice.

The staff at busy bees have been excellent with our boy since he was 9 months old. We like the constant updates, the level of care is great also and you can tell staff form lovely bonds with children. The attention to detail at the graduation ceremony was amazing. Thanks to all the staff.

My child has attended Busy Bees since 2021, I can honestly say all the staff have been incredible. My son has additional needs and without their support I wouldn't be in the position I am now with him, they have supported my son and myself throughout a very difficult process and I couldn't speak any more highly of them.

The room manager has also been great and very thorough, I feel very happy leaving my twins in their capable hands. Would highly recommend.

My son thrives at Busy Bees, he loves to attend and has made great progress since starting in August, the staff know the children really well and the children are always happy and content. Staff are helpful and friendly and always greet us with a smile and friendly face. We are extremely happy with the service at Busy Bees and will always recommend to other families to choose Busy Bees for their childcare needs. You can really see why they are outstanding!

My two sons love attending Busy Bees Dudley. Staff are always attentive to their needs and always give good feedback at the end of each day. The boys come home happy and have always had a good day doing lots of different activities. Staff have always been very helpful with any questions we’ve had and have always tried their hardest to help. Very very pleased with this nursery and I always recommend to friends and family.

Staff are always caring and attentive to our child’s changing needs. No question or request is ever dismissed. All staff including admin, room practitioners and key workers are helpful and friendly. The nursery itself is well equipped and in such a short space of time, it is evident how much our child has progressed in her development. After only attending since September for one day a week, she is already happy to attend without any tears already. That speaks volumes for how happy she is to be left in their care. Highly recommended to any parent.

My son has only been going to this nursery for a month and only goes one day a week. Every time I pick him up he's like a different child comes back with confidence, things he's learned that day he brings home and does them with us and it's amazing to see him grow and develop. What they do with him is amazing and the app is fantastic, I sit waiting for updates and pictures from his day. I really love the app. I'm so glad I chose this nursery from the people to what they are teaching my son. It's amazing and so glad I went with them.

Wonderful nursery. Can really see the progress our little one has made both in personality, eating, sleeping habits and overall confidence. Additionally, we love the menus and the app updates that keep us connected to our little ones through regular updates. Staff are wonderful and accommodating and we are mentally at ease knowing our baby is in very good hands.

When my son started nursery I wasn’t sure what to expect never having to have used one before and I wasn’t sure I was 100% keen on the idea, however, it’s been a real eye opener. I love to see all the information on the app each day and the amount of stuff my son has learnt and been able to experiment with has been great given the fact as covid came he’d not done a lot before starting but this hasn’t stopped him getting stuck in. At first, I wasn’t sure he would settle as he was always upset and refused to eat but now he walks in happy, plays and eats and is always so smiley on all his photos. He’s made some great relationships and even plays with the others in his group I’m told. It’s been a great experience so far and I’m sure many more will follow in the time that he is there.

The nursery is very welcoming and they have made a great connection with my son. He’s had a great start there with them. They have been very supportive about medical needs, his condition and the team have taken the time to get to know this and have supported us in every way possible. The care we receive is excellent and I couldn’t fault it. The range of activities on offer are all age appropriate and my child has learnt lots already in such a short time. I wouldn’t send my child any where else and it is lovely to have all the photos and observation sent straight to my phone during the day for us to see that he is having a lovely time and learning lots.

My son attends the nursery and he really enjoys it the staff are brilliant, friendly and always there to help with anything you ask or need. They have all been working so hard to keep to high standards and keep the nursery running through Covid-19 which has allowed parents to work. My son as come on leaps and bounds whilst attending nursery so would like to say a big thank you to all management and staff.

My daughter is eighteen months old and has been attending the nursery since October 2020. We cannot rate it highly enough, she is so happy there and seems to have built up a great bond with the staff. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and really care about the children. The app is fantastic as it means I’m kept updated throughout the day of what my daughter is doing and receive photos and videos of her having lots of fun. I would highly recommend to anyone considering the nursery for their little one.

Our daughter has attended Busy Bees at Dudley since she was eight months old. During the time she has been there her confidence has grown so much. The staff are fantastic. They know all the children and even the parents! Nothing is too much trouble. The app is an excellent way to see how the children are getting on.
