My daughter settled in really well at My Ohana Cheltenham. In the 2 years she has attended she’s loved every minute, the team are really caring and helpful and always go the extra mile. Takes the weight off when she’s happy to go in and play, just enjoying herself. We will be sad to leave the nursery but it’s onto the next chapter now, big school, and we couldn’t thank you all enough!

The team are absolutely fantastic! My youngest absolutely loves going to nursery. The team have helped our family through milestones like dropping naps, losing dummies, potty training a Frozen obsession and so many more! My eldest who is the youngest in her class at junior school has settled in so quickly because of the preparation that the pre-school team gave her! Forever grateful to the team for being so attentive to my children.

I know my son is in safe hands when he's there and couldn't recommend My Ohana Cheltenham enough.

Friendly and supportive staff - both my children have attended and I couldn't be happier with every aspect of the nursery. A friendly, welcoming, and supportive place to socialise, play and learn. I recommend My Ohana wholeheartedly.

Both my children have attended My Ohana Cheltenham Nursery since 12 months old. My son has now left to go to school but thoroughly enjoyed his three and a half years at My Ohana. I cannot fault the staff. They are caring and empathetic to the children. The preschool room staff, in particular, go above and beyond in putting on fantastic graduation shows and this year a carol concert too. They are always thinking up new initiatives and including the parents where possible. All the staff are friendly and approachable and willing to talk over any concerns. The staff are great at thinking of inspiring and engaging play ideas, turning the outdoor play area into a campsite (with real tents, wash station and toilet tent) one week, a winter wonderland (with a hot chocolate booth and various winter-themed tuff trays) the next, a horse race ground the next and in the height of the heatwave a series of paddling pools appeared. All the children come out with smiles, as well as lots of artwork. Fantastic nursery.

The nursery itself has endless amounts of toys and equipment to keep children entertained, and they also have a lovely garden space for lots of outdoor activities. The kids often go out to the local park to collect leaves and play in the playground - such a sweet idea.

My son has attended My Ohana Cheltenham Nursery for nearly a year now, and he absolutely loves it. I can't rate the staff highly enough; they are welcoming, friendly and genuinely care for the children. There is a great range of activities on offer. This week, my son made bread, and last week, he visited a farm! He is always coming home with things he has made. His language has excelled, and his manners are lovely. I'm sure this nursery has been a contributing factor to this.

My children will be sad to be leaving this nursery in Cheltenham. The manager is very empathic and her team of staff clearly enjoy working for her. There's a lot of dedication from the members of staff especially one, who stood out as being particularly committed to the little people in her care. It would have been nice to get quick feedback at the end of each session but we appreciate life is very busy in the nursery and it's clear to see every day, how much my children enjoyed their time.

Both my children started at this nursery as babies and I have recommended it to friends based on our experience. Both children love to go and race in! The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is friendly, fun and caring. They've accommodated our reusable nappies and they are always approachable for a chat and progress updates. The key workers know the kids really well and have great relationships with them, even when they are not key workers! Staff and management have been helpful and professional throughout the Covid-19 situation and have zero issues with care and safety which is in place. Enrichment sessions with Forest School, music and outings have been great for the kids. I have found both play and the things which they have learnt at nursery or at home, such as table manners, songs and reciting rules is from Forest School. I loved that there is opportunity to go outside daily in all weather, which isn't available to other nurseries in Cheltenham. The parent app has been excellent for us.

Our children have both loved being at this nursery and come home with fun stories and crafts. For us, it has been great to know that they are in such a caring, stimulating and safe environment. We also really like the reports and 'moments' we get through the app!

Our child has attended this nursery for the past two years and I have been continually impressed with the nursery, in particular over the last twelve months of the pandemic. Every staff member clearly loves the children and it shows. The communication from the nursery has been amazing, we love getting photos through the app, especially now that we aren't able to go inside the nursery due to Covid-19. The team supported us at home when the nursery was shut, sending us ideas for activities and videos of the staff reading stories. We have felt safe sending our child back as soon as it was open, the measures in place have been scrupulously followed and we would have been lost without this provision during a trying year. The management team have been really receptive to feedback, working with me and involving me in improving the menu for lunches, which is varied and interesting for the children. The best thing is, our child simply loves going to nursery, he is excited every day.

My children joined the nursery 3 months ago, and honestly, the settling in couldn’t have gone any better. Everyone at the nursery has been so supportive and welcoming to the children and us parents too. In a matter of days both my kids have settled into their new routine and surroundings beautifully. I receive daily updates, pictures and videos on how they are doing on the nursery's mobile app which is so reassuring, and it’s a great tool to communicate with the key persons too. I especially love the big open plan rooms which have lots of little play areas – including a snack station where kids can pay with play money for their snacks which is just so cute. The preschool kids go to forest school once a week which my daughter adores. I would really recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nursery setting, we couldn’t be happier there.

I have been very impressed with this nursery right from day one. Both my children are in attendance at the nursery and the staff are nothing but friendly and caring, towards both the children in their care and their parents. The staff offer a varied programme of activities for the children, developing different skills according to their age and ability. My son, in particular, has flourished while attending, from learning things like his shapes, colours, numbers etc to emotional skills and how to turn take, share etc. I highly recommend this nursery and can't fault the staff.

This is a fantastic nurturing nursery. I’ve seen both my children flourish here from 12 months up to starting school. The attention to detail is second to none and the quality of provision outstanding. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a caring supportive setting which goes above and beyond to enable children to settle, feel ‘at home’, make friends, learn and develop in all areas.
