Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Plympton, Plymouth is a purpose-built nursery offering high-quality care for children aged 6 months to 5 years. With a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating (March 2022), the setting provides a welcoming, homely environment led by a long-standing, experienced team.

The nursery follows the EYFS framework, alongside its own Foundations for the Future and Pathway to the Future programmes, supporting holistic development through hands-on learning. Children enjoy well-resourced playrooms, a calming sensory room, and a large outdoor space, with plans underway to introduce a new allotment and mud kitchen.

Fresh meals are prepared by the on-site chef. The team work in close partnership with families through regular parent evenings, home learning resources and the Famly App, creating strong connections and consistent care.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for 2 years and she has been very happy here. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure that my daughter is well looked after, well fed and well educated and I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My son has been going to Kiddi Caru since he was around 18-months-old and is now in the pre-school. I am extremely confident that when my son starts school in September he will be more than ready thanks to the staff at Kiddi Caru. The staff are and have always been friendly, polite and supportive. I
will be sad when my son leaves the pre-school as I feel the nursery is like a second family to both of us. I feel going to this nursery has provided my son with his own safe space away from home to learn, grow and develop. I cannot thank the staff enough for their input into encouraging and bringing out the best in my son's behaviour, confidence, learning journey and happiness.

My son has always been very happy at Kiddi Caru since his first day there age 9-months-old. He's now 31 months. The nursery have really helped him to develop and grow in all areas, especially his social skills. He very much enjoys nursery and looks forward to going to play with all his friends and the

Our daughter is extremely happy at Kiddi Caru. Prior to joining the nursery, I was slightly concerned about her speech and after just a few weeks she was coming on leaps and bounds. The staff at Kiddi Caru have made not only our daughter but us as parents so welcome and at ease. We couldn't recommend

I highly recommend Kiddi Caru in Plympton. My son has been there since he was 9 months old and has just turned 3. He is always happy to be there and the staff are fantastic. His social skills and speech have come along so well, especially since he started going 4 days a week from 3 years old.

My daughter is at Kiddi Caru every day, all day and as terrible as it is to think of her so young and having to be there the one thing that makes it better is that she loves it. The girls are great, my daughter has learnt so much and she amazes me every week with something new she has learnt.

I love everything about Kiddi Caru! We looked at quite a few nurseries and this was by far the best. The staff are wonderful and the manger is outstanding, when we first viewed the nursery I was particularly impressed that she seemed to know the name of every child. They do a great range of activities,
have excellent facilities, and my son absolutely loves it. I can't imagine that there is a better nursery anywhere.

We visited a number of nurseries prior to Kiddi Caru. We were impressed by the management of the nursery, the facilities and all of the staff. The nursery has been fantastic. Our boy loves the activities, he has formed a real bond with the staff and looks forward to seeing them everyday.

We were apprehensive about sending our child to nursery, but as soon as we went to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Plympton, we were really reassured that we'd found a safe and great place. Professional, approachable staff who provide excellent child centred care and who make myself and my children feel welcome and valued. Both my children have attended this nursery and it has given them a fantastic start to education and life in general. I am kept up to date with their progress and they
set achievable goals, they provide independence in a safe way and safeguarding is paramount within the nursery. I would recommend this nursery to all friends and family, extremely sad we have to leave due to house move.

Both my children have attended this excellent nursery and I am very pleased with the care and education received.
The nursery has clean, well laid out rooms and a spacious garden with a great selection of toys. The staff are lovely and show great care to the children. I would recommend this nursery.
