A Hi5’s after-school and holiday club is also available for children up to 11 years old.

My little girl started in the baby room in Jan 2018 and settled well. The nursery has excellent facilities; lovely bright rooms and fantastic outdoor space, away from high traffic volumes and fumes. The children go on trips to places such as local gardens and farms and there is a whole range of additional activities, including swimming lessons. The staff are friendly and caring and the office team are also excellent and very efficient and helpful.

The staff have been absolutely wonderful to our family. They are all brilliant with our son who has been attending since 9 months old. The staff are friendly, encouraging, supportive of choices (such as having space for breastfeeding and using expressed milk). Our son learns so much and enjoys his time at nursery, we love how much outside space there is and how much it is utilised.
We have recommended the nursery to friends who now have children attending. They seem to enjoy it just as much! Many thanks to the wonderful team (admin/cleaning/nursery etc) who obviously care for the children that they support and enjoy!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a couple of years now and loves it! She has a very good relationship with her key workers and staff in her room. She is becoming an independent little girl and we put this down to the support we get from the amazing attentive staff to in which is happy to follow any requests that I have and they provide my daughter with a stimulating/caring environment. The nursery provides lots of activities to suit all ages and learning abilities. All children have opportunities to go off-site on trips to explore all aspects of learning, which is great as my daughter loves being outdoors! Mostly though I love getting daily updates/photos through AyLog App to show me what my daughter has been doing which I can then share with the rest of my family. All staff are easily approachable and will try and help whatever the matter is.
I would happily recommend this nursery to every parent.

Tops Salisbury provides a fantastic nursery setting for both our children and we can’t recommend it enough. The staff are really friendly and enthusiastic and it’s always a relief knowing that when we drop the children off in the morning, they will be coming home with huge smiles on their faces whilst telling us all the exciting things that have happened that day. We always take advantage of the extra activities that Tops offer such as swimming and forest school which are both great value for money. Being able to book flexible hours around shift patterns is such an advantage and the support that the admin staff provide is amazing.

My children have been attending the nursery for over two and a half years and they are always excited to be going. The nursery staff have always been approachable and have always been eager to help in any way they can. The small things often make a big difference and this is what I have found with this nursery. One example is when the staff see me struggling out of the nursery with my children/bags/coats/ cooking etc they always offer their assistance often helping me to my car. I can see that the staff have good relationships with each other ensuring a positive and supportive network, a good team effort. The administration staff have been outstanding. Trying to work out timetables/funding/costs is confusing and time-consuming and stressful at times. The office staff have been wonderful at alleviating a lot of these worries helping make what seems a complex situation much more straightforward. So I thank you for that.

Both our children go to Tops and they both absolutely love it. They enjoy spending time with the carers and I feel very happy and reassured by the care they receive there. Our eldest is about to start school and has developed so well at Tops with reading, writing, numeracy etc, we really feel that they have worked with us to help her develop. Socially she is confident and again we feel that being at Tops has contributed to this. Cooking school is great fun for our daughter and has supported us with getting her involved in enjoying different foods. The younger rooms follow the children’s routines well, working with us for nap times/food etc.
The carers are fantastic; they’re friendly, engaging and so keen to work with us for the children’s benefit. They listen to feedback and like to hear what the children do at home so they can work with those activities in the nursery setting too. The office team are so very helpful and are always responsive to any queries we go to them with.

On my first visit to the nursery, I had instantly good feelings about it. Fantastic space, inside and out and brilliant learning areas for the babies and children to explore. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. I couldn't sing the praises of our keyworker enough. I feel really happy leaving our little one in the safe and caring hands of your staff. We LOVE Eylog and I find it v.reassuring seeing our little one enjoying their day.!! So glad we found Tops - thank you!!

Since the take over of the nursery, there have been many changes. It has been a difficult time, but the staff have made sure the children have been well cared for, with reduced disruption. The changes have been positive. New equipment and cook school, which my daughter loves.

Great setting with staff that are really focussed on supporting each child as an individual. We have had to move our daughter from 2 previous settings which turned out to be little more than a crèche and where her needs were not being addressed. Tops have been great from the 'get go' - really engaged with us as parents to find out what works for our little one and what support she needs. We get great feedback every session in terms of what she has done including the notifications system which shows new developments in her skills. Our daughter is non-verbal and Tops have gone out of their way to ensure that she is happy and integrated as far as possible.
I couldn't recommend more highly - particularly for any child with some additional needs where the willingness of the nursery to focus on individual needs is even more vital.
