Busy Bees Dudley

My only criticism, if I was to be really picky, is that staff turnover seems high, however, this has not yet been to the detriment of my son. I would like to thank all staff at Treetops, Dudley for all the great work they do and for the great care. My son is a happy, confident little boy.

I would recommend Treetops!

Excellent service provided by all staff. Cannot fault, my daughter is so forward because of attending this nursery and the staff telling me what they are doing so I can do the same at home.

Both my son and daughter have attended Treetops and have loved every minute. They have made lots of progress and the staff are very friendly and extremely caring.

A brilliant nursery with supportive staff. Every key worker my daughter has had really brought my daughter's confidence out - they are very good at bonding with her as sometimes meeting others she becomes shy. They are organised, friendly and I would recommend it to other parents.

We feel very lucky for our daughter to be at this nursery. The staff are so caring. My child also loves all the staff and her development has been amazing.

Fantastic staff. Our daughter has really developed. She has made so much progress. Her key person is amazing and shows a high level of care. We are super impressed in her developments; really considering full-time nursery. It is so rewarding to see all her development.

The staff are very friendly in her room, there are a variety of activities on every day and she loves all the snacks and meals! I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I was extremely happy with the level of care my son received while attending this nursery. Staff were fantastic with him and he always looked forward to seeing them each day. The nursery was always busy and staff coped very well with this. It has a homely feel and everyone was always warm and friendly. I always praise the nursery to others and recommend where I can.

I am pleased that my son has the same key worker as my daughter had as this has provided us with some consistency. His toilet training was all followed through at nursery, and was successful very quickly. He has settled in well and enjoys attending.

My daughter joined this nursery 1/8/16, just under six months old and since joining she has learnt to eat solid foods, crawl and interact with other people/babies. Although my daughter is only 8 months old she has begun to recognise the nursery when entering and acts excited. All staff are always very helpful and smiley towards me and my daughter. I have never had any concerns when dropping off/picking up my daughter as I know she enjoys her time there and is never in danger. There are certain members who show a lot of interest and concern towards my daughter, which is even more reassuring. It is like an extended family.

Felt right at home from day one. Always lots of time and cuddles for children. A good routine is maintained, food is brilliant quality and new foods are experienced with messy play and interacting is encouraged. They play outdoors in fresh air frequently. My son has learned so many new skills and in six months at nursery has learned to walk and say first words! Good feedback is given at end of every day.

Had two taster sessions with my son before he started a full day. I thought the staff were friendly and welcoming and they made me and my son feel welcome.

We have been overwhelmed with the way in which our daughter developed her mobility skills as soon as she started at Treetops. Her vocabulary is improving daily and we have put this down to the way in which the staff interact with her.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the care and attention provided to my child since starting Treetops nursery. I have witnessed some excellent development on both his learning and personal skills. I am pleased with the documentation of his "journey" and how staff tailor his individual learning. He enjoys nursery immensely and is always happy to tell me about his day!

We are really pleased with Treetops Nursery. It's a great nursery, the rooms are clean, safe, modern and the ideal size, filled with development toys and areas to provide stimulating play. Our son joined when he was 9 months old and will stay there until he starts school, he loves it. Initially, he would cry when leaving him but after a few months he settled better and now he runs in and is excited to go in a morning. He always comes home with a new skill or a new word, it really helps his development. The parents evenings are great to show how he is developing and this gives us an idea of what we can do at home to help him, such as encouraging sharing and social play. The staff are really helpful and try to follow things you do at home, they have been brilliant helping with potty training the last few weeks. It's so difficult leaving your child when going back to work but Treetops have made it much easier and I feel confident leaving our son in their care, I would recommend them to anyone.
