I feel the nursery staff cannot do enough my daughter. I feel 100% confident in leaving her there knowing she is happy and extremely well looked after. They really get to know each child and their individual needs.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are amazing. My son has been attending for 3 years, and my daughter for 1 year. It feels as though everyone knows who they are and both children are so happy. They also love the food, and knowing they've had 2 hot, nutritional meals (as well as snacks) when they're there is great. We'll miss the place when our children go to school!
My daughter loves it here, staff are always welcoming and friendly. They really get to know your child and form a special bond with them, which as a busy working mum makes me feel happy knowing my child is in a safe, happy environment.
My daughter started here eight months ago and we have found everyone at Kiddi Caru to be so friendly, helpful and happy. My daughter's face lights up when we arrive!! I know she's happy here and I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.
My child has a wonderful time at nursery and they are always doing new things to keep them interested. The menu is always nutritional and interesting for the children.
Our little boy has attended here since he was 10 months old and is now nearly 3. The nursery is really well run, and I’m always impressed how even the managerial and office staff, as well as the core room staff, seem to know all the children. The extra half hour at the beginning and end of the day, beyond many nurseries, is useful to us, as I don’t feel pressurised to be away from work earlier than I can realistically manage. The staff are caring and staff retention seems to be good. They have a very sensible approach to illness. Above all, our little boy loves going here, and our second will start in the summer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Our son has been extremely happy at Kiddi Caru, Sowton since his first day when he was 9 months old. He is now in one of the pre-school rooms and is so excited to tell us about his fun packed day when he gets home. We are extremely happy with his progress socially and educationally. The staff have always been fantastic, very informative and friendly. Our daughter has now started to attend the baby room and is loving it, we're looking forward to seeing her time at Kiddi Caru develop too.
My first son went there and my second is currently there. Lovely nursery, attentive staff, clean and tidy, wonderful stimulation for the children, can not fault it in any way!
A fantastic space for my child to learn and grow in. He enjoys every minute at Kiddi Caru. The staff are brilliant and a real credit to themselves and the company.
We chose Exeter Kiddi Caru for our first child, and are booked in for our second. It is a welcoming and friendly place, that is highly geared up for the children. Being a purpose built building, the facilities in our opinion were better than other local nurseries we viewed. It can appear a little corporate with its branding and management, however, the staff who operate out of Exeter Sowton are so caring and considerate. They show genuine warmth and compassion, and never seem to tire or wane in their enthusiasm for the day ahead. Staff from all rooms and main office take a genuine interest in us, and our children. I would recommend it wholeheartedly, the staff seem to enjoy working there, which shows in the children's care. We love it!
Although we are sad she has had to leave our son started there earlier this year and is loving it just as much as his big sister.
My daughter recently finished at Kiddi Caru Exeter Sowton, having started at primary school.
She very much enjoyed her time at Kiddi Caru.
The garden area allowed her to get involved in growing plants and talking about nature.
The staff work hard to allow her and other children to pursue their interests (nature, bugs, painting).
Both of my girls went to Kiddi Caru. The staff and managers are excellent and very caring. There was always lots of fun activities to do and the outdoor play area is fantastic.
My daughter has absolutely loved her time there and been given so much support with her learning and personal development. The staff are brilliant and any questions/ issues are dealt with on the day.
My daughter has absolutely thrived in the environment they have in place and we will be so sad to leave. I also think the pictures/ photographs/mothers gifts that she brings home have been amazing and are a lovely reminder of the time she has spent there.
Brilliant nursery, can't fault them at all!
This nursery is fantastic. My three children have all attended Kiddi Caru and my youngest is now coming to the end of his time there ending our 10-year connection with the nursery. As a new parent, I remember having to make that difficult decision about childcare and I have never regretted choosing Kiddi Caru. The staff are brilliant and work with enthusiasm, creativity and care, to create a happy and safe environment in which the children are able to thrive.
My youngest son has absolutely loved being at nursery, from the wide range of activities he has done to being able to form his first friendships and we will be incredibly sad to leave it behind. Kiddi Caru has played a very important part in all of my children's early years and they have all flourished in the very capable hands of the staff.
We particularly liked the safe outdoor area where babies could enjoy the outdoors whilst being away from the older children. In the majority of cases, we were able to hand our daughter over to her key carer in the morning and we really enjoy reading about her daily activities in her book.
My main criticism of the nursery is not to do with the setting itself or the staff or management but a policy one. It is absolutely appalling that the company charges for bank holidays when the nursery is closed; especially when their fees are already amongst the highest in the area.
The staff are excellent, friendly and always have the children's best interests at heart. The facility is safe and has excellent inside and outside play areas.
They provide fantastic support in bringing up well mannered, polite and kind children, great guidance on what is right and wrong, how to treat others and recognising your own feelings. Communication is vital and right from an early age they are taught sign language and it continues from there right through to preparing for school.
I have used Kiddi Caru Exeter for 7 years now for both my children and I cannot commend them enough. They are excellent in all fields, professional and both my children have learnt so much. The Deputy Manager deserves a medal for her hard work and nothing is too much trouble.
The nursery is brilliant! Excellent communication, friendly staff, well equipped clean rooms. My son has only been there 4 1/2 months and settled very quickly. He is very happy!
Our son is coming to the end of his almost-4 years at the nursery. He has absolutely loved his time there - and we have been so pleased with everyone at the nursery. The staff are all lovely and are so full of energy and enthusiasm. The facilities are great and my son happily tells me he prefers nursery teas to the offerings we give him! The nursery has given our son a fantastic grounding and I know he is prepared for school in the best way possible. I will be so sad to see him leave!
