Blossom Lodge Day Nursery

My son started here at the end of last year in the baby group (now in toddler group) and he absolutely loves it. From day 1 he has got on with all the lovely staff and really ‘blossomed’ as a child. Due to Covid regulations, we wait by the door for their keyworker to get them. My boy literally brightens up as soon as he sees a staff member and often tries to push the door open desperate to get in and play. As soon as he sees his keyworker she gets an immediate hug which makes leaving him for work a lot easier. I get regular updates on what he’s up to via the Famly app and when we pick him up. I have so many lovely pictures and gifts from stuff he’s made in nursery. I had a tour of a few nurseries in Cheltenham and this one just shone above the rest, which my mum (retired nursery worker) also agreed. My son also had feeding issues when younger and the staff happily worked with me and his dietician which has led to him being a great eater with their help. I honestly can’t recommend enough.

We chose Blossom Lodge due to the cleanliness of the nursery and the warmth of the staff. Our son goes in and comes home smiling every day, we could not be happier with our experience. The way they keep us in the loop by regular updates via the Famly app is especially great when you’re spending time away from your precious little one.

Fantastic nursery that provides so much for our little boy. Modern facilities, great garden, pets and fantastic communication. We have seen such a difference with how much our son has developed. Highly recommend.

The staff and whole experience at Blossom Lodge has been fantastic. I was so nervous for my little boy to start nursery and they made it completely worry-free. He absolutely loves going to nursery and he is developing so fast because of them all. Couldn’t be happier with the nursery we chose!

We are extremely disappointed after putting our child into this nursery. The preschool room leader does not appear up to the job, other staff worked well with our child. At the end of his time, our child was scared and nervous when confronted by the room leader. Management didn't take our concerns seriously, gave lots of excuses. Outdoor and indoor space and activities are very limited, especially for active children. Children are not as free to explore areas and develop. Food choice was good, varied menu with children encouraged to try everything.

We moved our son to Blossom Lodge Day Nursery from another nursery and very happy with it. He loves to go there and I see a great progress in him with learning. The nursery is very clean and modern and has some pets. The staff is very professional and friendly. Please keep up the great work!

Our youngest is currently at the nursery and our eldest spent three years there prior to school. Throughout this time the one constant at the nursery has been how excellent the staff have been in regards to how invested they are with the children. There are far too many to mention who were involved with the development of our eldest but currently two members of staff in particular are outstanding with our youngest. Most aspects of the nursery are good and we would highly recommend it but the staff certainly make the difference.

My daughter has attended the nursery for 5 months. She settled in so much quicker than expected due to the attention and consideration given after lockdown. She attends 4 days a week and she always has a smile on her face on drop-off. The daily activities and regular feedback exceed expectations. She's always doing something new and completely different to anything we'd think of at home. She enjoys the variety of foods that are on offer and often has seconds. We couldn't be happier as parents, nor recommend the nursery enough.

I feel so blessed to have found Blossom Lodge Day Nursery. I have even moved fifteen minutes away from the nursery since my daughter starting there but still travel back across town to keep her there. I couldn't imagine moving her elsewhere. We have moved through two rooms now as my little one has grown and every single one of the staff members that have been a key carer and hand over staff at drop-off and pick-up have all been so friendly right from the start. You can tell how much they truly love their jobs, each and every one. The facilities are fantastic inside and the multitude of different outdoor areas are just such an amazing treat for the children. They have animals, a vegetable garden and three separate outdoor play areas to use as the children grow and learn. Simply fantastic. If you are able to get a space, I highly recommend jumping on the opportunity.

Since day one I have been blown away by this nursery. We are always greeted with a smile at the door and sent away with a fantastic handover. My daughter waits by the door in the morning to go to nursery and talks about the staff and other children constantly. She has built some wonderful relationships. My daughter's development has come on leaps and bounds since starting. I put this down to the incredible variety of activities on offer. Staff tell me which activities she particularly enjoys so I can replicate at home. One of the things that attracted me to Blossom Lodge Day Nursery was the outdoor space. I am thrilled that my daughter spends so much time in the garden. Throughout the day I receive photos, videos and updates so I know what my daughter has been up to. The photos always feature wonderful and happy faces. I honestly couldn't have wished for a better start for my daughter. I would recommend Blossom Lodge Day Nursery to anyone.

Our son has been attending Blossom Lodge for the past month and I couldn’t rave more about how wonderful the team have been in looking after him and in reassuring us first-time parents as he settles in. We had endless questions that they’ve always been more than happy to help with. Just awesome! The building itself is modern and full of a variety of rooms for all ages to keep them entertained and developing. We’ve had such a great experience so far and highly recommend this brilliant nursery.

Our daughter started nursery here in July 2020. The welcome was fantastic and she appears to have settled in extremely well. There is great communication from the Blossoms team keeping us continually up to date with the progress that she is making. The facilities at the nursery are brilliant and the children are always doing exciting activities. Our daughter is always more than happy to start her day at Blossoms and I would certainly recommend this nursery to other parents.

The staff are lovely, but more importantly well trained and experienced. The children's areas are well-appointed and maintained. The staff ensure that they do lots of interesting activities and really focus on development but in a fun way. I would happily recommend Blosson Lodge to anyone looking for a warm friendly, professional childcare facility, which is not an easy balance to get.

Blossom Lodge is a brilliant nursery. The staff in each of the rooms are dedicated and show genuine care and concern for children under their care. They work hard to engage all the children in activities and push them to the best of their abilities appropriate for their age. We have sent both of our children to Blossom Lodge and would not have done this if we were not happy with everything. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My little boy has been at this nursery for two months now and I’m seriously impressed. I feel 100% comfortable leaving him there three days a week, I know he’s going to have an exciting and fun filled day. He goes in smiling and comes out smiling.

My son has just started at Blossom Lodge. He has now completed his fourth session. The staff have been so supportive of him getting used to nursery and spending time away from me. They have also been very kind to me and helped with my worries too.

The staff at Blossom Lodge Day Nursery really make the setting. Many have been there for years and years which is always encouraging to see. Our son has been through the baby room up to preschool and has received excellent care at every stage. It makes going back to work after our 2nd child much easier knowing he’s in good hands. We would and frequently do recommend Blossom Lodge.

My daughter attends Blossom Lodge two mornings a week and has been in both the Toddlers and Early Learners rooms. All of the staff have been extremely attentive and have gotten to know my daughter well. They are very responsive to parents and made the transition from staying home to attending nursery very smooth for both myself and my daughter. She loves going nursery and I know she is being well cared for. A few of my favourite things about Blossom Lodge are the activities that they offer and how they keep in contact with families on a daily basis. Recently, they hatched chicks and my daughter is always coming home with something she has created at nursery. They use the Famly app to update us about things going on at nursery as well as send messages and photos about what my daughter does each day and how she is growing and learning. Blossom Lodge provides a safe, loving and enriching environment for my child and I would recommend it to anyone.
