Westwood Day Nursery (Coventry)

I couldn’t rate Westwood any higher. The staff are all amazing, the building is great for kids. Both my children have loved nursery and all the teachers. I couldn’t fault anything at all. Such a lovely and nurturing environment.

We're really happy with the Services provided by the Childbase team at Westwood Nursery. Out daughter settled really well when moving from another nursery, and continues to enjoy her time there. In terms of her development, we're really pleased with the range of activities provided, and we're seeing her develop well with her learning skills and social interactions.

It truly feels like a home from home for my son and he has developed so much in his time here. He can't wait to return back to nursery and see all of his friends, as soon as it is safe to do so.

My daughter loves the nursery and loves to wave to all the staff as she leaves. The times she is sad when we are dropping her off, she will go to them for comfort but that seems to be quite rare, as she tends to go up to them for cuddles regardless. She seems to have a healthier and more varied diet than myself and she always seems to come home with new skills.

To leave them there when I go to work is akin to leaving them with family. It is such a perfect place and when the time comes for them to move on, we’ll (and our children will too no doubt) be so sad. Thank you to all of the staff there for all that they do.

The team have dealt with the ongoing virus crisis extremely well, we receive regular updates and suggestions of activities, and will be looking forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Since my son started at Westwood Day Nursery he has really developed. He struggled to settle in at first, but the staff were really patient and reassuring with both him and us! My son now loves coming into nursery and I trust that he will have a lovely day with lots of activities.

I recommend the nursery to anyone who is looking for recommendations for nurseries as I cannot recommend them enough. We moved 45 minutes away and still kept our children here as they love it so much. The staff are amazing and do such a great job. Thank you, everyone.

At Westwood Day Nursery my daughter is always greeted warmly in the morning and I can go to work knowing she has gone into her room happy. At Westwood, she gets to be a part of a wide variety of activities that help to develop her understanding and knowledge of different concepts that I would struggle to teach her about at home. Her language has blossomed in the last few months and this is down to the enthusiastic staff having conversations with her and allowing her the time to talk and be herself.

Staff are knowledgable and welcoming. My daughter has been in the nursery for a year and a quarter and her confidence has developed lots in this time. She enjoys coming to nursery and everyone is approachable and caring towards her. There are a wide range of activities available and she enjoys learning new skills and information.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. The meals are all made fresh on the day and there is always so much variety, we are confident our daughter has eaten well. The one thing we really love is all the rooms have their own gardens and most can just free flow in and out.

My daughter has attended this nursery for nearly 9 months now and the standard of care that has been provided has been exceptional. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I feel very comfortable asking questions too which for me is very important. It's such a hard decision to hand over care of your child but this nursery goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. She is developing so well now and I’m so proud of how much she has learnt. All of the nursery staff are so friendly and welcoming it’s such a warm environment.

I have enjoyed coming in and watching my daughter play today. It is really nice to see how much she is coming on since she joined the nursery and how well she plays with her friends.

The nursery has been excellent throughout our child's time there. Transitions from different rooms were well managed. My child has been well supported.

A fantastic nursery that really cares for your children. Everybody is always friendly and polite. They cannot do enough for you. The children are always happy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery.
