Busy Bees Dartmouth Circus is a purpose-built setting with 4 Big bright airy rooms. As of 2017, it has been graded as 'OUTSTANDING' by OFSTED.

They offer a range of fantastic activities for children, challenging them in different ways. All activities are around the child's interests, which staff get from observations and knowing what the children like doing at home. This is all put together to ensure your child is developing in all 7 areas of learning.

They also have their own App Called UP (Unleash protentional) in which when you sign up you have full access to this in the comfort of your own home. This gives you everything from outdoor play, dance, songs, lullaby's, cooking, school transitions, Health and safety activities and guidance on many areas for example potty training.

Busy Bees Dartmouth circus has a strong dedicated team, who are trained in all Policies and Procedures. Busy Bees has a robust system in place to make sure all staff have the correct training at all times. All staff have safeguarding and are first aid trained.

They have their Parent zone in which all parents can access to see how your child's doing in the day, Observation. Assessments, and Photos on.

They provide a healthy and well-balanced menu which is changed each season, also introducing child's choices. They cater for allergies, intolerances and religious and cultural diets.

My two children have attended Busy Bees Dartmouth Circus for the past 9 years. One child still attends. All managers have been excellent but the present manager is spectacular. Brilliant staff brilliant nursery.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees for over a year and she has learnt numbers, alphabet, tracing letters and about colours. She does a wide variety of activities that focus on things she is learning at home and has also developed her social skills and how to make good choices about what she does.
My
favourite thing about the nursery is how through feedback I get is, they have also started using an app so I can see things my daughter does and eats, updated throughout the day. Her development plan is very specific to her and takes into consideration what we teach her at home. The staff are friendly and organised and I always have peace of mind when she is at nursery.

Having a great experience at nursery. Everyone is very professional. Staff are friendly. Had previously had an elderly daughter at this nursery ten years ago. So all in all, the nursery has kept its standards. Keep up the good work.

My daughter has only been with this nursery for just over a month now and already I can see she really enjoys it and is developing her skills very well! I find if not every day, every week she demonstrates something new, whether it's a phrase, action, song, response or anything educational. She loves
when I tell her she is going to 'school' and is always excited to leave home knowing she is going to have fun. The staff are polite, professional and I am fond of the systems put in place, especially with COVID-19. I wish I knew about this nursery sooner!

The management and staff are very understanding to my child's needs. I was very lucky to secure a place at this nursery, as it is very friendly, bright and child friendly. My son is now two years old and is always asking to go to nursery even on the weekends. My sons speech has come along every quickly
as he interacts with all the children and knows all of the staff.

My child has settled in really well since joining the nursery. The staff have been really attentive and have reassured me every step of the way. All the staff team and management have been very warm and welcoming and everyone seems happy when I drop my child off in the morning. This really made a difference

My son has only been at the nursery for nearly a week and he already has settled so well. He will come home and tell his older brother and grandmother all the things he did at the nursery. The staff at this nursery are amazing they bond with my child very well and treat him like he is their own child
and that is one of the things I love about this nursery.
The management also has a kind, warming spirit that makes me feel so comfortable every time I bring my son to nursery. I wish I knew about this nursery when my eldest was younger because I would have definitely brought them here.

My son has been attending Busy Bees for almost two months. In his time here I feel he has learnt good social skills, learnt what "poo poo" is and will tell me when he has soiled. He likes to sit with a book more often and has learnt math skills such as matching shapes and numbers. The staff at Busy
Bees have displayed caring and friendly attitudes towards me and my son as well as a vast pool of knowledge and experience with their own children.

Sam Goulding-Talbot

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2015

Hello, my name is Sam and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Dartmouth Circus. I have worked with Busy Bees since 2015, starting as an Early Years Teacher/Assistant Centre Director. 


I have a level 6 qualification (Early Years Professional Status) and have completed my Level 5 Qualification in Management. I have completed many courses including Safeguarding, First Aid and Food Hygiene. 


I feel so proud watching the children progress here at Dartmouth Circus and have a fantastic team that provides quality childcare. I am always happy to help and support staff, parents and children.
