Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Falmouth

Our little boy joined Happy Days Falmouth following a visit to one of their open days. We found the nursery to be bright, welcoming and with friendly, approachable staff and we’re delighted with how well he has settled in. He has grown in so many positive ways since joining, and we have really noticed his personality and confidence come on leaps and bounds. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the nursery to others.

Having moved to the area recently, I was anxious about my daughter starting a new setting with a big change at home also. All of my worries were gone once she went to her first settling-in session. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, and I would recommend the Falmouth Nursery to anyone who is looking for a setting.

Our daughter has attended Happy Days Nursery & Preschool from 9 months old. She settled so quickly there and loves going. We have attended open days as a family and it’s clear that she has a great relationship with the staff there. She always eats double helpings of lunch and comes out smiling. We are really glad we chose Happy Days!

Since starting at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Falmouth our son has developed into an outgoing and confident boy. All the staff are incredibly caring and are committed to each child’s learning and development. My 2-year-old son has been going to Happy Days Falmouth for eight months now having moved from elsewhere. Whilst he was quite unsettled in the first couple of weeks the staff there were endlessly patient with him and brought him out of his shell. He has since formed new friendships, his development is on track, and he is really comfortable at Happy Days, which feels like a home away from home for him and somewhere I as a parent feel confident entrusting him to their care.

The team are so lovely and flexible, and my son just loves it there! He is constantly coming home singing new songs and learning so much, as well as having lots of fun and making new friends. Healthy food and different activities too!

My daughter graduated from happy days last week and the event the nursery set up was so lovely! It had the usual special touches which both my children have been lucky enough to experience over the last 5 years.

My children love going to nursery so I know they have a brilliant time there. They get to do lots of activities and spend plenty of time outside. They even go on trips to the park sometimes. The staff are super friendly and they always seem genuinely excited to see them. They’ve been attending for nearly a year now and I’ve been really impressed so far.

I find everyone at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool in Falmouth, to be so friendly and approachable. I really feel like they know my child and that they feel really safe with the staff. I love to hear what my child has been doing with their day and the learning themes they have for the children. I get a real sense that the staff are truly passionate about the work they do.

My son started Happy Days Nursery & Preschool when he was almost 9 months old, he has developed so much since attending. The staff are always so lovely and accommodating to his needs. I love hearing about his day and the variety of activities he gets up to. We can tell just how much he loves it there and could not recommend it enough!

Fabulous nursery! Staff are lovely and my daughter enjoys attending! Always hearing about different things they’ve been up to and she comes home with art projects and baked goods on a regular basis. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have always loved Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Falmouth since my eldest went here. Never had any problems, staff are consistently friendly and welcoming and both of my children loved/love their time here. I feel that my child has progressed so much since having the staff help me with potty training and socialising.

Where to begin! As a military child, this is our daughter’s third nursery and we were apprehensive about changing her setting again. Amy and her team spent time getting to know her, to make her feel comfortable and confident in her new surrounding. Better yet, they were able to identify personality traits that she doesn’t display at home like shyness and work directly with her to overcome this anxiety. Within ten days, she was well adjusted, beginning to chat about the staff being her best friends, bringing home various pieces of artwork, decided that she wanted to live at nursery and was happy. Happy children learn and simply put, my daughter has blossomed at Happy Days. I have always felt like my daughter is their priority and cannot recommend Falmouth’s Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Falmouth highly enough.

My son started here in March and was one of the pre school leavers in July. Even though he was only there for a few months he had learned so much and was always happy to go and always came out smiling. He can read some words and is always spelling out words he sees on signs. He wouldn't of done this at his last nursery. He's even started eating veg! All the ladies are fantastic. Highly recommended

My daughter really enjoys coming to school. She gets on great with staff and the other children. I feel that the school staff make a real effort to work with parents and children to help meet both the child's educational needs and also to help the parent overcome any behaviour problems they may be having. They are so supportive in more ways than one.

As much as my daughter loves it here, I have found that she isn't actually doing much learning like they do at other places. For example, she is going to school in September and still can't even form a letter to write her name. They do actively help with potty/toilet training which is also a bonus and staff do encourage them to play outside. I would prefer for us to have had the option to bring her own lunch in for the days she isn't in all day as it does cost quite a lot for food a month on top of the usual food shop etc. The staff are friendly and my daughter is happy here. I would just prefer some actual learning rather than painting and singing all day. Overall we're happy with Happy Days and have seen a lot of confidence grow in our daughter and her social interaction.
