Flutterbies Day Nursery & Pre-school

Flutterbies has provided an excellent start for my daughter. The communication is consistent, the staff are friendly and professional, and the environment feels safe and stimulating. We've already noticed how confident and happy she is when she arrives. We really appreciate the effort the team puts into helping new children settle in.

My son has only been at the nursery for a few months, but he has settled in really well. It's clear to see how much the staff care for him, and they treat him like one of their own, which reassures me that he's in safe hands.

He definitely has his favourites, and it's lovely to see the relationships he's building. A big thank you to Sophie, his key worker, who really helped him settle in from the start.

Samira is also so friendly and welcoming. My son is very fond of her, and she's always been very helpful whenever I've had questions about his development.

All the staff are friendly and always seem to have a smile on their faces, which makes the nursery feel warm and welcoming.

My daughter started nursery on 2 Jan 2026 full time. It's the 14 Jan today and she seems settled and content there.

The staff have been exceptional at helping her settle and keeping me up to date.

We receive a run down of activities and pictures every day and the app is kept up to date with information on meals, nappy changes and sleep.

The nursery have also been great on keeping us up to date on roadworks next to the nursery and plans when the snow was very bad.

The biggest thing for me is my daughter eats well, sleeps well and is happy there.

Friendly staff who always put children first. Management are understanding.

My son has joined recently after swapping from another nursery. He has settled in well and has taken a keen liking to his new nursery teachers. I like that the nursery upload pictures daily, this is something his other nursery didnt do. I receive a catch up about his day on collection too. My child started nursery when he was 9 months old. He was a very shy boy. I cannot thank the nursery staff enough for building his confidence over the past year. (He's 2 years old now). Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. They support the children in every possible way they can. They give you constant updates, from what they ate at breakfast to their progress and development. I am very pleased with the nursery itself and the staff. Thank you.

My child loves nursery! She happily goes to any of the staff, and it's lovely to see the smile on her face when I come to collect her, knowing how much fun she has had that day. I love the app and seeing the photos at the end of the day of the activities and stuff she gets up to! I like to read the observations and assessments and look at how she is developing!
