My little girl started with Busy Bees Longbridge in June this year. It was a hard time for everyone as she had only seen me and her dad since March. The manager and her team were fantastic as they allowed me to access the garden for her settle day which put me so at ease. She was a little bit unsettled
to start with which was to be expected, but the nursery staff worked with her and us and now you can see she absolutely loves her Nursery day. She gets so excited when she sees the building and knows she is going in to have a great time and see all of her little friends. The smile on her face when we pick her up at the end of the day says it all really. They also offer one day a week which was perfect for us and exactly what we needed. I would like to thank the staff that work with her everyday, you are superstars and you can tell she adores you. The fantastic management team get stuck in with the children and are hands on and the receptionist is a ray of sunshine.

From the first day of my son starting with Busy Bee's, they have gone above and beyond to ease my son in and continuously kept me up-to-date with his progress. The staff are brilliant, great communication, friendly and great with the children. My son is never bored and enjoys going each and every day.
At the beginning, I was worried about leaving my son at nursery full-time and now I have built a great trusting relationship with the nursery team, so feel at ease letting them care for my him. He has progressed massively, thanks to their dedication, resources and facilities, within a clean and safe environment. Their IT resources allow me to stay up-to-date throughout the day with his eating, sleeping, activities and observations, which are greatly appreciated and provide a great talking point at the end of the day. I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. They are brilliant and I will be sad when my son eventually has the leave the nursery to move up to school.

My daughter has now been at this nursery for over 1 year and has progressed from baby room to pre pre school. What makes Longbridge a standout nursery is the professional's who work there. All staff know my daughter's name and current interests (babies, babies and more babies), all activities are aimed
perfectly and are a mix of learning (educational) and fun. The menus are awesome too. The manager and the staff team are shining examples of private day nurseries.

Our son joined the Busy Bees at Longbridge toddler room. After just a short period his development flourished. His language development has come on so strongly and people often comment on how well he is doing with his speech. I do think this is down to his time at Busy Bees. He is always full of smiles
when we pick him up and I love seeing him running and playing when he hasn’t noticed us arrive to collect him. His social skills are also growing and he loves playing with other children, in and out of nursery. The nursery is always a happy place to walk into, everyone says hello to my son, greeting him by name, even the people in the other age rooms, the office and the cook. His key worker is always happy to talk to us giving us an end of the day report and discussing anything we feel the need to. We are kept up to date each day with meals, nappies and nap times by the parent app and regular event texts. Choosing a nursery was a big worry for us, but we’re happy we made the right choice.

Sent both of my children to this nursery from 6 months old; one now in school and the other currently still attending. I am completely satisfied with the care provided by this nursery. The staff are friendly and my daughter loves it there too.

Both of my children aged 18 months and 3 years have thrived in every way possible since joining the nursery. I love the approach of the staff, if a problem is identified, they discuss it with you straight away and put strategies in place to overcome the problems and assist the child through it. When
they handover care, the detail and quality of the handover, I know, reflects my child and the outstanding way they have cared for them. The nursery communicates effectively with home, which I feel helps. Both children love nursery days.

We are very happy with the nursery. My son settled quickly and it was evident key relationships were established quickly. Space is clean and welcoming and I'm pleased the children spend lots of time outside in the garden. The app keeps me updated with events throughout the day. More observations recorded

The nursery is a very happy, cheerful and positive place to walk into. The staff always greet parents/carers and children. A good range of activities for learning and fun are provided. The children benefit from their friendships formed and became confident individuals. The staff always feedback any
important relevant information, i.e minor accidents but are also able to tell us if our grandson has had a particularly good day or made something, crafts or cakes. He really loves it and it's sometimes difficult to get him out of there.

A fantastic nursery. The staff are caring and approachable and provide stimulating activities for my daughter. She's always happy when I pick her up. It's also good to know my daughter receives a wide range of delicious fresh meals so she is getting the varied diet that I can't always provide at home.

My son attends this nursery as has my daughter who is now at school. The staff here are very caring and attentive. They also listen to parents concerns finding safe practical ways to implement new processes. Staff are always happy and management ensure you are happy too. The food is excellent, wide
variety and fresh everyday. I will continue to recommend this nursery. My son is very well cared for here.

Overall, we are very pleased with Busy Bees, the staff are all professional and friendly with high standards. We are happy all aspects including our son's key worker reception and how we are kept informed of changes on events. Our son has developed really well so we can't expect any more than that.

My daughter started at Busy Bees Nursery when she was 7 months old. The thought of having to leave my child with strangers was so distressing, however, the staff made the transition so easy, they genuinely care and show deep affection for the children.
My daughter is now 3yrs old and loves her days
at nursery, she does so much there and has so much fun. The meals are healthy and balanced. The communication between staff and parents is brilliant. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. The staff are so lovely and helpful, from the office staff to the staff in the rooms.

My child started in August 2016 and overall we Happy with Busy Bees at Longbridge, Birmingham. A few teething issues to begin with but overall we are happy with sending our child here. One thing I would say is that a number of ill children or outbreaks of illness is frequent (every 2-3 weeks), but I
guess little children and grubby hands spreads germs. The majority of staff are great, it took some time with others to warm to but all friendly and willing to help.

Since my son has attended at a full-time position he has settled much quicker. The staff have been very patient and understanding about his emotions.
They are honest about whether or not he has a good day or a bad day.
I feel less cake/sugar treats (not that much is given) and more simple plain vegetables
to be offered, only as this is my sons' personal preference.

My daughter has been at this nursery since May 2016. I am very happy with the care she receives. She loves going to nursery.


All the staff are lovely. When speaking to the staff they genuinely care for the children and are not just doing a job. They have an in-house Nurse who can assist with

any medical concerns you may have. I am kept up to date on a daily basis with what my daughter has done that day and they have events that parents can be involved in also.


Excellent nursery and I would recommend it.

There were concerns about my son's behaviour due to his delay in communication. I have been called a couple of times to come and pick him earlier than the normal time, I was so worried and disturbed because most of the time I am always at work. After having a couple of meetings to discuss way out, we
were able to sort the problem.

We are very pleased with the nursery, our daughter has settled in really well, she has lots of fun and chats about the staff and children when at home. Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2009

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Longbridge. I have worked with Busy Bees since 2009, starting as an Early Years Practitioner.


I have a level 4 Qualification and have completed my Level 3 Qualification in Management. I have completed many courses including Safeguarding, First Aid and Food hygiene.


I feel so proud watching the children progress in our nursery in Birmingham and have a fantastic team who provides quality childcare. I am always happy to help and support staff, parents and children.


I look forward to showing families around our beautiful daycare nursery in Birmingham.
