Really good nursery, very helpful, especially the manager, she always helps the kids really well and will always help the parents as well. Brilliant nursery, definitely recommend it to other parents.

Our son has been at Busy Bees Prestbury Road for just over a year. We've been very impressed with the care that the staff show. We particularly like they all regularly get outside and have a good range of activities. We like that as a smaller nursery, all of the staff know our son well (including the chef!). They enthusiastically accommodated us using reusable nappies and have been very supportive in helping us with potty training.

Busy Bees Prestbury Road has a lovely atmosphere. I chose it because it felt like a home from home. My boy has been very happy at the nursery and talks about the staff and other children by name. He always comes home happy and I have never had any concerns dropping him off. Everyone is approachable and I like how the staff do a good handover at the end of the day. The nursery itself has recently been updated inside, although the garden is looking tired - I had been told it was going to be updated but that was about 3 years ago when I first looked round. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it if you want somewhere safe, friendly and happy. I will be sending my next one there when he is old enough!

Lovely nursery, our daughter loves it. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. She loves her keys workers. Great communication, always a great handover, they tell you how your child got on throughout the day, what activities they did, what they ate, etc. Always nice to open your child's folder and find bits of their artwork. Food sounds healthy and yummy too! Our daughter has come on so much with her confidence and being around others.

The difference is very much apparent and fantastic! The staff are hardworking and lovely with the kids. As parents, we are well informed; honestly cannot fault Busy Bees Prestbury, best decision we made for our children.

The staff have been excellent helping her to settle in, she's still not fully on board with being left, but the staff are kind, patient and she always settles quickly. The feedback is great, and I find the staff really friendly. The children seem to do a great range if activities. The outdoor space is great too. The food always smells lovely.

My daughter has settled in very well at Busy Bees. The staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. They give me good feedback when I pick my daughter up. They have a good range of activities for the children to explore and play with, and healthy snacks and meals. Great Nursery for my little one to attend; until she starts school.

The nursery staff are kind and caring and have got to know our daughter and her likes and dislikes. Our little girl speaks about nursery staff and the other children with a smile on her face and appears happy when she is dropped off. The team at nursery give clear feedback on the day which helps you know what your child has been up to. The foo also seems great and our daughter seems to like everything and asks for seconds.

The staff are all extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure the children are all comfortable in their surroundings. I think the nursery are very accommodating to each individual's childs' needs. I would highly recommend to friends that the nursery would meet all expectations and more.

I put my child into a full-time nursery from about 11months which was a really hard thing to do. The staff at Treetops were fantastic and supportive - in the Bear Cobs class!! It made me feel really at ease and better about leaving my child each day. Treetops is a fantastic nursery. The main thing for me is that my child is happy and the staff, specifically his key worker, is really engaged with him. I couldn't recommend this nursery more!! Monkeys have been a lovely group and now looking forward to Hippos.

My daughter attends Treetops Prestbury Road Nursery. Their care and attention to detail is fantastic. The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. Treetops Prestbury Road nursery creates and captures that home from home comfort and stability for the children they care for and their parents/relatives/LG etc. I have recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to do so. Special mention to the nursery nurse who is wonderful, so caring, loving and kind as well as their apprentice who has really captured my daughter's attention, The Nursery Manager is wonderful - nothing is too much trouble for her or the rest of the wonderful team. We have had a great experience using Treetops nursery and really appreciate the team. Our children enjoy going to 'school' there and have developed good relationships with their 'teachers' and other children. Highly recommended if you live in the area.

My twin girls are very happy at nursery. Their key workers and all the staff are attentive and responsive to their individual, holistic needs. There are many different teaching methods used and all embrace fun and developing different skills. The staff pick up on the individual development needs of the girls. It is evident that the staff know the children well and care for them. The meals are very good and development of eating and social skills around mealtimes is excellent. The management is supportive and responsive to feedback involving the family in activities. The nursery is clean and well-maintained to a high standard.

My wife and I are very happy with Treetops - the staff are wonderful and the children enjoy going and learn a lot.
