Busy Bees Dudley is a purpose built setting located in the heart of the community.

Inside the nursery, each room is spacious and welcoming, with a variety of resources to promote development at every age and stage. Outside, the garden space allows children to play and explore in the fresh air.

The team at the nursery are committed to delivering the highest quality care and support to each child, ensuring they get the best start to their early life and education. Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, they provide a range of activities and experiences to engage children, promote their learning and make sure every day is filled with fun and happy memories.

Through the ‘ParentZone’ app, parents and families can be a part of their child's time at the nursery. The team will send updates and photos so no milestone or key moment is ever missed.

A brilliant nursery with supportive staff. Every key worker my daughter has had really brought my daughter's confidence out - they are very good at bonding with her as sometimes meeting others she becomes shy. They are organised, friendly and I would recommend it to other parents.

My daughter has started in the baby room, she has settled really well. The room is very homely and she loves to go in!
The staff are very friendly in her room, there are a variety of activities on every day and she loves all the snacks and meals! I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I was extremely happy with the level of care my son received while attending this nursery. Staff were fantastic with him and he always looked forward to seeing them each day. The nursery was always busy and staff coped very well with this. It has a homely feel and everyone was always warm and friendly.

I am pleased that my son has the same key worker as my daughter had as this has provided us with some consistency. His toilet training was all followed through at nursery, and was successful very quickly. He has settled in well and enjoys attending.

My daughter joined this nursery 1/8/16, just under six months old and since joining she has learnt to eat solid foods, crawl and interact with other people/babies. Although my daughter is only 8 months old she has begun to recognise the nursery when entering and acts excited. All staff are always very
helpful and smiley towards me and my daughter. I have never had any concerns when dropping off/picking up my daughter as I know she enjoys her time there and is never in danger. There are certain members who show a lot of interest and concern towards my daughter, which is even more reassuring. It is like an extended family.

Felt right at home from day one. Always lots of time and cuddles for children. A good routine is maintained, food is brilliant quality and new foods are experienced with messy play and interacting is encouraged. They play outdoors in fresh air frequently. My son has learned so many new skills and in
six months at nursery has learned to walk and say first words! Good feedback is given at end of every day.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the care and attention provided to my child since starting Treetops nursery. I have witnessed some excellent development on both his learning and personal skills. I am pleased with the documentation of his "journey" and how staff tailor his individual learning.

We are really pleased with Treetops Nursery. It's a great nursery, the rooms are clean, safe, modern and the ideal size, filled with development toys and areas to provide stimulating play. Our son joined when he was 9 months old and will stay there until he starts school, he loves it. Initially, he
would cry when leaving him but after a few months he settled better and now he runs in and is excited to go in a morning. He always comes home with a new skill or a new word, it really helps his development. The parents evenings are great to show how he is developing and this gives us an idea of what we can do at home to help him, such as encouraging sharing and social play. The staff are really helpful and try to follow things you do at home, they have been brilliant helping with potty training the last few weeks. It's so difficult leaving your child when going back to work but Treetops have made it much easier and I feel confident leaving our son in their care, I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and she is currently 3. Like any parent I was very nervous/scared about leaving my baby for the first time whilst going back to work but all my fears and concerns were addressed and met with nothing but empathy and professionalism
from all the kind staff that work here. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds and is very well developed for her age which has a lot to do with the nursery. She absolutely loves attending the nursery and comes back on a weekly basis learning something different. On occasions I have asked to change timings and dates of attendance at short notice and on each occasion these requests have been met without any hesitation from the staff who from my experience will try and help any parent if and when necessary. I am so happy with this nursery that I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this nursery because in my opinion all aspects of this nursery all meet exceptional standards.

Good communication with the nursery helps to reassure parents on childrens day. Nice to be involved in parent sessions. I always like to hear that my child is having fun and being involved in lots of different activities, which the nursery provides.

Katie Pearson

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2009

I have worked for the Busy Bees family since 2009 and in those years I have gained experience in various nurseries within the company. In January 2018 I moved back to manage Dudley after a 4-year management position at Busy Bees - Kings Heath.


I have completed a Diploma in Childcare and Education, a Level 3 in Management, Paediatric First Aid & First Aid at Work. I am also the named Designated Safeguarding Lead within the nursery.


I love coming to nursery every day as no day is the same. I enjoy getting involved in all the amazing activities we have to offer and being a part of every child's learning and development. We have a wonderful staff team who strive to deliver the very best quality in everything they do.


My aim is to support and guide my staff team into delivering outstanding childcare to ensure that every child that attends our setting has the very best start in life.


I look forward to welcoming you and your family into our beautiful and friendly nursery in Dudley.
