Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road

My eldest has been attending Busy Bees Prestbury Road for two years. He absolutely loves it. They provide a wide range of activities and tailor to things that are going on in the children’s lives/their current likes. Communication is very good both through the app and at handovers. My youngest is starting in two weeks and in sure he will have a great experience too.

- excellent daily summary via the app, plus an in-person handover at pick-up.

- some of the children's rooms have to be used as transit to other rooms, therefore you have parents of other age groups walking through the room, including during nap time.

We are so happy with the overall provision for our children. The team know them so well, and they are always ready to take them on their journey of progression. Our children love the food too!

This is a lovely nursery with dedicated staff who are welcoming and friendly. I like that it's not too big, feels like the staff all get to know the parents and children very well. My daughter has been coming for 2 years, she loves her teachers and has made some great little friends too. The key staff in the rooms work very hard to make the environments fun and engaging, they take great care of the kids, and get to know their individual personalities. My daughter is now in the pre-school room, getting ready for school in September!! The staff are providing a great nurturing mix of early learning education along with all sorts of activities including role play, good old messy play and running about in the garden, weather permitting! The cooks are firm favourites too and she loves almost all the food, I'm often envious myself! The parent app is also handy with regular updates on meal times, learning snapshots & photo's of activities. I'm so happy with the whole experience.

Since first visiting the nursery, we were struck by the incredibly welcoming and passionate staff as well as the clean and well-thought-out spaces which seem perfectly designed for all the different age groups. Our child attends preschool and we have not hesitated in recommending it to others looking for a nurturing environment with varied and fun activities and led by staff who genuinely care for and understand the children they look after. We especially like the fact the nursery is small enough for the staff to get to know the parents and children really well. Couldn’t be happier with our experience so far!

All of the Busy Bees staff have been absolutely wonderful at getting things back to normal after covid, for both us and our son. Our son is really enjoying lots of new experiences and adventures within the grounds and I'm sure he'll love the upcoming sports day event. Our son loves to eat a range of food that they provide. It's easy with the diary to see what he is getting up to and what he does each time he is at nursery. We are really grateful for the time they help in nurturing and supporting our son.

My little treasure joined this nursery when he was 9 months old and I can see how much he loves it. He comes back home with a massive smile on his face. He loves all the food (requests doubles) and he has established amazing relationships with all the staff, but has an extra special bond with the room manager. I just want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you, to you all.

The staff at Busy Bees are wonderful. Our daughter loves her days there. They seem to arrange a broad range of activities for the children and we are really happy with how they are supporting our daughter's development.

The staff are so great with the children. My daughter has always struggled to settle but since coming here she absolutely loves it, it’s so welcoming she loves all her teachers. It’s been a breath of fresh air since we started here. Highly recommended.

Prestbury Road Nursery is fantastic. All the staff from the cook to the management are all so warm and friendly. The nursery staff are so creative in finding different ways for the children to explore and learn through sensory play. The rooms are all so lovely, when I looked around I loved how they were all set up with the children in mind. The baby room, where my son is, allows for babies to cruise around the room safely and all toys are accessible for them to explore independently. The gardens and outside space is massive and safe, great for outdoor play. My baby is always smiling when he goes into nursery and is full of beans and happy when I collect him. They take great care of my baby son, which makes me happy when I drop him off, that I know he is well looked after. The staff were all so reassuring when my son first started and couldn't accommodate us enough, which made going back to work so much easier. Thank you, Prestbury Road.

Our little boy absolutely loves going to Busy Bees. As soon as we get to nursery, he can’t get through the door fast enough! The staff are very friendly and attentive, putting parents at ease when leaving little ones. Throughout the day we have received updates on what he’s been eating and doing, which is absolutely brilliant. Pictures of the activities he has been taking part in are also sent, so we don’t miss out on what he has been up to during the day. We would both very much recommend Busy Bees at Prestbury, to prospective families.

Our boys absolutely love it at nursery! They really enjoy the activities and like all the staff. We think the app is brilliant, as we can keep up with what the boys are doing throughout the day and see pictures. The staff keep us updated if there are ever any minor accidents or issues, so we know the boys are in safe hands. It's a fantastic nursery and I would recommend it to other parents.

My child has attended Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road in the preschool room and loves it. He is happy to go and tells me all about his time and the fun he's had. The staff are always helpful and friendly. He has made many friends and enjoys it there. Thanks!

Busy Bees has very caring staff who have the best interests of my daughter at heart and keep me well informed on her development as well as her day to day activities while with them. She does a range of activities every day and has a lot of fun there.

Both my children attend Busy Bees Prestbury Road and absolutely love it. The communication and staff are amazing. Really supportive to my boys' development and well being. One of my boys' is a very fussy eater and they accommodate him well Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful nursery! My son has attended since July ‘20 and in the past year, he has grown into a confident and chatty little boy. The staff are so kind and friendly, I have always felt happy leaving him in their care. There are a lot of nurseries to choose from in Cheltenham - I know we made the right choice with Busy Bees.

Fantastic nursery! Both of our children attended Prestbury Road and loved it. The facilities are great and we liked that there was an emphasis on spending as much time outside as possible. The meals are nutritious, varied and (I'm reliably informed) very tasty. The setting in a bungalow feels homey and I think it helped our children to feel comfortable and settled. The staff are amazing - all clearly genuinely care about the children they look after. Our kids have left nursery as confident, school-ready little people and we would definitely recommend it to other parents.

Our son is very happy here. He has bonded with staff and children, doesn't look back when he goes in and comes home happy and enthused by his day. It's clear that staff care deeply about their nursery and the children. We are kept as well informed as possible under current circumstances and can see that improvements are being put in place to make this even better. The range of activities seems good and the food varied. Our son's development has clearly benefited from his time at nursery.

My 3-year-old switched nurseries in December 2020 to this one and I can honestly say it's been such a smooth transition. All the staff members I have encountered have been very friendly and professional and the nursery workers in the preschool section are so polite and enthusiastic. My daughter has been made to feel so welcome and the managers have been very helpful in sorting out the admin and transition of fees, etc. Would highly recommend.

Overall I am extremely happy with the nursery and I would recommend to any family or friend.
