Busy Bees Longbridge, Birmingham

We regularly receive updates and photos through the app about his day. We love that they have themed days and activites for the children to get involved in.

Busy bees Longbridge is a fantastic setting that is super supportive of our family as a whole. Both of my children have been through busy bees with my youngest now in pre school. He loves his nursery days and is always coming home telling us about the fun activities he's done. There is a wonderful atmosphere there and they are really encouraging of the children to be become as independent as possible and to make good decisions. The menu is fantastic, my son gets to explore a wide variety of foods that he wouldn't touch at home. They have a brilliant curriculum that I can tell will help him with his school transition this year. Overall our busy beds experience has been wonderful and I will be sad when I have no children there in the not too distant future. Thank you!!

Since starting at Busy Bees, our child has thrived in their fun social enviroment, all staff are brillaint and all facilities are clean well maintained and looked after, security and staff awareness is excellent, if weve had any kind of issues be it at home, with our child, or something to do with nursery, me and mum have both felt very supported by staff, handovers are always fairly quick clear and informative, we have absolutely no complaints about the nursery and special praise should go to the centres manager, she is absolutely FANTASTIC :) x

We are very happy with our decision to choose Busy Bees, and will be sad when the time comes to bid farewell to her nursery journey.

My daughter has been here since she was a year and half and now she's 3 and she loves it here. She loves the staff, her key workers and she has made friends of her age. It's a friendly environment and they are very supportive. Would highly recommend!

My son has been attending here since he was 9 months old and is now 3 and loves it. He has been in 3 rooms and have found each move up into the next room so easy because of how supportive the staff are. Amazing staff, so helpful and kind. Couldn't recommend enough.

Highly recommend this nursery, my son is always fed, always changed and clean, 24/7 activities to keep him occupied and all staff really look after him. Staff are very respectful and always get in touch about recommendations, activities and any problems with your child.

I continue to be very happy with Busy Bees Nursery in Longbridge. The staff are lovely and always go above and beyond. They tailor activities to the children's interests and needs and my son is really enjoying being in his new pre-school class which is fun and educational. Have already reserved a place for our second child who is due in a few weeks time!

It's a very hard decision to trust your child with several complete strangers. However, in the short space of 3/4 weeks the staff of Busy Bees Longbridge have made me feel 1. Comfortable to attend the nursery and express my preferences for my baby. 2) although she gets upset on drop off, I can see and I am reassured she settles with the friendly staff. 3) i am updated regularly via the app on sleeps, meals & nappy changes with the occasional cute pic at play time. Im also told about our baby's day upon pick up whether she has been fussy or very playful, they are honest about how she has been that day (our baby loves her days at nursery! ). I am absolutely a Velcro mom and get complete anxiety leaving my baby but as my baby has settled into Busy Bees, I myself as a parent have settled with this milestone thanks to the staff & management of Busy Bees.

My daughter is 9 months old and has recently started at Busy Bees Longbridge, it's taken some time for her to settle as it's a big change but the staff are lovely and have called to inform me of how my daughter is doing, they've followed her routines and really looked after her during the transition. The app is great and is regularly updated by the staff with photos and comments on what she's been doing and what she's eaten. Lovely nursery and lovely staff.

My daughter has been with Busy Bees since 1 year old and she is doing so great. The staff are amazing with her especially as she has a lot more needs than other children and they really do go above and beyond and make sure all of the children are looked after really well.

Both of my children have attended here since January 2024. The staff have been amazing and really helped my children settle, it's a home from home. The environment is clean and inviting. The staff are attentive, encouraging, kind, caring, loving, supportive and always inform me regarding my children's day. The app is amazing as it is updated regularly with meals, nappies etc. They are all brilliant and make my children feel so loved. I cannot thank the staff enough for all of the love and support they provide to both me and my children.

The nursery is great, the staff are lovely and my children have a great time there. A lot of effort is put into the nursery from the app that is updated to the rooms that are decorated well and educational. Staff know the children’s names and it is personal.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees for 11 months, and we have nothing but amazing reviews for this nursery. The development, support and guidance provided by staff not just to our daughter but to us as parents has been nothing short of outstanding. Our daughter struggled with settling in for the first few months, but with the friendly staff and encouragement of peers, she has become a very confident, outgoing little girl. The cleanliness of the nursery is always on point, and staff are always on hand.

After being apprehensive about returning to work and my little boy starting nursery at 8 months old, I couldn't have wished for a better experience for him. The entire team are warm and friendly and their app provides such a good insight into my son's day - photos, meals, sleeps and nappy changes. It really does put your mind at ease. Excellent value for money too, especially for the area.

My son spent lots of wonderful time at Busy Bees at Longbridge, Birmingham. The staff of this nursery have professional skills and are very kind and patient to children. My son made his best friend there and is always happy to go to nursery. In addition, he has learned a variety of knowledge and has been much improved in his social skills. Our concerns have been promptly investigated by the Manager, she's been great and we couldn't have asked for more from her. However, we ultimately lost trust in them.

I was very anxious about finding a nursery for my child and cannot thank the staff at Busy Bees enough. They helped alleviate my anxieties and are always responsive to any issues or worries I have. My child loves going to nursery and enjoys her time there. The staff are caring and warm on approach and show a genuine interest in the children they work with. I am so glad that we found this nursery and believe my child has had a good start to her development needs supported here.

I have been using Busy Bees since 2016 when my daughter started at six months old in the baby room and I would recommend them to anyone. Busy Bees have allowed my daughter to grow into a confident happy girl who was more than ready for school and I can only thank the staff at the nursery for this. She always talked about her days at nursery and how much fun she'd had. Her key workers throughout her time there have always been in hand anytime I've needed a chat about anything and she has always had a good bond with them. The environments are engaging, bright and clean, I would love to play there myself. There is a wide range of food on the menus for the children, which are always freshly made on-site, the menus and recipes are available for you to take home as well. The children are encouraged to go out in all weather, wet suits and puddle suits are also provided for the children. Overall the staff are friendly and always go above and beyond for you, especially the manager.
