My child is always happy here. The staff are great. I love that you get updates regarding pictures of what your child has been doing during the week. I would recommend this nursery. It always looks clean.

We are very happy with our experience at this nursery. In just two months in the baby room, we've seen such wonderful progress in our child's confidence and social skills. The team is amazing-caring, supportive, and always keeping us updated throughout the day about how our little one is doing. Our baby enjoys attending, especially spending time in the garden, playing, and learning new things. It's been so reassuring to see how much he enjoys being there.

I am so happy with the day nursery, returning back to work was a worry for me but the team made it so easy. The app makes checking in on my little one so stress free. Following with her meals and handing over any issues or just a morning handover. I love it

Great team, very child-centric. Largely the same team for both our children. Forest school/ mini bus to park and water play, all about kids learning and having fun. Graduation was a great way to end nursery and get ready for big school.

We have just attended the graduation ceremony for this year's leavers which was wonderful. So much care and effort had been put into it and our daughter happily sang in front of all the parents, something we could never have predicted she'd do. She's been at My Ohana Cheltenham since she was around a year old and we couldn't be happier with the setting and the staff. She is very ready for school and is excited about the transition, which shows how incredible the nursery staff have been in preparing her and growing her confidence.

We have just had our graduation ceremony for our daughter, who has attended My Ohana Cheltenham since she was 9 months old. We have had an incredible experience with all the nursery staff and their lovely setting. The staff bring care and fun to the environment. Our daughter has made wonderful friends at the nursery, grown in confidence, and is very ready for school.

Couldn't rate My Ohana more. They've been a fantastic setting for my daughter who joined at ages 2.5 years. Great facilities and outdoor space, constantly changing enrichment activities, and regular and varied trips out on the minibus. Regular updates and photos were always greatly received. Kind and attentive staff. 100% recommend!

They really are a brilliant nursery. My oldest son use to go here and now it's just my youngest boy he has gone from baby room to toddler room but also loves to spend time in with the pre school room so has a relationship with all of the staff. The management team are amazing as well as all the leaders in each room they constantly switch things up to keep children engaged and it's amazing to see all the different experiences they get to be a part of. The food is all ways great, my son all ways seems to eat it all up. He is well looked after here and I have no concerns at all with his care needs being met above and beyond.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since April 2023 and we have be really impressed with the care provided. Our daughter walks into nursery every day without any problems and each day she tells us about all the fantastic activities she got involved it. The manager's team is exceptional and I am so happy we have been recommended to join this nursery. Nursery organises occasional trips out to local parks, farms and even cinema. There is forest school each week which my daughter loves. Nursery staff goes above and beyond and you know they are passionate about their jobs and really love the children. The pre-school leader is full of ideas on how to engage little people and how to aid their learning. My little one has enjoyed all the facilities and food choices have been great too. We would recommend this outstanding nursery to anyone.

Our daughter loves My Ohana! She has been going since she was 1 and has made lovely bonds with the staff. She runs in every day! Our eldest also attended until school age and loves going back to pick up his sister! Our children couldn't be more different and have both had brilliant experiences. The rooms are always filled with a wide range of fun and imaginative activities. The children spend lots of time outside in the lovely, well-equipped garden space. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who take great care in getting to know your little one. We are so happy we chose My Ohana.

Our child has been there since a baby! The level of care is amazing, and we love seeing what he has been up to through the updates on the app. They are very helpful in getting the needs for our child met and have great knowledge too!

My 2.5-year-old little girl is attending the nursery 5 full days a week for nearly a year now. She’s extremely happy and can’t wait to meet her friends and staff every day. The staff is amazing, very friendly and courteous and they’re doing a fantastic job with the children! My little one has developed her speech and lovely character within the first few months of her attendance and she keeps developing a lovely personality day by day. She’s learning new, exciting things through educational activities, values such as helping, sharing and caring for others. I’m not only satisfied but extremely grateful to the staff for taking care of my little treasure! On the pros, I’d also like to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and the garden, the safety of the toys/activities, the safeguarding, the app which keeps me updated of my little one’s day at school and of course the lovely and always happy and collaborative staff of the nursery.

We love My Ohana! My son has been at the nursery for five months and has settled fantastically well. All of the staff are super friendly, reassuring and professional, and my son runs in so excited for his days at nursery!

All the staff are lovely, my child was very clingy to me before joining here and has come on leaps and bounds with his confidence. He now goes off to staff members from me with no issue, even the members who are not in his room. Such an amazing setting. Love seeing the photos of everything he gets up to, really makes me feel part of his journey through his early years.

Amazing nursery where our daughter is absolutely thriving and developing. She is so cared for and looked after, has so much fun and learns so much. All staff are friendly, helpful and passionate about giving the best start and experiences to children. I recommend the nursery highly and so would my daughter!

My son has been in the nursery since April 2023. I'm so glad I chose My Ohana. The staff are great. My son is originally not English and he's been learning English since he started going to My Ohana. And to be honest, he's now understanding everything very well. They worked very well with him on listening and behavior. I can see a very big difference in him and I'm so happy to see that! The care that my son was given is incredible and all of the staff are so nice and he loves them! The nursery is super clean and tidy too. If you have questions you can always talk to anyone. My son is happy every day when he is coming to nursery and I think this is the best thing for a parent. Highly recommend.

My daughter settled in really well at My Ohana Cheltenham. In the 2 years she has attended she’s loved every minute, the team are really caring and helpful and always go the extra mile. Takes the weight off when she’s happy to go in and play, just enjoying herself. We will be sad to leave the nursery but it’s onto the next chapter now, big school, and we couldn’t thank you all enough!

Both of my children have been to My Ohana Nursery from the age of 9 months up until school age. There’s nothing that I can say that will can convey how amazing, caring, loving, supportive and accommodating the team there have been! Our children have absolutely loved going and have grown into amazing little people that have been equipped by their experiences to go up to big school. Cannot thank the whole team enough!

The team are absolutely fantastic! My youngest absolutely loves going to nursery. The team have helped our family through milestones like dropping naps, losing dummies, potty training a Frozen obsession and so many more! My eldest who is the youngest in her class at junior school has settled in so quickly because of the preparation that the pre-school team gave her! Forever grateful to the team for being so attentive to my children.

My Ohana Cheltenham is just amazing. The staff are so attentive to the children and you can tell they really have a bond with them. At all stages, whether it's healthcare issues or developmental they are so supportive - They fully potty trained my son! The setting and facilities are lovely and they do so much learning-based play that my son has become so confident in the time he has been there. I know my son is in safe hands when he's there and couldn't recommend My Ohana Cheltenham enough.
