Highly recommend this nursery, my son is always fed, always changed and clean, 24/7 activities to keep him occupied and all staff really look after him. Staff are very respectful and always get in touch about recommendations, activities and any problems with your child.

My son has been attending here since he was 9 months old and is now 3 and loves it. He has been in 3 rooms and have found each move up into the next room so easy because of how supportive the staff are. Amazing staff, so helpful and kind. Couldn't recommend enough.

My little boy has been at nursery since 10 months old, and in seven months, he has thrived. They reinforce what we teach at home, boosting his confidence - he's great at walking and picking up new words. He's also learned skills like putting things away and wiping his own face.
He's a happy, cheeky
boy who loves nursery. Of course, he has moments of missing us, but the staff are always honest and keep us informed. We get great handovers, adorable pictures, and the sweetest birthday cards our family treasures.
The staff truly care - I see it in how they interact with him, and even those not in his room know his name. He's always clean, and his clothes never come home ruined. We've had one fall and one fever call, and both times communication was immediate.
I was so nervous about sending him, but they made it so easy. Busy Bees Longbridge, Birmingham has been fantastic, and my little boy loves them all.

My daughter has been with Busy Bees since 1 year old and she is doing so great. The staff are amazing with her especially as she has a lot more needs than other children and they really do go above and beyond and make sure all of the children are looked after really well.

Both of my children have attended here since January 2024. The staff have been amazing and really helped my children settle, it's a home from home. The environment is clean and inviting. The staff are attentive, encouraging, kind, caring, loving, supportive and always inform me regarding my children's
day. The app is amazing as it is updated regularly with meals, nappies etc. They are all brilliant and make my children feel so loved. I cannot thank the staff enough for all of the love and support they provide to both me and my children.

The nursery is great, the staff are lovely and my children have a great time there. A lot of effort is put into the nursery from the app that is updated to the rooms that are decorated well and educational. Staff know the children’s names and it is personal.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees for 11 months, and we have nothing but amazing reviews for this nursery. The development, support and guidance provided by staff not just to our daughter but to us as parents has been nothing short of outstanding. Our daughter struggled with settling in for the
first few months, but with the friendly staff and encouragement of peers, she has become a very confident, outgoing little girl. The cleanliness of the nursery is always on point, and staff are always on hand.

After being apprehensive about returning to work and my little boy starting nursery at 8 months old, I couldn't have wished for a better experience for him. The entire team are warm and friendly and their app provides such a good insight into my son's day - photos, meals, sleeps and nappy changes. It

My daughter went to the nursery for four months before being withdrawn with immediate effect due to concerns around staff decision making when it came to her safety. The day before she was withdrawn I witnessed her fall face-first from a bouncer, she is one, a confident cruiser and crawler so obviously
shouldn't be in it, it is an accident waiting to happen. Apparently, they put her in it often. The fall was unwitnessed by staff who had taken other children indoors, leaving her alone in the garden. We did also have other concerns such as regimented nap times, high staff turn over and inconsistencies with who worked in each room. Many new clothes had to be purchased to replace stained items from messy play despite me providing a coverall because the paints did not wash out.
Our concerns have been promptly investigated by the Manager, she's been great and we couldn't have asked for more from her. However, we ultimately lost trust in them.

I was very anxious about finding a nursery for my child and cannot thank the staff at Busy Bees enough. They helped alleviate my anxieties and are always responsive to any issues or worries I have. My child loves going to nursery and enjoys her time there. The staff are caring and warm on approach and
show a genuine interest in the children they work with. I am so glad that we found this nursery and believe my child has had a good start to her development needs supported here.

I have been using Busy Bees since 2016 when my daughter started at six months old in the baby room and I would recommend them to anyone. Busy Bees have allowed my daughter to grow into a confident happy girl who was more than ready for school and I can only thank the staff at the nursery for this. She
always talked about her days at nursery and how much fun she'd had. Her key workers throughout her time there have always been in hand anytime I've needed a chat about anything and she has always had a good bond with them. The environments are engaging, bright and clean, I would love to play there myself. There is a wide range of food on the menus for the children, which are always freshly made on-site, the menus and recipes are available for you to take home as well. The children are encouraged to go out in all weather, wet suits and puddle suits are also provided for the children. Overall the staff are friendly and always go above and beyond for you, especially the manager.

