My son came here form a different setting. He was always sad there, but here, he is happy. He has come on and learnt so much here. The staff have taken the time to get to know him and bond with him. They know his likes and dislikes, what makes him happy and what to do when he is sad. My son doesn't speak, yet they communicate brilliantly with him. He also has dietary needs, which they cater for perfectly. The staff are all very friendly and approachable. I couldn't put my son in a better setting. Simply amazing.

My grandchildren (twins) are very happy and came here and are always happy and content when collected. Their pre-school staff are very good with them and knowledgeable, always providing an account of their activities, also what and how well they have eaten.

Treetops Presbury continues to come up with innovative ways to aid the learning of our children. They are extremely good at communicating their activities with us through their newsletter and during drop off and pick up times. They work with parents to support the children, identifying how nursery can support activities we have done as a family. Their feedback on our children's progress is always well considered and constructive. We feel our kids are safe at Treetops and they are always happy to go to nursery!

My daughter has attended this nursery since 12 months old (now 3) and my son has just joined at the same age. The staff are so caring and equally enthusiastic about developing the children. The manager is approachable at any time and addresses any concerns immediately. Their policies also strike a good balance between keeping children safe from catching bugs and appreciating the disruption that time off for illness causes for working parents. My son has settled within 5/6 weeks and now waves me goodbye! Thank you Treetops!

An amazing nursery filled with knowledgeable, professional and caring staff. Each child is treated and respected as an individual, not just another 'body' in the room to be 'babysat'. My child has blossomed so much since starting here. Undoubtedly the best nursery in Gloucestershire. Outstanding.

The smaller, homely environment is like a family, where everyone is involved in the children's care and education. The girls are having fun with lots of outdoor activities and play and varied planned creative activities. The benefit is demonstrated in their individual nursery learning journeys. Their keyworkers are always keen to talk and offer advice. The food is excellent and the girls love eating around the table with friends (a number of portions!!). The nursery is spacious and clean.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 4 months old (now 2) and she loves it! We would always highly recommend it.

After viewing several nurseries in the area we settled with Treetops. Treetops is a warm welcoming nursery and the staff are very friendly. My daughter started here aged 9 months. Staff have helped with a routine and given advice. My daughter attends 2 full days a week and seems to enjoy her time there.

The staff keep a daily diary which they discuss at the end of each day, and fill me in on where they've been and what they've been doing. All staff and manager are extremely approachable and they will talk through any questions or concerns you may have.

I'm so pleased I can go to work with peace of mind that my daughter is happy and well looked after. Thank you Treetops!

I visit the nursery quite regularly when collecting my niece. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they always tell me about her day and inquire about mine. She seems really happy there and has lots of fun.

Leaving a young baby when you go back to work full time is a daunting experience, however, everyone at nursery has been brilliant. They have shared advice, built-in routine and have always maintained a happy, positive atmosphere even though I know my baby can be challenging. Weening has been smooth and I love how much the nursery is willing to work with the parent and the child. Thank you.

My little girl was having trouble transitioning to the next group up. Her key worker was amazing. She helped my child make the move and looked after her so well, it really made me feel she really cared and with that care and attention the move went smoothly and we haven't had problems since. Also, the nursery manager is extremely helpful. Very approachable and always happy to go the extra mile. When my child was younger the staff helped her out so much too. I love this nursery. My daughter has been going there since she was 9 months old and I wouldn't have it any other way!

From day 1 the nursery have been excellent. They are all very friendly and professional and have worked hard to help my children to settle in. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The refurbishment has also improved the standards and the building now matches the quality of the staff.

My only thought is that maybe parents should sign out their children on collection.

The ladies are always well motivated and seem genuinely pleased to see my little boy when I drop him off at nursery which is encouraging and reassuring. They always take the time at the end of the day to talk me through what he's done, eaten and when he's slept which is much appreciated. The food is always home cooked and there is a menu for you to see what is on offer each week. He loves all the activities they do with him and loves going to nursery which for me is such a positive. To feel I can leave him with people who care about him and who he feels he can trust is so important. Well done ladies you do a great job.

My daughter is very happy and settled here. She is always excited to see her friends at nursery. The staff are brilliant and very supportive of her development and learning. The food is a hit as well! I would highly recommend Treetops.

I am glad I have chosen Treetops Nurseries for my son to go to. He has settled in really well. The staff are extremely nice and kind. Overall I give 5 stars for Treetops Nurseries and would highly recommend this nursery to all my family and friend's children.

Daily diaries give a good insight to the exciting things the children get up to each day. I'm certain his time here has contributed significantly to his development. He's social, content and his speech is really coming along. He particularly loves the outdoors and the garden area lots of activities and opportunities for messy play! I know he also eats well here!

My child has attended Treetops for 4 months, from the age of 10 months. The staff have made the transition of my return to work and starting nursery really easy. Their obvious enjoyment of their work and faultless professionalism has been fantastic and reassuring. They offer a great range of activities, even for the littlest ones and I know that my child enjoys his days at nursery.

Our son has been attending this nursery since he was 10 months old. We've been very pleased with the level of care he has received and his development which I believe can be partly attributed to the nursery. The staff are all very nice and all seem to know him well, I feel very confident in their ability and know that he will have a day varied activities and good quality food each time he is there.

The daily diary/update is very important to us and generally, they do this well. He went through an unsettled patch around age 2 and I think it would have helped if there had been more consistency with the staff in his room on the days he attended.

The staff have been very receptive to his needs and the feedback we receive each day is great. The nursery have also been flexible when we have required our son to stay longer than expected on occasions.
