Mama Bears is a friendly and lovely environment for my child.

Overall Experience
Has definitely improved following management changes.
Learning seems more structured and relevant which should help when my son goes to school.

The only slight concern is level of care, a couple of times, my son has come home with shoes on wrong feet and his nappy unchanged. This does not happen very often so overall, a good nursery.

Overall Experience
Mama Bear's have had a good team of individuals to lead my daughter into the early years of her schooling. They are always happy, cheerful and helpful. I wasn't too sure where to send my daughter bit I made the right choice when I go to collect her and she doesn't want to leave.

Changes in the management and teachers have meant a lack of consistency but it has been dealt with well.

Overall Experience
There have been a lot of changes at this pre-school.
However, after taking a 10 week holiday, my son settled back in really well.

The agency staff seem to have been replaced with a permanent team and they have made my son feel involved and grow. He is really happy at this pre-school.

Overall Experience

My daughter has really grown in confidence since joining. Staff supported her adapting to pre-school and she's gone from being shy to the chatterbox we know from home. Staff are all friendly and welcoming and lets us know about her day. Her experiences here will have prepared her well for school. Thank you.