My son has been attending Busy Bees at Longbridge since he was 10-months-old, he was in a previous nursery but I pulled him out after 2 weeks due to safety issues, Busy Bees at Longbridge was then recommended to me, and as soon as we went in I knew it was the right nursery for me and my son. What you
see is what you get and that is a very high standard of care given to your baby/child from the time they start until the time they finish. Every single staff member is friendly, yet very professional and adheres to all your baby/child's needs. Safety is their priority and you will see this throughout the nursery. My son is approaching 4 years old now, he is very happy attending nursery and certainly is developing extremely well. I really wish I could continue his whole school life with Busy Bees at Longbridge, seriously give them a call you won't be disappointed.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Nursery. After taking my daughter out of another nursery, I was apprehensive to say the least about starting her somewhere new. But then I met the staff and saw how much attention and care goes into every single child. All staff across all the different
rooms knows who my little girl is which makes the place feel so much more personal and close and gives the children a sense of belonging. It took a little while for my daughter to settle in as she only came to nursery once a week but the nursery went above and beyond to make sure she quickly felt safe and secure during her time at nursery. They were also amazing with reassuring me and are always there to call and offer support no matter what time of the day. I feel lucky that we found this special nursery as I honestly feel like the care the staff provide to all children and families is second to none.

Both my children attended this nursery. My youngest is still there. This is a fantastic nursery with great facilities and the staff are very welcoming and committed to each individual child. I would definitely recommend this nursery. My daughter always comes out smiling after a fun day.

This is one of the best nurseries I have ever sent my daughter to. They are friendly and easy to talk to. The staff work tirelessly to keep the nursery safe for the children. My daughter loves attending Busy Bees. She loves the teachers and the other children. Would highly recommend this nursery.

I have and will continue to recommend Busy Bees. You are made to feel as though your child is more than a monthly invoice. I felt assured when I first called to enquire about availability with my first child and that feeling grew stronger when I visited. My children are cared about, time is taken
for them individually for them to grow at their own rate and they are cared about. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much for them. A smile is always available at the door or when you call to check up on your child and with the pandemic, they have stepped up further to ensure the children are safe and happy. I will be very sad when my child leaves nursery for school next year. Busy Bees have made me returning to work after maternity leave an easier time due to their care and love.

Both my husband and I have nothing but praise for the Busy Bees team at Longbridge. Our little boy has been with them since he was nine months old (now two years) and our experience in every room has been amazing. The nursery itself is clean and well set up with a great outdoor area that includes
a garden. The staff are all friendly and the manager has gone above and beyond, particularly during the COVID period when we were both working in the hospital, to accommodate last minute requests. The online app also allows me to keep up to date with what is going on during the day and includes a nice record of his development/assessments.
The measures that have been put into place during COVID allow me to feel safe leaving my child with them, and we honestly feel like they are an extended part of the family.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees Longbridge to any parent looking for a nursery for their child. Our daughter has been going there since she was six months old and absolutely loves it. The staff are all lovely and will happily discuss any questions or concerns you may have and they obviously really
care for the children they look after. The facilities are fantastic - bright, clean and engaging, with access to outdoor space. They have regular messy play and take the children outside in all weathers. The food is brilliant, I want to go there for lunch. The children are provided with a wide range of healthy meals, cooked on the premises and staff will provide the recipes for you to make the dishes at home. Our little girl has come along so much since going to Busy Bees, it was the best thing we could have done to send her there and I cannot rate them highly enough.

We have been using Busy Bees Longbridge since our boy was 9 months old - he's now 4 and will be leaving to start school in September. We are very sad to be leaving Busy Bees. The staff have supported us so much throughout the years. They are all very caring and will look after your child like they're
one of their own. I too will miss the staff, they have supported me through so much, be it tips and tricks to help with my child or even emotional support, if it was needed. My child always says he's had a fun day and learns new things each day. Busy Bees Longbridge have helped our child grow and become a loving, caring, smart and happy little boy and we couldn't recommend them enough.

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2009

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Longbridge. I have worked with Busy Bees since 2009, starting as an Early Years Practitioner.


I have a level 4 Qualification and have completed my Level 3 Qualification in Management. I have completed many courses including Safeguarding, First Aid and Food hygiene.


I feel so proud watching the children progress in our nursery in Birmingham and have a fantastic team who provides quality childcare. I am always happy to help and support staff, parents and children.


I look forward to showing families around our beautiful daycare nursery in Birmingham.
