Choosing a nursery for our daughter was a huge decision but we couldn't be happier with Flutterbies.
Thanks to the reassurance and support of the lovely team, she settled in really quickly which set our minds at ease knowing our child felt safe and happy.
She's always been quite shy but they've
been brilliant at bringing her out of her shell and growing her confidence and independence. We can see a difference with her communication and social skills outside of the nursery setting too.
The app is updated throughout the day so we know what she's eaten, how long she napped and nappy changes. Activities are always varied and engaging and we love receiving pictures to see what she's been up to.
Flutterbies provides a warm and nurturing environment and I would recommend this nursery wholeheartedly.

My daughter loves attending this nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and always make her feel welcome. The environment is clean, safe, and full of fun activities. We're very happy with the care.

My son has recently started his Early Years journey at Flutterbies and initially found it a little tricky to settle.
The staff have been very patient and caring during this period, ensuring that we both felt comfortable and reassured when needed.
Now my son has started to settle, he seems to be
enjoying his time spent in his new nurturing environment, and for this I am very grateful.
I look forward to watching him learn and develop in both his education and confidence.

My daughter started nursery on 2 Jan 2026 full time. It's the 14 Jan today and she seems settled and content there.
The staff have been exceptional at helping her settle and keeping me up to date.
We receive a run down of activities and pictures every day and the app is kept up to date with
information on meals, nappy changes and sleep.
The nursery have also been great on keeping us up to date on roadworks next to the nursery and plans when the snow was very bad.
The biggest thing for me is my daughter eats well, sleeps well and is happy there.

My son has joined recently after swapping from another nursery. He has settled in well and has taken a keen liking to his new nursery teachers. I like that the nursery upload pictures daily, this is something his other nursery didnt do. I receive a catch up about his day on collection too. Overall
happy so far with the nursery and helpful staff

My daughter attended this nursery for about eight months but never truly settled. In her final weeks there, she became visibly distressed - crying, refusing to go, and becoming anxious even when we drove past. She began waking repeatedly at night, pleading not to return.
At one point, she started
biting herself in the toilet and repeating disturbing phrases such as, "Sit down, I told you to sit down," which was deeply alarming. When I raised these concerns and showed a short video, the nursery offered vague explanations, suggesting language barriers or other children's behaviour, which I found unsatisfactory.
I requested access to footage under GDPR, but this was denied, and no proper investigation followed. Ofsted was notified, but months later, we have received no update.
After moving her to another nursery, she settled within four sessions. The new staff have been caring, professional, and supportive, and she is finally recovering emotionally.

Flutterbies were so supportive and accommodating during my son's settling session. The commitment shown by the entire team truly set my mind at ease, which is exactly what a parent needs when leaving their child for the first time. The room was bright, clean, and filled with engaging activities,
demonstrating a real focus on child development. Communication was also exceptional; I received timely updates and lovely photos that kept me connected throughout the day. I was particularly impressed by how staff quickly understood his routine and preferences. We are incredibly happy with our choice and highly recommend Flutterbies to any family looking for a caring, nurturing, and professional environment.

We could not be happier with our son's personal development since attending Flutterbies.
He is always happy to attend and gets excited seeing his key worker.
We also couldn't be happier with the communication and updates from the nursery/staff.

My child started nursery when he was 9 months old. He was a very shy boy. I cannot thank the nursery staff enough for building his confidence over the past year. (He's 2 years old now). Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. They support the children in every possible way they can. They
give you constant updates, from what they ate at breakfast to their progress and development. I am very pleased with the nursery itself and the staff. Thank you.

My child loves nursery! She happily goes to any of the staff, and it's lovely to see the smile on her face when I come to collect her, knowing how much fun she has had that day. I love the app and seeing the photos at the end of the day of the activities and stuff she gets up to! I like to read the
observations and assessments and look at how she is developing!

My child has settled into the nursery very well. She has gained good relationships with all staff and is happy to go to nursery. She loves to get messy in the activities and has developed well since starting. Her confidence has grown, and it's lovely to see the photos of her interacting with other
children.

The staff have made me feel very welcome and settled my son into the nursery well. I was a little on edge at first leaving my son as he was only 10 months old but I feel happy seeing him smile with the staff.
