Tops Day Nurseries: Poole Nursery

The staff in the nest/explorers have been nothing but supportive and I have absolutely no doubt my daughter is receiving the best care.

I had to go back to work full time when my son was ten months old and with him being my first, him being EBF and not taking a bottle, I was so worried about how he (and I) would cope. I shouldn’t have worried at all. The staff are absolutely fantastic, they’re flexible and they CARE. My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery and he has come on leaps and bounds with his development since going here. As a shift worker, Tops were great in helping out with a flexible nursery pattern. I would highly recommend them. The babies wear cloth nappies (if that’s your thing), care about the environment, spend a lot of time outside with the kids, contact nap if needs be - love them.

All the staff are welcoming, friendly and great with my daughter. I'm really happy that I managed to get a place and I'm hoping my daughter will stay there until school.

The ability to book nursery slots flexibly around our shifts is invaluable and so convenient.

My child has been attending for a few months now and he really loves it. The staff in his room have always been very welcoming and they always let me know what he has been doing during the day. He has lots of toys and things to choose from and seems happy to see his friends when I bring him in.

The staff are excellent at Tops Day Nurseries: Poole Nursery, my daughter has been attending for just over a year now and has moved into the bigger room and they’ve really helped her progress into that classroom! She enjoys every day at nursery and talks about the staff and her friends there.

I really can't fault Tops, the setting is lovely - a real eco earthy feel to the place. The staff are amazing always going above and beyond to meet my disabled daughter's needs. She is thriving and that's down to everyone who makes that extra little fuss over her. Thank you.

My nephew attends tops for 2 years before starting school. Tops really helped him to become ready for school and he really enjoyed the extra activities they provide, he particularly likes attending forest school and I like the fact he would always brush his teeth at nursery as that is something we always struggled with at home with him. I would recommend TopsDay Nursery to people.

My daughter attended Tops Day Nurseries from being a year old and now she is at school and attended hi 5’s in the holidays. The care is great from the staff in the room and my daughter loves going. Bookings are really flexible adding shifts last minute. I would recommend Tops Day Nurseries.

My little girl has been attending Tops Day Nursery (Poole) for the last nine months...The change in her since starting is amazing...when she first started she was very shy and hated leaving my side, she now has so much confidence and happily runs in nursery like it’s a second home..the staff are lovely and I can see how comfortable my little girl is with them all.. they plan lots of fun activities for the children to do and I am sent pictures and observations every day that my little girl attends...I highly recommend this nursery.

Since joining my daughter has made a clear and big evolution in all areas, from speaking, playing, sharing, being independent and all of this with the support from the nursery and staff. Thank you once again.

All 3 of my children have been to Tops Poole and I have never had any concerns. The flexibility of booking hours and extra hours making it perfect for our needs. The staff are caring and my kids are always happy to go and the daily diary reports give me insight into the wide range of activities they do. Previously my kids have attended the forest school programme through the nursery which was a big hit and to be recommended.

My children have been going to the nursery since 2013. My eldest has gone on to school and loves to go back in the holidays. The staff are fab and are always happy to help. They really know both my children. There are many staff who have been there since my eldest started.
