Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Plymouth-Fortview)

My daughter (18 months) loves attending Fortview and it is very clear that their staff care a lot about the children. I find that the staff are enthusiastic when talking about her day, what she has learned and the fun that she has had. I get lovely photos on the app regularly, of her activities and achievements. When she has been poorly, I can see that she has been well looked after and comforted until I can pick her up.

Excellent nursey, we moved here from another nursery and it is like night and day. Our child is fully engaged with by all the really well-trained, professional staff. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Mama Bear's Day Nursery is a caring, nurturing and home-from-home nursery. My two children have attended from one year until the end of pre-school. We will be so sad to be leaving this supportive community. Thank you.

Mama Bear's have been amazing. They have given my daughter such a great foundation to build on when she goes to school. She has grown in confidence. The manager and her staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. They keep us up to date and informed with activities, foods and photos on the app. Keep up the good work.

My child has had a fantastic time during her journey at Mama Bears and has grown so much! The staff have been amazing and supportive, supporting both my child and myself with any concerns we have. They accommodate us as a family and the manager is very easy to approach. Although my child is ready to start school, it will be sad to not bring my child to nursery. I hope my child's next journey is as happy as her nursery one!

The staff are all excellent with the children, very informative with keeping us up to date with things that our child does, about food and activities etc. I can't believe how much our daughter has progressed and I put it down to the lovely staff for doing an amazing job with the children.

The experience I had as a parent and my son had at Mama Bear's has been amazing. The staff are so personable, they all care so much. I cannot thank his keyworker for all the input she has had over the last year, from putting together his Individual Education Plan to thinking of ways to develop speech and language, concentration and getting him ready for school. They have developed such a special bond, which makes saying goodbye so hard. Mama Bear's Fortview is truly outstanding. The best thing is he has made so many memories that we will remember.

After seeing some horrible nurseries with bad conditions, visiting the Mama Bear's in Crownhill, seeing the facilities and meeting the staff, I knew it was the best choice and I didn't need to look further. Over 6 months in, my daughter loves it, I saw a big improvement in her development but I am more interested that she loves the teachers and she is happy and content. Wholeheartedly recommend Mama Bear's Nursery, Crownhill.
