One-off non-refundable administration fee: £32.61.

Deposit: £200 or one month's fees (whichever is lower) for private or package bookings. Refundable with four weeks' written notice if all fees have been paid. No deposit is required for funded-only places unless meal charges apply.

5% discount available for parents/carers employed by Musgrove Park Hospital. The discount must be declared when enquiring and cannot be backdated.

Weekly packages are available with Private and Full Time discount packages.

Consumables & Sundries Contribution: £5.70 per day. Covers washable nappies and potty-training pants, wipes, nappy cream, sun cream, bamboo toothbrushes, toothpaste, and access to eyLog for parent communication and learning journals.

Breakfast: £1.10.

Lunch: £2.50.

Tea: £1.90.

All meals bundle: £4.20.

Weekly packages include meals and snacks, consumables and sundries, activity packages, and access to eyLog.

Late payment fee: £17.79 per week overdue.

Bounced payment fee: £53.34.

Day swap administration fee: £19.57.
