Safe, friendly, varied and great outside space. The staff in the office are extremely helpful and personal. Staff in the pre-school room are fantastic, they care, really take the time with the children and are very professional. Room leader is outstanding.

Both of my children have loved and love this nursery. The staff are excellent and the building design is really inclusive. You may pay a bit more than other nurseries but it is well worth it. They have even managed to open on all the snow days!

We have been really happy with the nursery. They have so many activities and lots going on to engage the children. It has been a big change for our little one to move up to the next room and they have been very supportive. They are caring and take an interest in what is going on at home.

Absolutely wonderful nursery! All staff very friendly, attentive and have made the transition back to work from maternity leave a success. Our little girl's (12 months) confidence in new surroundings has developed hugely since starting in January 2019 and she has developed a lovely relationship with
her key carer. She absolutely adores attending and gets excited just pulling up in the car outside. Have felt informed and involved throughout our entire journey with Kiddi Caru so far. The open days are great for getting a sample of what nursery life is like and what facilities your child will have access to. Would not hesitate to recommend (and have done so)!

Very welcoming nursery, friendly and very professional staff, in all the rooms my daughter has attended we’ve had lots of fab days, my daughter often takes a little time to settle when she graduates to a new room but each team of staff have made the transition as easy as possible.

All the staff are very attentive which is something I appreciate. In previous nurseries, it felt like the parent-carer relationship was a little 'empty' like I was another on the list. It meant that my son's care was generic, not tailored to his needs.
I've consistently felt as though the staff at
Kiddi Caru know him very well, and know what he enjoys and what he struggles with. They are engaged in providing a varied learning experience and the general feel of the pre-school room is positive, upbeat and fun. They always take time with me at the end of the day to explain what he's done and I don't feel rushed along.
The standard of the play activities is very high.

My daughter has attended Kiddi Caru in Exeter for the past 2 months. She has settled in well and enjoys herself there very much. This is a result of the high standard of care offered at the nursery. The carers in her room have worked very hard to make nursery an enjoyable and educational experience,
and as a result, I have peace of mind leaving her there, as well as the pleasure of seeing her develop and grow in confidence and ability each day.

Our first son had a wonderful time and was well cared for. As a result we put our youngest son into this nursery and have not been disappointed. We have also encouraged our friend to put their son into the nursery when they were having an awful time at their previous nursery. We continue to feel supported,
have no question that our son is happy, cared for and will continue to be.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Sowton is a fantastic nursery. It is clean, tidy and open with a large outdoor space. The nursery staff are friendly, passionate, professional and provide excellent contact between carer and parent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery, although it is slightly
on the expensive side.

My boy has been going to this nursery for over 2 years now. The staff have always been fantastic and seem to know every little detail about his day. Responses from the admin office are always very quick and friendly. Though this place seems expensive, you definately get alot for your money and it is

I find the staff at Kiddi Caru extremely helpful and polite. They have been very helpful of late when my wife and I needed extra days for our little one due to having a second child. The children have a variety of environments and activities to do each day, they often hold events outside of the working
week and the general feeling we have is that the nursery is well run. The cost is more than other nurseries but at the time of writing this review, I feel it is on par with the experience our child gets. I think it is important for the management to consider the upkeep of the environment moving forward. I.e in order to maintain fees at the level they are, they need to ensure paintwork is rejuvenated and apparatus continues to look in good states of repair, whilst investing in new equipment/activities.

Fantastic nursery, the staff are second to none. They are friendly, trustworthy and caring. They go the extra mile to treat each child individually. My little girl started when she was only 3 months old and the baby room girls couldn’t have done anymore to ease the situation for me and my little one.
I am extremely happy and so is my little one. We all talk about her development, encourage and support her to learn new things, they were a massive help with her weaning and we worked together on that. The nursery is fantastic, I can’t thank them enough for everything they do. All the staff really care for the children, they are passionate and proactive and I couldn’t wish for anyone better to be looking after my little treasure.
