Communication is very good which is reassuring.

Our son absolutely loves the Tweenies room here. The team care about him so much and are so dedicated. They are so friendly and welcoming. The opportunity to play outside so frequently is wonderful, and one which our son adores. He is flourishing in this setting.

Our daughter absolutely loves the nursery. She started in the toddler room only a month ago and has settled in so well, she even asks to go to nursery on the days she isn't in! Her key worker has played such a huge role in our daughter settling in so well - we get a wonderful, friendly welcome every morning and a detailed update on what our daughter has been up to at the end of the day. The setting is very bright and spacious, it never feels crowded and chaotic which I think is so important for young children. We love that our daughter gets healthy, varied meals whilst at nursery and we are kept up to date with what she has eaten throughout the day. The nursery has a new theme each week which is great to know the activities are engaging and educational. The nursery is very well-run and we love sending our daughter to a setting we know she is very happy at.

Amazing nursery, I highly recommend. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. My son loves going and always has loads of fun, the girls are very supportive of his needs and definitely use a child-centred approach.

My daughter has always come out happy. She has a very good bond with her key worker and knows the other staff around her. It's always been a positive outcome when she returns home. I'm always updated with what she has to eat and wet nappies and if she was ever poorly, we would be informed. My daughter seems to be getting on well there and enjoys it, so it makes us happy parents. She's in good hands and enjoying herself!

Both my children attend Busy Bees (my son for the last two years and my daughter for 3 months). The staff have always gone above and beyond for both of our children, who love their days at nursery. The staff have ensured that they get to know our children really well and have supported them brilliantly with their interests. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

From day one our daughter has always been made to feel settled and cared for. The free unlimited settling in sessions were so worthwhile and she has transitioned from her old nursery to Meridian Busy Bees without any problems. I would highly recommend Meridian Busy Bees to anyone new to a nursery or transitioning from another.

We moved to the area last year during lockdown. The staff at Norwich Meridian were absolutely amazing in helping us (both my son and us as parents!) to settle in. Our son went to a previous Busy Bees, so we were keen to ensure a smooth transition. We couldn’t have asked for better. He ran in, without any worries and hasn’t looked back. I’m convinced this is down to the care and attentiveness of all the staff. He loves his key worker and everyone who supports him. We, as parents, love the contact via the app with photos and updates on what he’s had to eat. He thrives on the varied activities and we’ve seen a big improvement in his vocabulary. We love the seasonal menu and that it expands his palate. Highly recommended! It will be an emotional day when we leave the Busy Bees family!

This is a wonderful nursery. The staff have such a lovely relationship with the children. They really seem to know their characters. They bend over backwards to help. My son has been coming here for 18 months. He loves it. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Our child has attended the nursery since September 2020. All age rooms (baby, tweenies and 2-3 year olds), have been enjoyable, with good feedback and information from his key workers, staff and the office. Our child suffers from severe food allergies, which can cause significant concern when we are not in a controlled environment (home). However, the nursery has been fantastic at requesting and updating our child’s care plan and instigating process change to mealtimes, to further reduce potential allergy contamination. This was hugely appreciated and completely unexpected, given that nursery meal routines were changed to accommodate our child.

I would recommend this nursery for parents needing longer and more supportive care. I felt incredibly anxious returning to work and leaving my baby. However, the team have been so supportive and adapting to our needs, with settling in sessions, this helped a great deal. You can call for updates and the online forum is helpful to see what’s been happening. Communication has been outstanding. I had used this nursery with an older child previously, with excellent care for her, preparing her well for school, so was happy to send my next there too.

Busy Bees, Norwich Meridian has been absolutely fantastic. My daughter has attended since she was 9 months old and she is now almost 4. She’s made amazing friends, has loved all of the staff and key workers and she gets so excited to go!

We joined Busy Bees, during the covid lockdown. I could not find a place for our little boy and no nursery were allowing visits. At the time, one member of staff in particular, went above and beyond to allow us to safely see the nursery as she wanted us to see it before we booked his place. That in itself, showed us how much they cared that it was the right nursery for us. Our son has been at Busy Bees since he was 1 year old and progressed through the different rooms. Each staff member we have encountered has been kind, caring and invested in his development. We are kept up to date via an app and at the end of the day. We get pictures of him enjoying his day and the various activities. The nursery has had a decor update and looks amazing. We have been so thrilled with how much he has developed and recommend Meridian to friends and family, we couldn’t be happier there. They do a fantastic job, I couldn’t recommend the nursery more.

Despite not having been able to enter the nursery since our son started almost 2 years ago, in view of covid regulations, he has settled extremely well and has built good relationships with staff and peers. We have found the communication very good, both via the app and in person and really like that nursery activities are tailored to the children's home interests.

My child has been going to Busy Bees for just over a year now and she loves it. Always talking about Busy Bees, always asking for the staff, which to me means she absolutely loves everyone there. Drop off and collections have been managed very well throughout covid and all staff have been very informative. The food throughout the day, weeks are so varied, so a great balanced diet. Activities are great, and what I love, is they will always encourage outdoor activities as long as the child is dressed correctly for the weather. The app that they use is simple and easy to use. Tells you what you need to know. All in all, I cannot recommend them enough.

My little boy has had a few visits and is due to start next week. Both the manager and one member of staff, in particular, were extremely supportive and helpful during the visits and able to answer any questions I had, as well as reassuring me during drop off, as my little one was upset. They were very flexible with the visits and worked around us. The staff in the room gave great and honest feedback on how he had settled in. I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures from his day and I know that he is in safe hands.

Both our kids have spent their nursery years at Busy Bees and both have thrived. The staff are very friendly, professional and create great bonds with the children. My son is a picky eater, but eats really well here and is always keen to see what's on the menu. He loves the outdoor area and the feedback from the app, shows he is occupied and engaged.
