I have always found the flexibility of the days/hours they offer is excellent, even at short notice.
My daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old, she is now 4yrs and is as happy now as she was when she started. She adores the teachers and I can see that they adore her. She has made lots of friends and is always enjoying herself when I arrive to pick her up.
The App is brilliant, shows you what she is up to and all the things that they are learning.
It's nice to see the pictures around the nursery that she does as well.
The fact that she enjoys it so much, makes me feel relaxed and happy knowing she is happy here.
They give good advice on how we can support my sons development and work with us on improving behaviour (although obviously my son is an angel ??).
The management team are excellent and have been supportive and flexible, providing extra care at short notice which was very helpful

We have been very pleased with the care and attention our child has received at this nursery. The staff are fantastic at focussing on individual children's needs and addressing any concerns you may have promptly. We feel confident in sending our child here, knowing he is happy and safe.
Very disappointed by the nursery recently. They are unwilling to help when we need extra hours. Today I have a really bad throat and am not able to cope with the kids at home and asked to send them in early but was turned down and told they could only come in half an hour early because they hadn't prepared lunch. We have complained in the past that we don't get observations for our daughter and put in a formal complaint, then we got them for a week then they stopped again.
We acknowledge your review about our nursery and we are sorry you are disappointed with us at the moment. We try our best to be flexible and accommodate the needs of our parents, however, the ability to offer additional hours at short notice does vary as we are required to operate...
We had our daughter's 1-year-old review with two staff members, one of which was her key worker but both clearly knew our daughter very well.
We covered off all areas of her development that would expect and more. We were given the opportunity to ask any questions.
It clear that the staff really care about our daughter and that she is being kept constantly stimulated.
The one small criticism we'd raised regarding having more daily observations was immediately addressed and we now get more regular photos of all the fun activities that they're getting up to.
Ever since my daughter has started at 8 months old, she has been shown so much love and care.
They really know her and recognise each new development.
Every time at drop off we are welcomed by everyone and they all know my daughter's name.
We are so pleased we found this nursery.
