The Facilities/environment and staff at Kiddi Caru Sowton are all of the highest standard/quality and professionalism any parent could want for their sibling when looking to use a child care center. The whole process from earlier age to older children and their different stages of development has been
carefully planned and is delivered so that each child can have the best progress they need.

Our eldest child has been going to Kiddi Caru for over a year now. During this time his development has been excellent. He has grown in confidence, his social skills have improved and his language has improved significantly. The staff all seem welcoming, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Communication
between staff and parents is very good and special requests are catered for. A wide range of activities are carried out to aid development and detailed in individual diaries. I would not hesitate to recommend Kiddi Caru to other parents with young children.

Really impressed with the nursery and all of the staff. My little boy (1 year old) started two months ago, settled in quickly and seems to love going. It's clean, the staff are friendly but very professional, the food sounds great and the garden and activities are amazing. For me it provides guilt free
working!

Our daughter has benefitted hugely from her days at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery. The staff have been fantastic in helping her develop and take a real interest in understanding her and her interests. We are certain it has really helped in preparing her for her future education and she always comes home full

I am really happy with the nursery my son attends to. The staff is really friendly and helpful. As my son attends the nursery 5 days per week, his key carer and practitioners give me very clear updates his development which is very important for working parents! The staff in Fern room goes the extra
mile! Example: My son loves his dummy and one day he left it at the nursery - the Fern room carer run to my car to give it to me! it really meant a lot! Another one: I was texted when my son used potty for the first time! That showed great commitment!
My son is always clean and his nappy is changed when I come to pick him up and just the fact that he always has a smile on his face means that he loves this nursery too!
The office staff and management are great too! they action feedback and requests quickly and welcome each child with smile! They know names of all the kids at the nursery - this definitely helps them build a great rapport with parents and kids themselves!

My son has been attending the nursery for the past 3 years and has been very happy here. The staff are great and really care for the kids. The progress my son has made socially and developmentally with the help of the nursery has been immeasurable and he is now a confident happy kid.

Great nursery. My son absolutely loves it here and always has plenty to tell me at the end of each day. They do lots of different activities which keeps the children engaged. We can really see the difference in his social and language skills since going to Kiddi Caru.

Very good staff and very welcoming. I am unhappy about paying on days where the nursery is closed e.g bank holidays. I would think that those costs should be absorbed into the bigger business model. Likewise reductions for child sickness.
Finally, food is not too impressive with items like butter bean
stews not being eaten by many - that needs serious work as children need a good meal every day.

Lovely nursery which I have recommended to several other parents who have been equally pleased. My eldest has attended for 3 years since he was 9 months old and we have never had any issues and the staff have even helped with things such as a potty training. My youngest now also attends this nursery
and settled in at 10 months old extremely quickly.

Since day one I have been impressed with Kiddi Caru. They provide a structured and professional nursery service, but each member of staff welcomes my daughter and I with a friendly hello and I feel that she is in safe hands. Although she is one of a number of children they care for on a weekly basis,
they are always aware of her current likes and dislikes and development.
Would thoroughly recommend to any parent.

I have been amazed at how much our 16-month-old daughter has developed whilst at Kiddi Caru. It is great to see her excited to go to Nursery in the mornings and come home tired from a clearly fun day in the evenings. My son has been fantastically well looked after at this nursery for nearly 3 years. The attentive staff have always made sure he is entertained, nurtured and cared for perfectly. The facilities, both indoor and out, are exceptional and I usually feel the food far surpasses anything I serve at home!
