Crocus is fantastic. My son loves going to nursery and loves all of the staff. As a parent, I am kept well-informed and find all of the staff very approachable. It is a lovely home-from-home environment and I have no worries leaving my son here with the lovely ladies.

Crocus is a very professionally run nursery. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they provide a wide range of activities for the children. The menu is very varied and encourages my child to try different foods. They are always coming up with new learning ideas and activities which can be taken home. I am very pleased with the standard of care provided.

This is a great nursery, my daughter attended this nursery 7 years ago and was outstanding then too. The staff are all committed to every child's learning and future with excellent communication between staff and parents. My son has been going to Great Cornard Crocus Early Years Centre for a couple of years now, he very much enjoys going and the staff are very supportive and caring they help to support my son with his needs my son can't wait to get there in the morning. We always get greeted with a smile and when I pick him up we always get greeted with a big smile from him and the staff tell me everything he's done and eaten which is normally very very well

Wonderful care and very friendly staff. My little boy loves his days at nursery and has such wonderful experiences. He gets to join in lots of activities I wouldn't be able to do at home. He gets to try new foods and enjoy lunch with his friends.

Management has been very flexible to our needs when we've needed extra sessions short notice.

I chose Great Cornard Crocus Early Years Centre because of its Ofsted rating of Excellent, proximity to my workplace and the friendliness of the staff. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the main building (it's installed in the baby room) because it's uncomfortable for the children and the staff when it's summertime. Absolutely no qualms about leaving my child for the day as I know she'll be safe, having fun and being well cared for.

They offer holiday clubs which are fantastic and really go out of their way to do exciting things with them

Fantastic nursery my son is coming along so well with his development. He loves going there every day. All the staff are amazing and friendly. My son learns something new every day and he amazes me when I go to pick him up with all he's learnt.

My eldest has gone since about a year old and is now 3 and a half and now my youngest has been going around a year.

My daughter has now been going for 3 months and I really do not have anything to complain about. The staff is really good at liaising with the family.

Great staff. My children enjoy their time there. Relief for me while I'm at work knowing they are well looked after. Staff are happy nice and helpful. Very friendly. Offer loads for children to do. Menu is also varied.

The children are offered a wide variety of food so they get to try new things all the time. Our son loves learning, he is always coming home with an enthusiasm to tell us what he has learnt that day.

All 3 of my children have attended Crocus. Over the past 10 years and we couldn't have chosen a better nursery. We are kept well informed of what they have been up to each day as well as receiving the weekly newsletter. The staff are all really friendly and it has a real home from home feel about the nursery. The staff have prepared my children really well for school and I will be really sad when my youngest leaves next year. At least I can still use the holiday club at the nursery!

My son loves coming to nursery and is well cared for by all the staff he has come into contact with. He enjoys the varied menu and different aspects of play. The room he is currently in has helped prepare him for school and adjust for when he starts school.

Months old. I am very happy with my choice. My son will probably stay here until he goes to school & my new daughter is likely to go too.

Our daughter has severe and complex needs. Crocus and all the staff have gone above and beyond to cater for her needs. As parents we could not ask for anymore. She thoroughly enjoys her time here, is included in all the activities and spends her days laughing and being pampered. She has progressed through all the age groups and so we have had contact with most of the staff. All are extremely friendly and caring. It is no surprise to me the OFSTED repeatedly give them an outstanding grading. In my opinion it is well deserved.
