Tops Day Nurseries: Salisbury Nursery

The team have been so lovely and really looked after my daughter. They have been really accommodating and helped me continue to breastfeed as well as settle my daughter into a new routine. She had a bit of a tough time getting used to nursery but now goes in with a smile and waves me off. She was poorly in her first week and they acted promptly to tell me and helped her settle her back in as she recovered from an ear infection.

My son loves coming to this nursery and is being looked after very well, encouraged to grow and develop, and is overall is happy here. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The admin responds to the emails in a very timely manner.

A lovely nursery, my two children love coming here and have some lovely bonds with the staff. I feel comfortable leaving them and know that they will be cared for and will get opportunities to experience and learn new things.

The whole team are such fantastic, lovely, caring people who always look after our son with such care and diligence. They genuinely want him and all the other children to succeed, develop and have plenty of fun in the process. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

My 4-year-old boy's face at the end of every day at Tops says it all. He is happy, challenged and loved by the staff. He considers them friends and his time with these enthusiastic, caring and professional individuals has been outstanding for his development. I really have nothing negative to say about this nursery.

Wonderful nursery. The staff are always so friendly - they have been amazing with our son. Great communication - I love it when we get updates about what they are up to. The staff are just wonderful at Tops, couldn’t fault them. They really care about my child and are so helpful, especially when it came to applying for the 30 free hours. They even provide extra classes such as cooking or swimming. Would recommend them to everyone I know, thank you!

My daughter attended this nursery for nearly 2 years and she had such a great time and made lots of friends, she ended her time here in September which they held a graduation for which we very much enjoyed, we have never had any big issues with the nursery the staff are super friendly. The only slight thing that I would point out is I would have liked more observations posted on the parent's online log and maybe updating the outside space wood chippings definitely not my friend but apart from this we as parents were very happy with the nursery... Since my daughter left the nursery she has since attended the high 5's club which she really enjoyed...

Tops in Salisbury have helped to completely transform my son from a shy little boy to a thriving, happy child. They initiated small group interventions to help with his confidence, and he has come on leaps and bounds since. My son’s key worker and a young male member of staff, in particular, have been utterly outstanding. I just want to thank the lovely manager and her team for the outstanding communication, support and love they have shown my son and all of the children within their facility. We are so grateful.

My 6-year-old son started attending recently, I have struggled so much to find a suitable setting for him as he has ASD, but his carer has been so amazing, gave him a chance, and now I have a happy little boy always welcoming me with a lovely smile on his face when I pick him up, so amazing!

Fantastic nursery. Communicates so well with me and have been excellent with my little girl. I feel the team really care about me/my child and I trust them explicitly. They should be really proud of the fantastic job that they do and we are so grateful we chose them for our nursery.

Amazing! Next to none! My son's progression has come on greatly since my last review. He always has a smile on his face when leaving and tells me about his day and just loves the setting. Nothing is too much for management, either assisting with financial queries or helping where possible. I am looking forward to seeing more development.

Staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. The nursery is very accommodating to mine and my children's needs. My children enjoy their time at nursery and feel comfortable with all the staff. I am particularly pleased with the healthy food options available and the extracurricular activities provided.

Our child has attended the nursery since seven months old. The nursery has been fantastic for her. She has always loved the staff and has made lots of friends. For busy parents with constantly changing schedules, the flexible booking the nursery offers takes a lot of pressure off!

However, it is very expensive. I know they have their reasons but it’s difficult to accept the price increase when as an NHS nurse, my pay rises never meet the same increases.

Our daughter has attended this nursery for over 2-years, and we are incredibly happy with both the setting and her progress. The team at Tops Salisbury clearly have strong bonds with the children they care for, and our daughter loves it there. She is able to partake in a wide range of activities that give fantastic development opportunities, and we are very happy with the regular feedback that we receive.

Both my grandsons have been looked after in Tops Day Nurseries: Salisbury Nursery. The care they have received has been exceptional. Under the leadership of the manager, the team generate a professional environment that is invariably caring and supportive. Children are treated with compassion, kindness and respect. I have complete confidence in the care both boys experience from the staff team and I am very grateful for everything they provide. Thank you everyone.

Tops Day Nurseries: Salisbury Nursery has been great for the hours I keep and the flexibility I need. Teachers are lovely and I find the management had really improved with the new manager! I hope things continue to improve as the current circumstances allow things to return to normal.

My daughter has been with Tops for a few years now and always looks forward to going. I feel she has fun, and I trust the staff to take care of her. Very happy with the progress reports and the focus on outdoor play alongside some learning.
