Tops Day Nurseries: Poole Nursery

Our overall review of tops is brillant, our daughter moved to them last year from another nursery. We are so thankful to all the staff who have helped her on her journey for school in september, she has made loads of friends and loves all the activities. She is so confident and always gets excited when we drop her off. We would highly recommend. Its a lovely atmosphere for all the children and the staff are very resepectful.

Communication is amazing

My son has attended top nursery in poole for over 9 months and he has achieved all if his milestones and that is largely part if the love and dedication of the staff at this nursery. He loves going there and is always excited to see his friends and the staff. I feel so grateful to everyone who works there for the love and support they have shown to myself and my son. They have truely gotten to know each child and i have seen the hardwork they have given to each child.

Poole Tops has been the perfect childcare choice for our little one. We picked it because of its convenience, but we've stayed because of their care. We love that they support their staff to continually grow and develop through qualifications - it means staff take a proactive interest in the care and activity ideas for the kids. Their staff care so deeply for every child and go out of their way to ensure each one feels included, valued, and loved; while taking real joy from seeing them thrive, learn, and grow. Their communication with us parents is fantastic - we feel well informed and supported, but not overwhelmed or harassed. They are very responsive to feedback, and have always been happy to answer my many questions! Our son LOVES nursery - he has made such deep friendships, and adores his teachers. It's prepared him so perfectly for starting school.

All the staff have been wonderful to him, he is going to miss investigators but I know he will enjoy it in preschool!

My children have been attending Tops Poole for 4 years now. The staff are caring and have developed a great relationship with my children. They plan great activities and a lot of thought goes into the daily food menus. The flexible booking suits our lifestyle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Both my children have gone here and loved every second. One of my sons has complex needs and requires a lot more help. They go above and beyond. The only nursery I'd ever trust. Incredible with both kids and parents. I have recommended it to many people. The staff are so lovely and caring. Never in 6 years of using this nursery have I had a bad experience. The day my son started this nursery, I knew he will love it. I have no worries at all about leaving my son in care with all the Tops Day Nurseries staff. Everyone makes sure that he is happy and comfortable. He always says his keyworker's name. I am very proud that he started to talk. I'm absolutely happy with Tops Day Nurseries: Poole Nursery. In 100% of cases my daughter comes out really happy and I see she enjoys it. The girls in the room are very friendly and caring to my baby. Even though English isn't our first language, she started speaking some words and counting.

My son is happy going to nursery as they have plenty of activities that he really likes. They take good care of my son during that time. They have a nice garden space where the children can play. We love that they have Halloween, book days, pirate days and lots more occasional days. We recommend the Tops Day nursery in Poole.

Excellent nursery with a flexible online booking system. The staff are all cordial and looked after my child quite well. My child was always excited to go to the nursery and meet her teachers. We wish them all the best.

My son attended from 9 months until he left for school. They've always been very flexible with timings and bookings which is great when you work different hours each week. So kind and caring towards my little boy and always tried to develop his interests. Varied activities each day. The lunch and dinner menu was always healthy and interesting, with plenty of variety. I don't remember a day, in recent years at least, where he wasn't excited to go in.

The manager was so helpful and knowledgeable about my daughter's funding position I was filled with confidence. We booked childcare with only two days notice and were happily accommodated. It was unusal dropping off my children to a setting I had not visited, but the member of staff who greeted us was very friendly I felt reassured, he was confident and my children were inquisitive about their new setting. When we collected our children, they were both exhausted having had to settle at a new setting, but both happy. Three weeks on, they both love attending Tops. They are happy to go to nursery and greet the staff in the morning and still happy when we collect them. Often covered in sand, they have been able to enjoy the outside space at the nursery and have had fun. I would definitely recommend Tops, their communication is brilliant, and they are very flexible making work arrangements easy.

My son has started to attend nursery due to my change in work and he has settled so well in just a few sessions. The staff are very friendly and caring. The nursery is very clean and spacious with lots of activity resources seen available. The food is of good variety.

Both of my children have attended this nursery with my son currently attending. The staff are so caring towards my child but also take the time and effort to get to know us as a family. I trust them with my child completely and that is the most important thing about choosing a nursery.

Our daughter has been going to Tops since she was 6 months old and is 3 now. She has been through all the rooms there and so we have worked with all the staff throughout the nursery. We have found them all to be very professional and caring, they are always loving and often cuddling children and providing a loving environment. Our daughter has her days when she doesn’t want to be in nursery and the staff make such a great effort to make sure she enjoys herself. They could be reading books when we go in but the plan is very much subject to change if painting is what distracts her when we go in, next thing all the kids are rushing to paint! We love all the activities they do and how Tops is constantly coming up with new innovative, environmentally friendly ideas to stimulate and entertain the kids! Keep it up!

My daughter has especially loved taking part in forest school and cooking school and they always plan lots of activities for the children every day. My daughter has grown in confidence, learnt how to handle her emotions, made friendships and is now preparing to start school this year. This is a lovely nursery with lovely staff.

All and all, I personally have no issues.

I’m glad I enrolled my daughter to Tops Poole, she loves it and I’m happy with all the activities they make my daughter engage in. Lovely and caring staff as well.

The staff make my little boy feel so welcome every morning he comes in. The parent app is great as the staff keep me updated with what he’s eaten, when he slept and what he’s been up to during the day. He has progressed so much since starting at Tops just over a year ago.
