My Ohana Cheltenham nursery is based inside the grounds of Gloucestershire College of Further Education.

The nursery, on the ground floor, has spacious and inspiring open plan rooms. There is a large, garden area which is accessible from all the play rooms.

There is also a canopy, which enables children to play outdoors all year round.
The nursery cares for children aged from birth to eight years old. It offers government funded places for two, three and four year olds. Full and half day sessions are available.

Experienced staff offer children exciting and individual programmes to support their learning and development and widen their knowledge in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

The nursery provides a wide range of opportunities for children to engage in a variety of stimulating and educational activities. Its belief is in learning through play while paying particular attention to a child's individual needs.

With regular observation, planning and assessment, the nursery's children are able to progress in all areas of their development.
Activities are promoted through comprehensive planning and monitoring and observations are used effectively to plan the next steps in children's learning based on their current interests.

This nursery is truly amazing! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care, love, and dedication that goes into everything they do. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always making both children and parents feel welcome and supported. The environment is clean, safe, and beautifully
set up to encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. My child has grown so much socially and emotionally since attending, and it's clear they genuinely enjoy being there every day. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough-it's a wonderful place where children truly thrive.

The staff here have been consistently lovely with our girls. Loads of great communication. The girls adore the nursery. They have been wonderful at encouraging the girls to grow and develop. We'd recommend it to anyone.

Awww we've just had the privilege of seeing our grandson in his Christmas Concert. What a joy. Absolutely loved it, the children all sang beautifully, a lot of hard work was obviously put into this from the nursery staff. Thank you Ohana.

I honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery both my sons have gone here and they have all ways gone above and beyond my oldest son still loves to visit and see his favourite lady candy picking a flower on the way and my other son has a few behaviour issues and they have helped leaps and bounds
with Jess as his key worker and she really is fantastic couldn't have asked for a better key worker for him and his needs i really will genuinely miss having conversations with all the girls Sam becki Julie candy and Jess Taylor and all the others I haven't mentioned honestly not a single one of them have i ever not just felt complete enjoyment communicating with and so glad they are helping shape my children this really is an amazing nursery they really give that home vibe that makes it so much easier to trust your children with them it can be a hard thing to let go and trust a complete stranger with your children for long periods of the day but they really are amazing every single one

My child is always happy here. The staff are great. I love that you get updates regarding pictures of what your child has been doing during the week. I would recommend this nursery. It always looks clean.

We are very happy with our experience at this nursery. In just two months in the baby room, we've seen such wonderful progress in our child's confidence and social skills. The team is amazing-caring, supportive, and always keeping us updated throughout the day about how our little one is doing. Our

Great team, very child-centric. Largely the same team for both our children. Forest school/ mini bus to park and water play, all about kids learning and having fun. Graduation was a great way to end nursery and get ready for big school.

We have just attended the graduation ceremony for this year's leavers which was wonderful. So much care and effort had been put into it and our daughter happily sang in front of all the parents, something we could never have predicted she'd do. She's been at My Ohana Cheltenham since she was around
a year old and we couldn't be happier with the setting and the staff. She is very ready for school and is excited about the transition, which shows how incredible the nursery staff have been in preparing her and growing her confidence.

Couldn't rate My Ohana more. They've been a fantastic setting for my daughter who joined at ages 2.5 years. My daughter has been attending this nursery since April 2023 and we have be really impressed with the care provided. Our daughter walks into nursery every day without any problems and each day she tells us about all the fantastic activities she got involved it. The manager's team is exceptional and
I am so happy we have been recommended to join this nursery. Nursery organises occasional trips out to local parks, farms and even cinema. There is forest school each week which my daughter loves. Nursery staff goes above and beyond and you know they are passionate about their jobs and really love the children. The pre-school leader is full of ideas on how to engage little people and how to aid their learning. My little one has enjoyed all the facilities and food choices have been great too. We would recommend this outstanding nursery to anyone.

Our daughter loves My Ohana! She has been going since she was 1 and has made lovely bonds with the staff. She runs in every day! Our eldest also attended until school age and loves going back to pick up his sister! Our children couldn't be more different and have both had brilliant experiences. The
rooms are always filled with a wide range of fun and imaginative activities. The children spend lots of time outside in the lovely, well-equipped garden space. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who take great care in getting to know your little one. We are so happy we chose My Ohana.

My 2.5-year-old little girl is attending the nursery 5 full days a week for nearly a year now. She’s extremely happy and can’t wait to meet her friends and staff every day. The staff is amazing, very friendly and courteous and they’re doing a fantastic job with the children! My little one has developed
her speech and lovely character within the first few months of her attendance and she keeps developing a lovely personality day by day. She’s learning new, exciting things through educational activities, values such as helping, sharing and caring for others. I’m not only satisfied but extremely grateful to the staff for taking care of my little treasure! On the pros, I’d also like to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and the garden, the safety of the toys/activities, the safeguarding, the app which keeps me updated of my little one’s day at school and of course the lovely and always happy and collaborative staff of the nursery.

All the staff are lovely, my child was very clingy to me before joining here and has come on leaps and bounds with his confidence. He now goes off to staff members from me with no issue, even the members who are not in his room. Such an amazing setting. Love seeing the photos of everything he gets up
to, really makes me feel part of his journey through his early years.

My son has been in the nursery since April 2023. I'm so glad I chose My Ohana.
The staff are great.
My son is originally not English and he's been learning English since he started going to My Ohana.
And to be honest, he's now understanding everything very well. They worked very well with him on
listening and behavior. I can see a very big difference in him and I'm so happy to see that!
The care that my son was given is incredible and all of the staff are so nice and he loves them!
The nursery is super clean and tidy too. If you have questions you can always talk to anyone.
My son is happy every day when he is coming to nursery and I think this is the best thing for a parent.
Highly recommend.

After completing my Diploma in Nursery Nursing in 1995 I started my career in child care and have not looked back since.


I progressed from Nursery Nurse to Deputy manager then Manager after completing regular forms of CPD including NVQ 4 and 5 in child care development and learning and most recently a Level 7 in management.


Working at Tinies is a pleasure every day, my team are exceptional nursery nurse's, the children become happy and relaxed quickly in our kind, caring and welcoming environment, and the support and encouragement from Tinies central support is always forward thinking.
