Day Nurseries Owned by My Ohana

I have been very impressed with the care for my daughter here. She was settled in at an unhurried pace as suited us and the exceptionally caring staff have quickly gotten to know her well. The management have been very professional and approachable. I've enjoyed the daily updates on the app which have made leaving her a little easier.

Today I attended 'Grandparents Day' - what a lovely idea and what a lovely place. I had not been before and was made so welcome. All the staff took the time to come and talk to me. All the children played well together and respected each other sharing the equipment and games. Well done team.

I can truly tell they love the staff, and honestly, the team are just wonderful. As parents especially as working parents who had always kept the boys at home this was a big change for us. The nursery made the transition so much easier by being kind, reassuring, and very communicative throughout. It's such a relief knowing our children are safe, cared for, and genuinely happy in such a lovely environment. Thank you!! :)

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. We moved our son here from another setting and have never looked back: the difference has been incredible.

The staff genuinely love what they do. They're experienced, consistent and not reliant on agency staff, which creates real stability. You can tell the company looks after them too - they're happy, motivated and it filters down to the children.

The children spend lots of time outdoors which I love and go on enriching day trips/adventures to the shops, library or park. We love the small details that prepare them for school, like encouraging independence and wiping their own plates.

Their approach to behaviour is calm and supportive while maintaining clear boundaries without focusing on the negative. Since starting, our son's behaviour has improved noticeably. He feels secure, confident and often doesn't want to leave!

The food is amazing and nutritious. He talks about his teachers with such fondness. We're so grateful we made the move!

I wouldn't be happier with My Ohana Staines-upon-Thames nursery. From the very first time me and my son entered the nursery, we knew it's the one. Their dedication and approach to children, communication with parents it's in very high standards. All team are lovely and very professional. Thank you to all of you!

My child is very happy here. He enjoys all the carefully thought out activities, is stimulated and challenged. They also provide outstanding nurturing and care towards him and give parents face to face updates at the end of each day - which is greatly appreciated. I recommend this nursery to all parents. I'm so happy I found this nursery - my younger son will hopefully start soon too!

Friendly supportive staff. Our child is thriving and enjoys being in the learning environment. We feel confident leaving our child in their care and look forward to seeing and hearing all about the activities and engagement they have had .

Our daughter joined My Ohana from another setting in January 2026. The team at My Ohana have worked really hard to help her settle in and after only a small number of sessions our daughter was happy to attend nursery. She has formed strong bonds with the My Ohana team and some other children and we're kept up to date with her day to day activities through the use of the app as well as a full debrief from the My Ohana team when collecting her. Activities seem to be varied and our daughter has had some noticeable developments since attending.

Communication with parents is excellent, and it's reassuring to know our child is not just looked after, but genuinely cared for and encouraged every single day. We are so grateful for the amazing team and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a loving, supportive, and professional childcare setting.

Our son started at the nursery when it opened and we have been so impressed with the quality of the communication. The app is fantastic and keeps us updated of food, sleep, nappies. The new weekly newsletter is fab and gives us a super insight into what our son does each week. The staff are all kind and friendly and welcome everyone with a big smile.

Absolutely Amazing Nursery with so much care engagement and progression for the infants and toddlers. Regular learning and fun activities. Caretakers are very proffessional and do thier job with utmost care. Very happy with the nursery

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery and couldn't be happier with the care our baby receives. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, with plenty of age-appropriate activities that support learning and development. We love how well the team communicates with us about our baby's day, progress, and needs. It truly feels like a nurturing second home, and we're so grateful to have found such a supportive and loving place for our little one.

Our daughter loves her time at Shire House. The staff are so welcoming and she settled in with no issues. She seems to be very busy and joins in with a range of activities each day. As working parents the easy transition made our lives very easy! Thank you to all!

A great friendly nursery ideally situated on the gerrards cross high street. A large play area with lots of outdoor play which my son loves. The staff are warm and welcoming and we are very happy here!

This nursery is truly amazing! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care, love, and dedication that goes into everything they do. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always making both children and parents feel welcome and supported. The environment is clean, safe, and beautifully set up to encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. My child has grown so much socially and emotionally since attending, and it's clear they genuinely enjoy being there every day. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough-it's a wonderful place where children truly thrive.

The staff here have been consistently lovely with our girls. Loads of great communication. The girls adore the nursery. They have been wonderful at encouraging the girls to grow and develop. We'd recommend it to anyone.

Awww we've just had the privilege of seeing our grandson in his Christmas Concert. What a joy. Absolutely loved it, the children all sang beautifully, a lot of hard work was obviously put into this from the nursery staff. Thank you Ohana.

Amazing nursery; my son is well cared for and has made lots of friends, he enjoys going each morning. Great staff too, always friendly and keep me updated with any changes. Highly recommend this nursery!

I honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery both my sons have gone here and they have all ways gone above and beyond my oldest son still loves to visit and see his favourite lady candy picking a flower on the way and my other son has a few behaviour issues and they have helped leaps and bounds with Jess as his key worker and she really is fantastic couldn't have asked for a better key worker for him and his needs i really will genuinely miss having conversations with all the girls Sam becki Julie candy and Jess Taylor and all the others I haven't mentioned honestly not a single one of them have i ever not just felt complete enjoyment communicating with and so glad they are helping shape my children this really is an amazing nursery they really give that home vibe that makes it so much easier to trust your children with them it can be a hard thing to let go and trust a complete stranger with your children for long periods of the day but they really are amazing every single one

My child is always happy here. The staff are great. I love that you get updates regarding pictures of what your child has been doing during the week. I would recommend this nursery. It always looks clean.
