Great nursery. Staff really make the effort, great activities and lovely updates on the app. The food is also great and very nutritional. My daughter has been here over a year now and never any problems. She loves it and has come on in leaps and bounds with language and other skills.

My child has been attending happy days for a few years now, she has a lovely relationship with the staff in her room and around the nursery, she always looks forward to coming to nursery, we will be sad to be leaving for school next term & the whole team will be missed by her!

We've got 3 children at Happy Days in Falmouth. I can happily leave my kids there safe in the knowledge they're going to have a really fun educational day. We get updates via the app during the day letting us know number of nappy changes, what they've eaten and how much, plus I also get updates on their
progress and pictures of what they've been up to.


My son previously went to another nursery and every day was a struggle to get him through the door, here he goes running in without even saying bye to me.


I highly recommend Happy Days. The management and operational staff are fantastic!

I feel very confident when I leave my twins at Happy Days Nursery that they will have a happy day there! The staff are all very warm and natural with the children, the activities are fun and well thought out and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Happy Days Falmouth have been amazing! They are always so accomadating and go above and beyond. Every single staff member bring so much energy, even at the end of the day. The manager and her team have been super accommodating to me and my family, the last few months especially when my work has been so up and down. My daughter is obsessed with nursery and the team she loves it. The second the door is open she’s off and barely looks to say goodbye! The standard of the

I had sleepless nights about putting my daughter into nursery. I was dreading the process and the thought that I was leaving her with people I didn't know for long periods of time.
Fast forward a year, putting my child into this particular nursery has been the best decision ever, I wish I could have
known at the start.
All of the staff are delightful and happy in their workplace always giving lots of care and guidance to the children. They do so many activities and games in a day and do lots I would never think to do at home. I really feel they care and enjoy the bonds they have with all the children. You can just feel the warmth of the staff. My child comes out shrieking with glee everyday I cannot recommend it enough.

Our little boy joined Happy Days Falmouth following a visit to one of their open days. We found the nursery to be bright, welcoming and with friendly, approachable staff and we’re delighted with how well he has settled in. He has grown in so many positive ways since joining, and we have really noticed

Having moved to the area recently, I was anxious about my daughter starting a new setting with a big change at home also. All of my worries were gone once she went to her first settling-in session. Since starting at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Falmouth our son has developed into an outgoing and confident boy. My 2-year-old son has been going to Happy Days Falmouth for eight months now having moved from elsewhere. Whilst he was quite unsettled in the first couple of weeks the staff there were endlessly patient with him and brought him out of his shell. He has since formed new friendships, his development
is on track, and he is really comfortable at Happy Days, which feels like a home away from home for him and somewhere I as a parent feel confident entrusting him to their care.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2025

My name is Kate, and I am the new manager of Happy Days Falmouth. I have been working in childcare for nearly 20 years. I knew from a young age that I wanted to become a teacher and in 2010, I completed my Bachelor of Education degree. I started working in a nursery to gain Early Years experience and I soon realised this was my true passion. I went on to complete my Early Years Teacher status in 2015. During my time working in nurseries, I have progressed from a practitioner to room leader of all age groups and various management roles. 


I have worked at Happy Days for nearly two years, starting as a Deputy Manager at another setting, then becoming the Quality Lead here at Falmouth in September 2024, before taking on my new role as manager. 


I believe Early Years are the most important years of a child’s life and I feel privileged to do the job I do. I look forward to working alongside my team to continue creating a safe, fun, and enabling environments for all the children in our care. This will encourage the children to reach their full potential in their learning and support them to shine.
